Strong in working with client effort and contact and to drive and amplify deals. It assists an organization with figuring out its business execution in an entirely different creative manner. I track down it to really be the most easy to understand stage that I have experienced as CRM has advanced into the business world.

Pros

Once your team is educated, the available CRM options are endless with this software.

Cons

Can have a steep learning curve in the beginning.

I would recommend this product. SF is one of the top competitors out there for a reason.

Pros

It's very easy to use. A lot of automation can be done. The interface is very straightforward. The website is really fast and we've experienced almost zero downtime during my time of using it.

Cons

The con will be the comment section area where we communicate with the requesters. I'm not a fan of the forum time exchange. I prefer the comment section type like facebook's.

I enjoy using Salesforce. I like the fact of sharing / being able to use this software with the customer. There are multiple languages that support the clients who work in other countries who are affiliated with our organization, which is the first time I have ever experienced a software with this support - awesome. I have enjoyed the Knowledge base of working and learning this software. I would recommend any business to invest for Data Categorization and for Knowledge sharing with your customers.

Pros

As a Salesforce user, this manages my case load and keeps me organized for and with my clients. It is easy to use and is not difficult to learn. I like the fact there are "Guided Tours" | Help for pages you may need help on. When software has updates, none of my work is affected. Seems upgrades / updates do not interfere with business so to me that is a huge plus. Have not had a bad experience in 2+ years I have been using this software. No impact on making my job harder. It actually makes the job easier.

Cons

It's not a dislike, but I look forward to maybe an upgrade on Service Request functionality.

What I really like about Salesforce is the ease of use of the tool, it's really easy and seamless to get information about all of the objects, such as opps, accounts, implementations and so on

Cons

The reporting tool could be a little easier to use, also changing or adding fields to objects is really unintuitive

Once you overcome the steep learning curve, your business changes for the best, literally.

Pros

It is probably the most complete CRM product on the market. Seriously, the possibilities are infinite. My business use this to manage our customers and we really couldn't live without it. Salesforce really helps us to follow the customer at each step of the funnel, it even helped us gain new customers. Once you try it, it becomes the core of your business.

Cons

It's pretty harsh to learn, and you need a specialist to manage the software to really take the most out of it. Also, everyone needs to be on board if you want it to be manageable.

Salesforce is a "must have." From tracking contacts and accounts to billing, Salesforce is the "source of truth" for our business.

Pros

Salesforce is super easy to learn and use. Other CRM softwares have been super clunky and not intuitive at all. Salesforce also allows for an endless amount of integrations. We know how important it is for our software to "talk" to each other, and SF definitely delivers on that front.

Cons

Salesforce was built quite some time ago so the UI is not as user friendly. Also, it can take some time for the pages to load if you have a lot of data. However, I have heard that the new Lightning edition is much better.

I think the product is great and, with the increasing options for add-ons can only be enhanced. From what I hear the team supporting our account is great as well. I don't work directly with that team, but know they have our best interests at heart.

Pros

For the most part, this software is very easy to navigate, store good data, and stay connected regarding engagement with our customers. I love the reports functionality- the ability to create readily available reports to maintain daily tasks is great. The information filtering also really allows you to manipulate your customer files to effectively achieve goals.

Cons

At times it gets cumbersome. This could be potentially how we are set up, but when looking in to a customer, I feel like I have to click, and click, and click again to get where I need to be to have information at my fingertips. The data dive never stops. I also feel like it is only as strong as the way it was implemented, meaning there are gaps in what the software CAN do versus what we can ACTUALLY do. I think the software does a lot more than ours is set up to do....and that seems like a fault of both our implementers and the team at SalesForce.

There is so much you can do with Salesforce. It’s a great application and I can’t wait to see what’s in store next!

Pros

Salesforce is a very powerful tool and provides you with so much data. You have the ability to manage customer accounts, create opportunities, run reports, and Salesforce integrates with the majority of software applications which I really appreciate. The user interface is great! It’s clear and concise, and as a person who has been using Salesforce for less than two years I do not find myself struggling or getting too confused.

Cons

Since there is so much Salesforce can offer it’s hard not to get overwhelmed by it. I think it’s important to know exactly what you want to do and then figure out how Salesforce can help you before jumping right into using the application.

Its been great. I believe (specifically for the customer service part) its one of the best tools I've used.

Pros

What I enjoyed the most as a user of Salesforce is the ease of use. The Look and Feel is beautiful and modern, up to date. The wide array of tools available to track call records, save consumer information and tag data for analysis is unmatched.

Cons

I do not think that I have disliked anything so far from this software for the period of time I've used it. It might happen in the future.

Each piece of data has a home. No need to throw everything in one big catch all. It is easy to find, query and report on too!

Pros

I like the ability to customize. My experience using it has been for a very niche business. The ability to customize components allowed for a smoother day-to-day experience. We didn't have to spend time 'translating terminology' or getting mixed up with routines. The edibility was also great - new users could also get to work right away without days and days of complicated training to figure it out.

Cons

The user interface for classic was very dated. This is no longer an issue with the new Lightning experience.

Fantastic! Generally, the primary tools I utilized on a daily basis were exceptional, constantly revealing innovative ways to leverage them and enhance my job performance. However, there were a few minor hiccups along the way.

Pros

Key functionalities, such as streamlining pipeline management and segmentation, are paramount. Access all your lead data directly from the main dashboard, eliminating the need to navigate into individual lead profiles. Enjoy the convenience of nested tabs, facilitating a smoother workflow when handling multiple leads simultaneously.

Cons

The functionality for setting up reminders or calls failed to operate correctly in 40% of instances. Moreover, approximately 10% of the time, leads remained within your pipeline despite making calls or removing them as intended.

Salesforce is a wonderful product once it is set up exactly as you would like it. It is basically a blank canvas that you can morph into pretty much anything you could need depending on what add ons you purchase.

Cons

The setup process on this software was literally painful. The launch got pushed for months as we worked out bugs and we are still working out bugs.

Pros

Managing my sales funnel is so much easier with Salesforce Sales Cloud. It has helped me stay on top of my outreach and get the results I need.

Cons

Price is a bit higher than other alternatives and customizing categories can be a bit tricky.

Pros

Clicks-not-code administration is easy to pick up and learn. One does not need to be an IT expert in order to get started as a Salesforce admin or business developer.

Cons

Support is some of the worst I've seen from a software company, often not knowing how their own products work. Some features that should be no-brainers for a CRM are severely lacking or entirely nonexistent, and the product roadmap seems to completely ignore the cries of the masses for these features in favor of new development (aka more money-generating features), which leaves customers feeling betrayed and abandoned, and unsupported.

I can see why they made Fortunate 100 #1 in 2018, and are in top 10 for 2019! They have a very reliable system that is well-maintained. Knowing that they have a good company culture is an added plus that I am glad to use a service that supports good company culture. Keep up the great work!

Pros

This software is a great one-stop shop to maintain all information about contacts and companies, along with tracking opened and in progress tickets. I enjoy being able to find open tickets quickly and seeing my own progress along the way of what I have completed. Looking up a ticket, a contact, or a company is really easy to find when you need it! Highly recommend this for any large corporations that work with support and services to track any issues with customer support.

Cons

There are a lot of functions features that are probably not really utilized, and it can make it look complicated and confusing from an outward standpoint. The Simpler the better would be preferred for the overall interface or ease of understanding what each function is for would be nice.

I enjoy the software overall, I feel it is on point to reflect what customer databases and call center workflows need at this day and age. I do wish the system would not freeze up when call volume is at the highest-this is when we need it to work at its best!

I really like the layout and design of Salesforce. I especially enjoy being able to move the layout to my liking.

Cons

It seems to glitch quite a bit which can be costly for a CSR in high call volume situations.

I know the ones who are in contact with Salesforce have been able to resolve issues that we may face in reference to hang ups in the software and make updates that make things more simple for us. Great experience.

Pros

I love the fact that with a CRM tool this allows me to be able to track and follow up with insurance sales opportunities with ease. No more having to write down on a posted note or even notebook and forget about the follow up being buried beneath other non sense information. It is very intuitive in the setup and operating the overall system itself. Running lists of potential leads is easy and the reports feature to make sure we are all doing our job is great. The biggest Pro for me is being able to note and track all interactions with clients.

Cons

I wasn't the one that did the integrating but as far as I know, it took time to make sure what our company uses and the way we want to use it worked right. As far as cons go with this software, I feel there are more clicks than necessary in reference to adding information. At times, I wish it could be more simple and not do so many tasks at hand but that can be a good thing as well. You can get lost in the added detail.

1\. Cloud based , so can be accessed from anywhere 2. Varied and multitude of integrations including via API's and SDKs 3. They keep on acquiring companies and adding more functionalities including using it as a business application in itself or for your clients.

Cons

1\. kind of a blackbox from a Database perspective 2. Can't change any of the underlying DB structures 3. Gets very expensive with increasing amount of data 4. can get very complex if customized it or used it beyond its core functionalities
