### "One of the best CRM tools in place!"

November 26, 2020

5.0

it was amazing with ability to manage leads, hotlist, cold list and being able to customize it to every organization needs

Pros

ever since CRM has started playing a key role in managing clients, salesforce started leading the list with some of the best features from managing the entire lead to client conversion cycle.

Cons

the way we can manage leads and customize the priorities of each lead, customer, decide the relationship we would like to engage with, is the best feature

### "Overkill for so many operations"

April 27, 2020

4.0

??

Pros

It had an insane amount of features and when the server was good it was fast

Cons

If the company did not invest in setting up a good sales workflow, you don't get the max out of your staff. It is utility GUI and ugly to stare at 40 hours a week. Too many clicks to do simple things. Managers worried more about dashboard reporting than you actually doing the work.

Reason for choosing Salesforce Sales Cloud

Only when I worked in certain companies it was standard. Now that I get to choose what SW to use, I choose friendlier platforms.

### "Insurance and salesforce as a lead management tool."

February 9, 2021

4.0

Salesforce has had a great customer service experience. We have been pleased. It has been difficult to integrate with our system through Farmers. But it was a beta roll out this year. I hope it gets smoother.

Pros

Insurance is a different industry for salesforce. It's a good CRM and lead pipeline tool but it does come with it's quirks because of our industry. I don't have many issues with the product thought.

Cons

I don't like the fact that it isn't intuitive you waste time cold calling instead of closing warm leads based on AI.

### "Salesforce Data System - Not for Profit "

April 21, 2021

4.0

Overall we are satisficed with it. We had been working on an outdated function and had to work to redevelop the system to work for us.

Pros

I enjoy that its features work for both our program and development departments without having to get two different data systems.

Cons

Wish the training was better and more easily friendly to someone who is not very tech savvy but needs to understand how to use the system and run reports.

### "Salesforce is awsome"

November 17, 2020

5.0

Once I start using sales force was hard but once you find all the option salesforce provide you is easy to track all the information send or shared with the customer; in case a partner need to check that they will be able to see your activities and that avoid duplicate information.

Pros

Is a complete tool that help you with many activities on the daily job. On the customer and sales side is super easy to use, you can share information with other departments and is easy to find it. You can have many charts and reports that help you to evaluate and do your daily job on a easier way.

Cons

The reporting task is a little difficult due you need to add specific filters to download the correct information but once you star using it is easier.

### "Works well for small business"

February 14, 2019

5.0

Salesforce works well for us, but I'm sure there are more suitable cost-effective solutions out there for a small company like ours. But it interfaces with most other systems if that is needed, and there's a lot of online support resources available. They are experts at pricing though, so you will end up paying more at some point because a desired feature is locked behind a higher license tier.

Pros

The lightning interface is easy to use and has a newer feel than the old one. Fairly easy to set up, and the Outlook interface is good. Easily hooked up to marketing automation tool.

Cons

There are a lot of settings available. Not as bad as some, but you easily run into issues that is only solved by digging into deep settings that feels unecessary complicated for us as a small company with about 5 users.

### "Best CRM solution for end to end needs of your business team"

July 28, 2022

5.0

Pros

It is easy to setup, no to less upfront setup costs, one can use the software out of the box with little to no customization, vast reesouces to learn pick up the pace, in app gudences for new users. Everything.

Cons

Nothing to dislike, they opened the gates to customize the software as much as we like, with easy to learn development languages. Their support will take time as it has huge customer base

### "Great Tool for Tracking Clients and Information"

May 27, 2020

4.0

I really like salesforce as there is a lot of relevant information that can be customized and added. It was our source of truth for where our clients were at in the customer lifecycle.

Pros

I like that there is a ton of data that can be housed regarding the client journey. I can see activity, main POC's as well as cases and tickets. It's also able to sync to many other programs that we used which saved me the step of having to double-populate notes and email activity.

Cons

It can be a little overwhelming as the data fields weren't always obvious. There's also a lot of upkeep which falls on each department to ensure that the most relevant information is kept up to date. This is more of an internal problem than with the actual tool but it does require regular auditing upkeep to ensure that it is effective and useful. I wish that it had an integration with Gmail. It did have an integration with Outreach but then we had to use Outreach and Gmail in order to have our email activity sync with Salesforce. They may be working on this but not sure.

### "Great enterprise CRM tool"

July 11, 2017

5.0

Integrated Customer management from sales through to front end service after the sales.

Pros

Salesforce can integrate and automate almost all functions of your CRM needs. It can be accessed internally and externally from a web browsers and by phone with the salesforce one application. Developer 'Force' applications can be customized and can also be a very useful to niche aspect of a business. 'Chatter' brings Sales teams together to work on deals, and most wouldn't want to work without it. This aspect then seamlessly ties to your on-boarding and front end customer support teams.

Cons

Being a web/cloud application, when a team loses internet connectivity, they lose Salesforce. We've seen this most often with our APAC offices where connectivity is not as reliable as in the North America and EMEA. Once you've bought and invested in Salesforce, it becomes an integral part of your organization, and cost structure. At that point it becomes very difficult to disentangle your organization from their software, should you choose to go in another direction. Their pricing structure shows that they know this!

### "Easy to use, plenty of functionality"

September 19, 2023

4.0

I am overall very happy with Salesforce Sales Cloud. It works, it is easy to use and is reliable.

Pros

The ease of use for both users as administrators. When we have a new employee they can work with it without any training.

Cons

Sometimes the support is a little bit lacking. When we have an issue we sometimes get told that we are the cause while it is actually not.

### "Solves our problems but expensive"

December 11, 2023

5.0

Pros

It is fully customizable and it is easy for me, as an admin, to find support articles to assist in that customization.

Cons

It is really expensive. To get the best rates we have to buy blocks of licenses and many times these go unused. I wish we were only charged when I activate a license.

In general, I recommend Salesforce to manage large processes for the most diverse product flows

Pros

The best part of Salesforce Is the extremely high level of customization. Because you are able to trust and I so much it create a great customer experience because their wait time while you from both are a system is significantly shorter.

Cons

Of course with any new job and new software there is always a discerning curve luckly the learning curve with those force is much quicker than others I've experienced.

Pros

Cons

### "Frustrating Customer service"

November 20, 2020

3.0

The software is necessary because it holds all of our customer database, but it's frustrating that they have so much money, yet they cannot be sensitive to the smaller clients needs.

Pros

This software is the one that is absolutely necessary to our business to keep all of our customer data and communication in order. We are able to all see the interactions that we are making with each customer and create specific reports.

Cons

The customer service related to billing is awful. During the pandemic, we had to reduce our staff and they were adamant about us keeping the same number of licenses.

### "If Implemented Correctly"

September 30, 2020

5.0

Pros

Salesforece.com is a powerful CRM platform. I am confident we have not taken full advantage of all its capabilities or the capabilities of its add-ons. It stores and tracks a lot of information.

Cons

Salesforce.com in and of itself is expensive. Implementation/customization is expensive. As a smaller company, it is hard to get the full value out of the platform. If you don't deploy it properly, it can actually be a hindrance to business processes.

### "One of the world's most powerful platforms. "

February 2, 2018

5.0

Pros

Anything is possible with the Salesforce platform. Whether you just want to capture leads, or build something completely customized to integrate your website, store, or anything in between, you can do it (and automate it!) with Salesforce. They've invested heavily in education and learning about the platform, encouraging end users to learn and build, rather than leaving it to the IT or development teams.

Cons

The Salesforce platform is almost too powerful, with too many features. Once you think you have a handle on it, they add more features, which they do three times per year. Since there is no one "right way" to accomplish tasks, you might find yourself going down the wrong path at times.

### "Better CRM in the Market."

April 24, 2019

4.0

My company is using salesforce to deliver quality products to our customers. We utilize Accounts, Plans, cases, tasks, chatter posts on a daily basis. It is our day to day platform for delivery.

Pros

Here are a few things I love about salesforce: 1. User Training Program - I love the Trailheads tutorials, pretty any user can go through the trailheads and teach themselves how to use Salesforce and get up to speed within no time. There is no confusion or complexity of the tutorials and it is all free. And I love the Idea of earning budges; it makes learning fun. 2. Huge community - For System Admins, developers, architects it is always nice to have help to an issues you are facing quickly. Salesforce has a great community that help you quickly should get stuck on an issue. 3. Extension of Apex programming - click and play is ok for a small scale use but the extension of apex programming to achieve specific goals for larger scale business is a plus. 4. Frequent updates on the Product - the quarterly updates for the product is awesome.

Cons

As a QA Team member I have come to realize that it very difficult to implement automation testing for Salesforce. The elements pretty much share the same locators and there are no unique Ids nor classes. That is a big hit for QA folks.
