I have a very good experience with Sales cloud with its comprehensive features and its tools like lead scoring and automated workflows are very effective. It offers an impressive CRM solution that empowers our team to deliver better results

Pros

One of the standout features I like the most is its very high amount of customization and it offers a full suite of tools for managing sales processes. Process Builder features are more helpful for sales.

Cons

Salesforce is a bit expensive for startups and small businesses. While it is highly customizable, a technical training is needed.

Pros

There are a few reports that I find helpful

Cons

Its took clunky and complicated. Its really difficult to find information and run reports.

Pros

The ability to track lifecycle of a sales opportunity and link new and associated dollars/future business.

Cons

Having to toggle between lightning sales and service console.

I thought that it was a great product and served out purposes in the company. the training was a few weeks long and could have been shorter but that is also based on the company using it.

Pros

I liked that all the metrics and customer information was there and easy to find. also I liked that the cloud was able to be accessed by everyone on the team

Cons

I think that some of the interface was not as user-friendly as some other software that I had used in the past.

I have nothing but good things to say about Salesforce Sales Cloud. This tool allows me to maintain clean records for all of my customers and allows me to track sales cycles and stay in the loop so that I don't leave anything behind. Highly recommend this!

Pros

Sales cloud is an absolutely essential tool for any sales organization with aspirations of growing to scale in an efficient manner.

Cons

While this is an easy product to adopt, it's most effective when you have a dedicated salesforce admin on staff so you might think of having that person hired already.

Very happy, the customer service was very helpful, the help desk is also very helpful. I would recommend this product.

Pros

Usability, the UI is straight forward and easy to learn. The back end is customizable to your needs.

Cons

Certain limitations with customization, the help desk will say to make a post or upvote a post and you’ll see some common requests that have thousands of upvotes over many years and it’s still not a feature.

I love having all of my active leads in one place and Salesforce seamless integration with my other source systems makes my life a lot easier.

Cons

There haven't been any real drawbacks in my experience so far. Its an extensive platform so there is a learning curve when first starting out but it's absolutely worth it.

Pros

What I appreciate the most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its comprehensive functionality that integrates seamlessly with various departments. The CRM is incredibly customizable, allowing my team to tailor workflows and reports to meet specific business needs. The automation features have significantly reduced manual work, and the detailed analytics offer valuable insights into customer behavior and sales trends.

Cons

One challenge I’ve encountered is the steep learning curve. While Salesforce is highly capable, it can be overwhelming for new users, and the onboarding process requires a fair amount of time and training. Additionally, some of the advanced features can be a bit costly, especially for smaller businesses.

I use it on a daily basis, in general it is a good solution to store everything customer-related, not only as a large business card holder but a project manager deals and agendas.

Pros

It is a good CRM where everything can be organized by leads and opportunities. I like that it is easy to keep track of everything that is customer related and it allows you to integrate with another different tools for quoting.

Cons

Since it is all in one, sometimes the interface it is not user-friendly and it can take a while to find what you are looking for.

Very, very pleased and satisfied in almost 5 years of usage!

Pros

Level of customizing the platform and adjusting it to the business needs is awesome! Intuitive but sometimes challenging, never disappoints though! Loving the dashboards and integration capabilities!

Cons

Due to complexity, sometimes it's tricky to figure out how to implement something and it has its own limitations in reporting, for example. It's more on the expensive side.

E' un software che consiglierei a tutti di usare, sia a chi è alle prime armi con prodotti simili, che non, perchè è molto facile e intuitivo da utilizzare.

Pros

E' un programma utile per quanto riguarda diversi tipi di informazioni, come conoscere più informazioni su un dato cliente di una data azienda ma non solo, programma intuitivo e facile da usare

Cons

L'homepage del sito secondo sarebbe un attimo da rivedere

I was a new user and I caught on very quickly. It is not hard to navigate the database. However, when you left out of Salesforce the list would put you back to the beginning which was not great at all.

Pros

I can store information shared by clients, making it easier to maintain context across conversations, such as ongoing projects, or details for future reference. Also, it made it easy to share content with colleagues.

Cons

I did not like that I could not change the pertinent information myself, the administrator of the team could only do that, and it sometime delayed my work process.

It makes our operations easier to navigate. We are salespeople, and we need easy navigation of our claimants' information, which is very accessible with Salesforce.

Cons

It's somewhat sensitive. It's rare, but it happens. If you make a mistake in entering some information, it won't be saved.
