The team is supportive and helpful, prompt when contacted. I will say one of my struggles is to interpret the support manual to the situation I face-- not always clear what my next step will be. The customer service and support has been excellent in terms of both quality and response time. Cons The learner cannot move completed modules in to another file. Having numerous completed modules in the My Courses section can make it very difficult to find what needs to be completed. Pros This software has beautiful interface and "just right" set of features. We were impressed by it as well as our client. They also have authoring tool - very easy to use and nice interface. Cons We had long discussions but our client opted for another, free solution. I like that i am able to use Scrom package to give me all the interactive option for my lessons. I have the option to enroll and control the content for each user. Cons: List of option are to many.
