Our support from Absorb was fantastic - the team also readily available and, as well, easy to work with. I was not a seasoned professional and even stepped away from LMS admin duty for a couple years, but now my role has transitioned and I am the main admin for my organization. Using Absorb makes employees and volunteer training smooth as Absorb is integrated with both our staff and volunteer management programs. My goal is to become a "super" admin and utilize features that we have access to but have not implemented, like new content creation with Create. **Cons:** Any cons I have experienced in the past are no longer relevant and currently, the only con is on my end - not having enough time to use Absorb to its full capability. **Switched From:** [Cornerstone LMS](https://www.capterra.com/p/150446/Cornerstone-LMS/) **Reasons for Switching to Absorb LMS:** Absorb is easier to use for both administrator and user. I really appreciate the support of our CSM and Account Manager. They've been great at helping us refine our LMS use. **Pros:** Absorb LMS is extremely intuitive for both admin users and our end-users. I appreciate all the training available in the Absorb Academy and have found the articles/white papers, and reports extremely helpful. **Cons:** There's no way for us to archive records we no longer need (like a user enrolled in a course they no longer need to take, but we still have to show they were enrolled for compliance), and we need more insights into which admin users are making enrollments.
