Overall I like the ability to access all my customer data sales rep information from my PC or from my phone to track opportunities and lead progress

Cons

Configuring some of the dashboards and getting the reports right took a little bit but overall once that's done it's very beneficial

I think its solid if you have the budget and team to follow the need steps to capture and build the data or accounts

Pros

It centralizes customer data, giving our team a complete view of accounts and interactions for better relationship management.

Cons

If i am being honest the cost..it adds up quick and you have to watch extra fees. It also takes a bit to get use to...although i wouldnt say this is 100%con but ppl tend to give up mid point when things are not easy

My overall experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud has been positive. It provides strong end-to-end visibility into customer information and the entire sales lifecycle, which makes it easy to track activity from initial contact through close. I also value its ability to integrate with other applications and systems, enabling more streamlined workflows across tools. The reporting and dashboard functionality is particularly powerful—highly customizable and flexible enough to support a wide range of business metrics and analysis needs. That said, there are some limitations around formula fields and complex calculations. When referencing other formula fields or building longer logic scripts, the constraints can make certain metrics difficult to implement directly in Salesforce, requiring some calculations to be handled outside the system. Overall, however, it is a robust and scalable platform that effectively supports sales operations and reporting.

Pros

\- Keep track of all the customer information and sales motion from start to finish - Ability to integrate with other apps or programs - Ability to generate report and dashboard and highly customizable

Cons

Unable to use formula if the referencing field is also formulated, or the formula / script gets really long, so some metrics have to be calculated outside of Salesforce

I really did not like using the system. It was a bit much and then it didn't integrate with our accounting software, so we input stuff multiple times.

Pros

The pros of Salesforce was that the customer service is good and they answer pretty quick. If you have a problem they are ready to help.

Cons

The Cons with this program for me was that it was too much. It's not as easy to use, it has a lot of functions that it becomes overwhelming.

Since Salesforce is compatible with many different systems and integrates well, it makes day to day workflows and operations much easier.

Pros

It keeps all accounts organized and can be customizable to the company's reporting needs. This includes ownership, contact/account details, and pipeline management (activity, logging calls, etc.).

Cons

Some Salesforce instances can be very confusing and complex. My company is still working through system changes with an acquisition and I am working in two different Salesforce instances. One is simple. The other is confusing.

It is a incredibly powerful tool that has allowed us to greatly improve our workflows. We have faced a number of issues that have stemmed more from not understanding how difficult changing things after the implementation was. We have benefited greatly from its vast level of integrations with external programs that allow us to complete all tasks that we want while having it act as a single source of truth

Pros

Using the not-for-profit discount has allowed us to receive 10 free licenses marking great value for money. It is also a highly customisable tool and while it is easy to use, there is plenty of functionality that can be changed and added behind the scenes to allow it to do exactly what you want

Cons

The customisability of the tool itself is great pro but it can also cause issues once you have finished your setup, particularly if you integrate third party apps from the app exchange. One thing to be aware of is the extreme difficulty in making larger changes once you have completed your setup. The user interface for some things such as email templates and forms is not the most friendly and is fairly bare bones

Salesforce is the most powerful CRM in the world. I can't believe the levels of customization, configuration, automation, and now AI. If you set this up right, you can manage your entire business with Salesforce and Salesforce App Exchange Products.

Cons

I often hear from Salesforce users that the UI design is rather bland. However, when I use Salesforce App Exchange apps- they are often customized and have really sleek interfaces. I recently switched my view to Salesforce Lightning for Sales Cloud and that is definitely an improvement.

We use this every day for multiple different things, and it’s helpful to be able to use it in so many different ways. I would maybe edit some things about it, but many of the issues we experience are just setup things that our IT team needs to fix. Overall it’s really helpful and not too hard to navigate.

Pros

I love the clean look and ease of use. There are a ton of different functions we use every day, and it makes it really nice to have it all consolidated into one interface.

Cons

Because it has so many features, it can be easy to get lost if you don’t know exactly what page you need to be using. Training on how we use it is critical, but once mastered, it’s not too bad.

Pros

It makes me easy to set up issue tracking form for our customer to create ticket and tracking it. I can also integrate it with my internal bug tracking system.

Cons

Still need some training to modify process, such as hard/soft consult, escalation process and cases routing rule.

Cons

Overall, Sales Clouds meets the needs of our company at a great price. The setup of a sales process is seamless. Debugging and identifying bugs is simple with the logs. Very happy with the product.

Pros

My favorite thing about Salesforce Sales Cloud is the ability to customize it to the most intricate sales processes. Customer service is great - very responsive and reach out promptly. The setup is fairly easy and I love the user interface of the lightning experience.

Cons

Some aspects of Salesforce aren't so customizable like account plans, but I'd like to think with future updates there will be more wiggle room. I'd love if the custom buttons allowed a small popup window in the screen like the options on the creation page suggests it does. It would also be nice to be able to use dynamic url filters on dashboards

Salesforce Sales Cloud analytics help us to extract useful insights from our sales data which direct us on how to optimize future sales. Its uses very advanced AI features to categorize and segment leads allowing us to only focus on the best leads. With its customers communication features, we have been able to maintain clear line of communication with customers during sales.

Cons

There was a bit of a learning curve but it was brief. Other than this, i have not discovered something i did not like.

The creation of the set-up was extremely complicated and demanded the use of costly consultants to tailor the page generation tools to our booking process.

Pros

You can customize salesforce to be how you want to be. Any fields or information you’d like to see on the pages, named whatever you like! Then you can easily report on these fields.

Cons

The set up is a nightmare. From talking to colleagues of mine, most of the time you need to hire a salesforce consultant to help….. we hired one on staff to make changes on the fly.
