I really did not like using the system. It was a bit much and then it didn't integrate with our accounting software, so we input stuff multiple times.

Pros

The pros of Salesforce was that the customer service is good and they answer pretty quick. If you have a problem they are ready to help.

Cons

The Cons with this program for me was that it was too much. It's not as easy to use, it has a lot of functions that it becomes overwhelming.

Pros

It captures data in a meaningful way that allows you to run reports on almost any data category you wish.

Cons

It can sometimes be confusing for the average person to get all the variables right when running reports. There are also times when it can feel fiddly and the support offered is minimal.

Utilisation très forte de toutes les équipes sales chez nous. Un gros plus : la capacité d'aller loin dans les use cases et rapports disponibles par défaut ou bien à créer. Je recommande pour les sociétés "matures" et non pas en early stage.

Pros

De nombreux points forts et une compléxité possible dans la personnalisation du CRM. En revanche, les possibilités offertes sont hyper fortes. On peut creuser et personnaliser de nombreux processus et générer beaucoup de rapports.

Cons

Afin de générer des rapports précis et d'automatiser de nombreuses taches, un "expert" ou référent SF doit faire partie des équipes. Il est préférable que cette personne puisse coder un peu afin de générer une approche profitable et spécifique à votre entreprise.

Holds you hostage at renewal! Every year, they hit you with a X% uplift on current seats—but offer discounts only if you buy more. "Pay more or pay more." Vendor lock-in makes switching impossible. So messed up!

Pros

You can get anything done in the platform which is really great when building new lines of business or processes.

Cons

One of the challenges is you need to get an expert to help or spend a lot of time learning how to build in their platform.

Positive, easy to navigate solution which has a lot of features to help create a siloed workflow to the team.

Pros

Great tool to allow reporting, reviewing accounts and notes, whilst also tracking pipeline and deals.

Cons

There is not a fluid relationship between child and parent accounts, so it can create duplicates or crossovers.

It can feel a bit clunky or slow at times, especially when switching between views. Can be frustrating.

\- the interface can be more user friendly - can be complex to learn and use, especially if it is the first time with it

Pros

It’s completely customizable and by far the most robust CRM out there.

Cons

It costs way too much for implementation and ongoing costs of maintenance.

Overall, it’s been a solid experience. It took some learning in the beginning, but now it’s an essential tool for keeping our pipeline organized and giving us better visibility into sales activity.

Pros

Salesforce is definitely an investment, but it pays off with the tools and time savings it brings. The value becomes clear once you really put it to work. The support team has been great to work with. They’re quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever we run into questions or need guidance.

Cons

The interface can feel overwhelming at first because there’s so much going on, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes much easier to navigate.

My experience with salesforce is decent. You only get out of it what you literally put into it. It’s your data source, so keep it updated.

Pros

You can customize salesforce to be how you want to be. Any fields or information you’d like to see on the pages, named whatever you like! Then you can easily report on these fields.

Cons

The set up is a nightmare. From talking to colleagues of mine, most of the time you need to hire a salesforce consultant to help….. we hired one on staff to make changes on the fly.

Pros

J’ai apprécié la puissance de personnalisation de , notamment pour adapter le pipeline à nos cycles de vente complexes. Les vues détaillées sur les comptes, contacts et opportunités offrent une vraie profondeur d’analyse. L’intégration avec d’autres outils (marketing, BI, service client) favorise une approche 360° du client, ce qui renforce la pertinence de l’action commerciale.

Cons

La courbe d’apprentissage est assez longue : l’outil est puissant mais peut sembler complexe au départ. Certaines tâches simples prennent du temps à configurer sans support technique, et l’interface manque parfois de fluidité pour un usage quotidien en front sales.

Cons

Customization is very powerful but not always intuitive. Without proper setup, the tool can feel overly complex for mid-sized teams, in my opinion.

Pros

Up to date info, customizable and easy to update. Very handy in terms of following up and accompany performance.

Cons

App version is not intuitive, not easy to use and update. Reports and dashboards are complicated to build and customize.

Pros

Thanks to the Meta Ads integration, we can use the Conversion API to optimize lead campaigns based on which leads convert. Salesforce's integration system is very effective.

Cons

Integrations that include the Meta Conversion API may require intermediary tools. Native integrations should offer greater flexibility.

Very good, love the tool and have seen it be used successfully in many places, however if you are a smaller business I would lean towards a cheaper alternative.

Pros

is an incredibly powerful CRM that has a wide range of features, functionality and customisation to fit most sales environments. Having used the product for 5 years now I have seen simply how powerful it can be in adapting to any and every sales process

Cons

The complexity - the level of customisation comes with a price that Salesforce is generally quite hard to manage, and it doesn't solve basic issues whilst solving complex ones that I often don't ever find a use case for.

Overall, I have had a very positive experience with Salesforce. Again, its just such a great tool to have when needing to track clients/customers. I would recommend this product to many!

Pros

I like that Salesforce is easy to use. It's a perfect product for anyone wanting to keep track of clients, customers they serve.

Cons

Deleting and/or merging accounts was quite hard to do at the start. I now have the hang of it for the most part, but initially learning to do so was a bit harder than I feel like it could be.

offers unprecedented customability to ensure the implementation of the CRM is of max efficiency to the user, and organization as a whole.

Our sales team and I have not yet to find anything we "Dislike" about Sales cloud, simply because of it's adaptability to our business.

My experience has been great. In a manager role, it provides me the detailed insight that I need for my own pipeline but also can highlight other pipelines and trends as well in an easy to digest way.

Pros

Salesforce can generate and house every detail of reporint that I need to use. It can get as high level as you want, or granular as you need. It fits all levels of management needs.

Cons

Oftentimes it can be a little clunky moving from opportunity to opportunity. It may take several clicks on certain pages before the information loads.
