I would also say i love the vin lookup **Cons:** At times it can seem make me feel frustrated when the system lags or it glitches & crashes. The program itself unfortuantely feels a bit outdated for todays times and technology **Pros:** Napa Tracs is very user friendly. I like how the accounts payable is set up and the payment process works.
