### "Outstanding Customer Service, a Truly Responsive Ideas Portal, and Easy Integrations and Automations"

August 4, 2026

5.0

Prior to implementing Absorb, my organization was using a different LMS. That LMS was not user friendly, had minimal reporting ability, and created very clunky courses. Since we adopted Absorb and its Create course-authoring tool, we have seen a dramatic change in the quality of our online courses. Courses are far more engaging, filled with more variety of learning activities, and easier to report one. Learners and admins alike also find Absorb significantly easier to navigate than our prior LMS. Additionally, Absorb can integrate with our Active Directory, so new employees and employee changes come directly into the LMS without any manual adjustments. The automatic course enrollments are very helpful, too. I never have to create a new hires' account or manually enroll them in new hire training.

Pros

Absorb provides outstanding customer service. Every time I have a question about a use case, my CSM is available and provides answers quickly. I also really love the Ideas Portal, where admins can post new ideas to improve their experience and also review and vote on ideas submitted by others. Absorb actively reviews these ideas and implements them when they receive enough votes. I always feel like the customers' voices are heard.

Cons

There are some features that I wish were included with the Core LMS experience instead of being add-ons for an additional charge. For example, there are a lot of reports you can run without paying for the Analyze reporting add-on, but to gather all the data I need about courses and quizzes and learner performance, I sometimes have to run about a dozen different reports. This means I am reviewing a dozen different spreadsheets and trying to manually merge them into one report to get the data I need.

### "A genuinely impressive LMS that's delivered on everything we shortlisted it for"

August 26, 2026

5.0

We needed a single platform that could serve multiple clients under their own self-contained experience, while still giving us central oversight, and Absorb's multitenancy solves that completely. It's also solved the problem of customer self-sufficiency - our clients can manage their own users and courses and pull their own reports instead of coming to us for everything - and the reporting gives us visibility we didn't have before, both proactively during onboarding and reactively when a customer needs extra support. The sales and onboarding process was faultless from start to finish, and the combination of interactive course creation, gamification, learning paths, and automation has let us build a much stronger learning offering for our customers than we could before.

Pros

Multitenancy was essential for us - we needed separate branches so each of our clients gets their own experience while we manage everything centrally, and Absorb handles this really well. Just as important, our customers can administer their own users, assign courses, and run their own reports, which takes a huge amount of admin off our plate. Reporting in particular has been a standout. Our customers can see exactly what their users are and aren't doing in the system, and on our side we can monitor engagement both during onboarding and once customers are live - invaluable when a customer seems to be struggling and we need to check whether their people are actually engaging with the learning. On the course-building side, Absorb lets us create genuinely interactive courses rather than passive "click next" content, with quizzes to test knowledge retention. We've also brought in gamification through certificates and badges, and built proper learning paths/journeys rather than one-off courses. Automation has been a big win too - automated emails, automated reporting, and the ability to build our own custom reports without relying on Absorb support. The API integration with our own customer database has made onboarding new clients much smoother. I've now created a number of courses myself and found it genuinely easy to do. I've used the AI features for generating quiz questions so far, which has saved me time, and I'm planning to use the AI course builder for some soft skills courses soon - everything I've built so far has been technical content. Pricing is also very competitive given the breadth of features on offer, and speed/reliability haven't been an issue at all - no downtime or performance problems across any of our client branches, even during busier onboarding periods.

Cons

Honestly, we've struggled to find anything major to fault. If anything, the platform is so feature-rich that there's a bit of a learning curve at first while you explore everything it can do

### "My Journey with Absorb"

July 15, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Absorb LMS has been very positive. As a system administrator, the platform has allowed me to efficiently manage learning and development across a large workforce while maintaining compliance with mandatory training requirements. I find the system intuitive to use, and the administrative tools make it easy to manage learners, create and assign courses

Pros

As a system administrator, I can efficiently create and assign courses, manage users, generate reports, and monitor training compliance from a single platform. I also appreciate the flexibility of the reporting tools, which allow us to track completion rates, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. The platform continues to evolve with new features, such as Analyze BI, giving us even greater insights into learner engagement and organizational performance.

Cons

What I like least about Absorb LMS is that administrators are not automatically notified when new content is created or uploaded to the system. It would be helpful to have configurable notifications or alerts so admins can stay informed without having to manually check for updates. This would improve visibility, reduce the chance of missing new content, and make it easier to manage and communicate

### "Started with Challenges, Now a Great Experience Backed by Great Client Support"

July 22, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Absorb LMS has been very positive. When we first implemented the platform, we encountered several challenges and limitations where the system didn't always work the way we needed it to. However, our Client Manager worked closely with us every step of the way, helping us find practical workarounds, providing solutions, and keeping us informed about new features and updates that addressed many of our concerns. He also helped us gain access to the reporting capabilities we needed, which has made a significant difference to how we manage and communicate training outcomes. As the platform has continued to evolve, many of our initial challenges have been resolved, and we're now extremely happy with Absorb LMS. The few improvements I'd still like to see, such as more flexibility with filters and dashboard customization, would simply enhance an already strong platform rather than address major issues. The only other consideration is cost. Management has noted that the platform is on the more expensive side and there are several additional fees for features and services that can increase the overall cost. While they're comfortable with the pricing at present, there is some concern about potential price increases in the future and how that may affect long-term affordability.

Pros

I like the clean interface and navigation of Absorb LMS. It makes it easy for our technicians, many of whom aren't tech savvy, to find their training and enrol in courses. Over the years, the platform has continued to improve with regular updates and new features. The reporting capabilities are one of its biggest strengths, providing valuable data that supports our internal reporting processes and helps us communicate training outcomes and requirements across our dealer network.

Cons

I'd like to see more flexibility within the platform, particularly around settings, filters, and dashboard customisation. Some reporting widgets can't be broken down into more detailed information, and there are times when the backend logic is a bit confusing. While workarounds usually exist, greater flexibility would make reporting and administration more efficient.

### "Learning and Development Manager"

3.0

Overall with the system its self I would rate it a 3 out of 5. I do want to give my experience working with our representatives a 5 out of 5.

Pros

I enjoy working with \[sensitive content hidden\] always receive good customer service from her. She works well with the system and always does her best to get me a solution or an answer for the topics I need help with.

Cons

The lack of AI integration and some features feel "clunky" or outdated. Some of the newer lms systems have AI reading the course content for better searchability of content within the lms system. It would be great to leverage some features like this.

### "Easy to Use with Strong Administrative Features"

July 15, 2026

5.0

Overall, Absorb LMS has been a positive experience. The platform is reliable, user-friendly, and well-suited for organizations managing compliance and employee development. It offers a good balance of functionality and ease of use, making it an effective solution for delivering and tracking training across multiple locations.

Pros

Absorb LMS has an intuitive interface for both administrators and learners. Course creation, reporting, and user management are straightforward, and the platform offers robust automation, learning paths, and customizable branding. The reporting capabilities provide valuable insight into training completion and compliance.

Cons

Some administrative tasks require more clicks than expected, and deeper customization can have a learning curve.

### "Great partners"

August 24, 2026

5.0

I've been working on and with LMSs for 20 years as a user and even a product manager of an LMS. Absorb has exceeded all others that I've worked with in ease of use and customer support. Not every LMS can be everything to everyone and we've been disappointed that some features we've taken for granted weren't available, but for the money, we've found Absorb to be an excellent partner.

Pros

The customer support and especially our CSM have been incredibly helpful and supportive during our onboarding and ongoing. We're nine months in and they're still there for us all the time. I also love the admin user interface. LMS admin UIs can be overwhelming but Absorb does a good job of showing just what you need and making it so you don't have to fill in multiple pages to get a course launched. We've also found it to be a good value - lots of features, lots of training and support for the money. Happily, we've run into very few bugs and uptime has been excellent.

Cons

Absorb seems to be focused on employee training while we're a professional society. Therefore, the LMS is missing some features that we would like. Handling multiple certificates, e.g. CME for surgeons and nurses, is difficult requiring us to make separate courses for each professional group. Absorb has a robust ideas portal where users can make suggestions for features and they release new features constantly though.

### "The relationship is what makes the platform work"

August 24, 2026

5.0

Absorb has done what we need it to do. It gives us one place to run leadership development, onboarding, compliance, and instructor-led training across our large distributed organization, and it produces the records we need without manual reconciliation. The automation is what makes it sustainable. We are a small central team that can support thousands of employees because enrollment happens by rule rather than by hand. But the honest answer about our overall experience is that the people are what set it apart. \[sensitive content hidden\], our account manager, and \[sensitive content hidden\] our client success manager have both been genuine partners rather than points of contact. They learned how our business actually runs instead of walking us through a generic feature tour, and they point us toward what will solve a real problem for us rather than whatever is newest. When we hit something, we get a fast answer and a straight one, including when the answer is that something is not possible today. That honesty has saved us more time than any workaround would have. No platform is perfect, and there are things I would like to see improved. What makes that manageable is knowing the people on the other end are invested in getting us where we need to go. That relationship is the single biggest reason we expect to stay with Absorb for the foreseeable future.

Pros

Absorb holds up for a workforce that is not sitting at a desk. Most of our people are frontline, spread across the country, and getting to training before and after shifts. Absorb handles that without us having to build workarounds. The admin side is the other piece. Enrollment rules and automations mean we are not hand-assigning courses every time someone is hired or promoted, and the reporting gets us what we need for compliance without exporting everything into a spreadsheet first. The client success support has been a real differentiator too. Our CSM knows our business and flags things before we ask.

Cons

If I could change one thing, it would be a simplified administrative experience. The power is there, but common tasks take more clicks than they should and the menus take a while to learn. Once an admin is fluent it moves quickly, so it's really a matter of the front end of that curve being steeper than necessary.

Switched from

[BrainStorm](https://www.capterra.com/p/205039/BrainStorm-QuickHelp/)

We switched to Absorb because we needed a real LMS. What we had before was built for a narrower job, and our training had outgrown it. We are running leadership development programs, onboarding, compliance courses, and instructor-led sessions across a large distributed workforce, and we needed one platform that could host all of it, assign it by rule rather than by hand, and give us completion records we could stand behind when someone asked for them. Absorb was the first option that felt built for the way we actually operate. Our people are largely frontline and spread across the country, so training has to reach them on a phone, not just a desktop, and it has to be the same training regardless of which market they work in. Absorb handles that without a heavy IT project to get it standing. The people were part of the decision too. The Absorb team took time to understand our business rather than run a standard demo, and they were straight with us about what the platform did well and where it had limits. That candor told us what the working relationship would be, and it has held up. Our Client Success Manager has been a genuine partner rather than a point of contact, and the culture on their side has been a real match for ours. When you are choosing a system you will live with for years, that matters as much as the feature list.

### "Absorb Review "

May 27, 2026

4.0

As super admin of the Absorb LMS in my company, I can confidently say that our overall experience has been very positive. From implementation 3 years ago to current date, the system has continuously evolved, with regular enhancements that improve both the user and admin experience. The customer support has been excellent throughout. The Absorb LMS has pushed up our annual compliance training to achieve 100% completion. From an operational perspective the IT intergration was seamless, enabling efficient management of users, reporting and compliance tracking. It has also enhanced our personal development training programme for staff. Overall, the LMS has represented a valuable and cost effective solution for supporting both compliance training requirements and ongoing development for staff.

Pros

Apart from the vast library of updated courses, Absorb has excellent customer support. They are very quick to respond to any query and will try and resolve issues asap

Cons

Having to manually check if any retiring courses have current progress enrollments, and sending out an email to the user to tell them that they need to complete it or it will not be accessible any more. This should be an automatic process.

### "A One-Stop Shop for Streamlined Training"

April 30, 2026

5.0

Overall, Absorb has significantly improved how we manage, track, and deliver training across our organization. It has made a real difference, and because of our positive experience, I’ve recommended the platform to other programs.

Pros

I’ve been using Absorb as our Learning Management System for about two years, and it has been a game changer for our organization. I work for a nonprofit that relies on resource families who must complete a significant vetting process, including multiple required trainings. Absorb has become a one stop shop for managing this. Our team can easily assign full curricula or individual training as needed. Being able to assign an entire curriculum is especially helpful because volunteers have all required training in one place, instead of having to navigate multiple websites like they had to in the past. This has streamlined our training process significantly. Tracking resource family training is also very important for audit purposes and Absorb makes that easy. The transcript feature allows us to see exactly where volunteers are in the training process, which helps us know when someone may need a reminder to keep going with their training. It’s an efficient way to monitor progress. Features like automatic reassignment of training save staff time and helps make sure resource families stay up to date with necessary training to remain compliant with program standards. Absorb also offers the ability to run instructor led courses, which is a huge benefit for our trainers. They can train multiple resource families at once while still having everything tracked directly in participants’ transcripts. This saves staff time and ensures training is documented and completed. Another thing I really like about Absorb is that multiple team members can be set up as admins. This allows each team member to easily add and assign users to specific program trainings and track their progress. It’s nice because everyone can be responsible for their own users. We also have a small group of five staff members who help troubleshoot when needed. We have been assigned to an Absorb expert, \[sensitive content hidden\], who has been supporting our team for quite awhile and is truly great to work with. She meets regularly with our team to answer questions and share updates about Absorb. She is very knowledgeable about the platform. We are so grateful for her support.

Cons

Uploading training into Absorb is a bit confusing because of all the steps. I still occasionally make mistakes during the upload process because I forget a step. However, the positives of Absorb far outweigh this challenge. I am so grateful for our Absorb expert, \[sensitive content hidden\], who has been wonderful to work with. We meet with her monthly for support, and she always takes the time to answer our questions and share updates about Absorb. \[sensitive content hidden\] is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly easy to work with. We appreciate her ongoing support.

### "User-Friendly LMS Design with Straightforward Admin and Learner Workflows"

April 9, 2026

5.0

I have had a very positive and seamless experience with Absorb LMS across all stages, from implementation and onboarding to training and ongoing customer support. The collaboration with the CRM team, including our regular weekly or biweekly calls, has been particularly smooth and productive. The Absorb team has been exceptional in ensuring a strong overall experience. They have been proactive in following up on tickets, accommodating our time zone requirements, and effectively coordinating with integration teams across different regions. Any initial challenges, bugs and issues were addressed promptly, either through quick resolutions or by providing suitable workarounds tailored to our organization’s learning needs. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the platform, find it to be excellent value for money, and are genuinely pleased to have Absorb LMS in place.

Pros

The admin-side workflow and the learner side workflow is highly intuitive and straightforward, making it easy to navigate and manage tasks efficiently. I particularly appreciate the customizable, Excel-style reporting interface, which allows for flexible data views and seamless exporting to Excel or CSV formats. This greatly enhances reporting and analysis capabilities. Additionally, the platform is very well-organized when it comes to setting up courses, users, and other features. The categorical structure simplifies configuration, and the quick-access tabs at the top provide a more efficient alternative to navigating through multiple layers of course settings. Overall, the design significantly improves usability and administrative productivity.

Cons

While the platform offers a wide variety of reporting formats, there is an opportunity to enhance reporting capabilities further. For example, department-level reports could be more comprehensive by including detailed insights such as the number of courses completed, in progress, or not started for all employees within a department. The mailing system is highly effective overall; however, there are limitations in customizing certain automated emails, which can restrict flexibility in communication. Additionally, the observation checklist feature has some gaps. For instance, learners do not receive email notifications when reviewers provide feedback; this is a fundamental functionality that is currently unavailable within the LMS. Overall, when comparing the strengths and limitations, the advantages clearly outweigh the drawbacks, as the identified issues are relatively minor and do not significantly impact the overall effectiveness of the platform.

D2L Brightspace felt like a rather legacy system in terms of overall usability. While it offers a wide range of reporting options, a significant amount of additional effort is required to consolidate and structure the data into the specific reports needed. From both an admin and learner perspective, the platform is not particularly intuitive or user-friendly, and navigating key functions can feel less streamlined compared to more modern LMS solutions.

### "Still Absorbing the Capabilities"

April 20, 2026

4.0

Our organization migrated our content from Docebo. We produce courses to support our programs with external learners, so it was important for the transition to happen smoothly. We were well-supported throughout that process and have been diligently adding new courses to Absorb in the 8 months since the transition. We've found it to be a powerful and easy-to-understand platform with capabilities we're still exploring and figuring out how to implement. We are looking forward to learning and growing with Absorb.

Pros

The customer support team is exceptional in their knowledge and willingness to help us improve our learner experience. The transition/onboarding support team member, \[sensitive content hidden\], and our daily success manager, \[sensitive content hidden\], are both very impressive and key to our growth and happiness with the product. The customer support is far and away the most impressive aspect of Absorb. Absorb is pretty feature-rich in terms of user management and controlling how content displays to our learners. I like all of the settings, though sometimes they are not always intuitive or well-explained within the system itself (which is why I appreciate our success manager so much). Employee training was relatively robust, but I find that most people prefer to get their hands dirty and will only consult the training as needed. We haven't encountered many bugs or issues, but the ones we have were explored and addressed very quickly by the team.

Cons

I'm generally a little disappointed in the visual aspect of the Learner-facing dashboard. I would love to have more features, templates, and control over the user interface. It feels somewhat outdated and it's a shame that it is the first impression learners get when they log in to our system for the first time. I've long been curious about whether we could integrate Absorb into a UI designer that would give us more control. Some aspects of the learner experience also seem unintuitive and require us to support our learners with simple navigation. Finally, I really hate that AI ad that Absorb was running on streaming services for a while. It cheapened the product and made me question its quality.

### "Covered California gives Absorb an A+"

March 3, 2026

It's been great! I really appreciate the support of our CSM and Account Manager. They've been great at helping us refine our LMS use.

Pros

Absorb LMS is extremely intuitive for both admin users and our end-users. I appreciate all the training available in the Absorb Academy and have found the articles/white papers, and reports extremely helpful.

Cons

There's no way for us to archive records we no longer need (like a user enrolled in a course they no longer need to take, but we still have to show they were enrolled for compliance), and we need more insights into which admin users are making enrollments. We also need to be able to see deleted enrollments.

Overall, it is a solid LMS that delivers a reliable and user-friendly learning experience for both administrators and learners. The platform is generally easy to navigate, which helps streamline course management and improves learner engagement. One of its strongest aspects is the customer support, which is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful when issues arise or guidance is needed.

Pros

I love that it is easy to navigate and has flexibility in branding/customization. You can create something that actually feels like a polished, cohesive environment rather than a generic LMS, which matters for engagement and professionalism.

Cons

The reporting features did not always provide the level of detail or customization needed and the assignment functionality felt somewhat limited, making it harder for admins.

Exceptionally smooth and issue free from start to finish. I found the procurement process relative straight forward, Absorb were fully supportive of our needs and understood our requirements. Setup was super smooth and extremely efficient, from contract signing to roll out was less than a month which was impressive.

Pros

Firstly the number of features that were available compared to other LMX platforms. The extensive library allowed us to cover multiple geographic locations for mandatory training requirements and the AI features within create have proven to be a significant time saver when creating modules or supporting materials.

Cons

Some of the dashboard views which contain all of the training added for employees to select self learning can lead to a bit of a visual overload when viewed on the employee dashboard. Just displaying the mandatory training and having everything else accessible via a folder option would be better for us.

### "Absorb LMS is the Best!"

April 27, 2026

5.0

Pros

Transitioning to Absorb LMS has been one of the smoothest software rollouts our team has ever experienced. From the very beginning, the implementation process was structured and transparent. The onboarding team was exceptionally knowledgeable, guiding us through every configuration with ease and ensuring we hit our launch deadline without a single hitch. One of the absolute standout features for us is the ADP connector. It integrates flawlessly with our existing HR ecosystem, automating user management and ensuring data flows between systems in real-time. This has significantly reduced our administrative overhead and eliminated the manual data entry errors we struggled with in the past. Beyond the backend efficiency, the user interface (UI) is where Absorb truly shines. It is modern, sleek, and incredibly intuitive for our learners. We have seen a noticeable uptick in course completion rates simply because the platform is so easy to navigate. If you are looking for a robust LMS that balances powerful integrations with a top-tier user experience, I cannot recommend Absorb enough.

Cons

We have not run into any negatives working with the Absorb Team or their product. Any technical errors we met during implementation were resolved within 24 hours and often were user error rather than a system glitch.

All interactions I've had with\[sensitive content hidden\] have been phenomenal. We were so supported in every step from contract negotiations to project management, implementation, and testing. I'm so grateful for this system and it's going to support our company very well as we grow.

Pros

Every single thing that was discussed during the initial conversations around this project have been accurate. The ease of use, capability, functionality, reporting, and scalability were not over-exaggerated.

Cons

That I didn't get this system sooner! The only actual con I have is not with Absorb, but with MedTrainer. Their license structure doesn't allow us to re-use licenses from past users, which is hard with our industry's turnover.

### "Absorb, Growing Together"

September 12, 2025

4.0

Absorb has been a great partner since implementation. The customer support has been good and it's been very exciting to see the tool grow and get the opportunity to be a part of trying new options as they release. For a company that was new to learning, they have helped me create an exciting benefit for employees and be able to manage with only a small team for admin tasks, compliance, career development and content creation.

Pros

My company has not had an L&D team for very long and have adapted to Absorb as the new learning tool really well due to its ease of use with 1200 unique logins the first month. Admins have not had an issue getting on board either and can easily manage running reports and making assignments.

Cons

I have been very happy with the tool, but would love to see options for data in the core tool be open to more options. There are grids that allow for many ad hoc reports, but sometimes the fields included are not what I need causing me to have to run multiple reports and merge them together. I also would like to see more options available for import tools similar to the enrollment upload and user upload. For example, I would like to be able to import courses from Excel alongside the enrollments tool for historical enrollments or manual conversions from other systems.

[Moodle](https://www.capterra.com/p/80691/Moodle/)[Docebo](https://www.capterra.com/p/127213/Docebo/)

Reason for choosing Absorb

Docebo had good functionality, but was too pricey and the admin portion was disorganized and difficult. Moodle did not include the critical pieces we were looking for in a full LMS and required more manual work than my small team could handle to make things like integrations occur in the way we wanted.

The Cost of LinkedIn Learning was too high and it lacked the LMS functionality we were looking for to manage our overall needs.

### "Absorb: an extension of our own team!"

August 15, 2025

5.0

As our L&D is incredibly small (2 of us), we love that Absorb feels like an extension of our own team, rather than an external company. It's very collaborative, communication feels genuine natural, and I'm definitely a big advocate for their product portfolio! We've subscribed to a lot of their add-ons and Absorb Create AI allows us to save both time and money by creating content in-house, rather than outsource; over 400k saved in 2024 through doing so! And as mentioned before, they're constantly updating and adding new features, so you can now add AI text to speech with different options and pauses, and generate quiz questions based on your content. Their CSM and Account Managers are always knowledgeable about upcoming rollouts, products and how this may fit into our training plans, with very reasonable costs that we can actively track ROI on. From an admin perspective, it's incredibly intuitive to use and difficult to break. They do have their own Knowledge Base and Academy where they have brilliant quality walkthroughs and elearning to help you get the most out of the LMS and add-on tools, but there's not much you can't pick up in 10 minutes and pressing buttons. I'm honestly a big fan and love attending their online workshops and Summit with guest speakers and chances to share best practice and discuss challenges and solutions across the industry.

Pros

Absorb have a great culture to them, which initially drew us to them and set them aside from the more "hard-sell" options. We were able to demo and test sandbox modes and the different add-ons before purchase, ensuring we were confident that it would meet our requirements. Not only that, but since implementation, Absorb are constantly reflecting on their options and updating and upgrading all the time, with outstanding levels of communication; my favourite is their "Ideas Portal" where customers can suggest changes or updates to their platform, and you can chat with product and tech specialists and put forward a case, where they'll then let you know if it's a likely candidate for their roadmap. I've personally suggested several changes that they've rolled out, so it feels great to know they're listening, making improvements and also making the platform better for other customers too.

Cons

Almost nothing! It's incredibly intuitive and I love the navigation of it. I would like to see some updates to their Global Resource options (non-courses like links and PDFs) to include images to help improve engagement, but honestly this is the only major improvement I can think of.

Reason for choosing Absorb

Absorb were a new and upcoming company and we loved their innovative and friendly feel. I'm not a fan of the "hard sell", so being able to demo and trial in sandbox modes before making a decision definitely helped a lot.

### "Great LMS! "

February 2, 2026

5.0

As someone who inherited being the Absorb LMS admin/support person at my company it was pretty straight forward and easy to learn. I think the system is fairly intuitive and the help feature is always there if I need. I also have a habit of just emailing Tamar or Dave and they are always able to hop on a quick call and walk me through anything.

Pros

I absolutely love Absorb LMS! It has every feature we need to successfully share content and train everyone at our company. The customer support is fantastic and the two reps I have had the pleasure of working with \[sensitive content hidden\] have been so responsive and helpful with anything we need.

Cons

Honestly there is nothing that comes to mind. Everything has been great in my experience working with Absorb LMS.

### "Highly recommend Absorb"

September 22, 2025

5.0

Would highly recommend Absorb for all levels of organizations. The built in content and content creator are such a value add. Absorb has done a great job of not making you pay for something you won't use.

Pros

Absorb LMS is a user-friendly learning management system that offers several advantages for organizations looking to streamline training and development. The platform is clean and easy to navigate, making it accessible for both administrators and learners. Absorb allows for tailored learning experiences with flexible course structures and automated enrollments. Most importantly, it streamlines administrative tasks like course assignments, reminders, and certifications.

Cons

Biggest drawback is that it's too customizable. It can be a learning curve to get setup and use. The implementation team was helpful but it's taken us several months to get it to where we want it to be through trial and error.

### "Absorb / Stuller"

February 9, 2026

5.0

Overall great experience, \[sensitive content hidden\] is our CSM and is absolutely fantastic. She is so patient with all of my questions, again being a new user I do think it is so important to have someone who is very understanding. She just recently got us to set up quarterly meetings which is wonderful!

Pros

I just recently got into the Absorb Academy learning, and think they have SO many great learning opportunities.

Cons

Personally, I find as a newer users it to be a little more challenging system. Maybe thinking about some sort of "onboarding call" when you client may get a new employee. Which I do understand that should be on the company itself to set up, but just going the extra mile to do so.

### "Life Ready Review "

May 15, 2026

5.0

Amazing, we could not be happier with the overall product and its usability. It's allowed us to significantly increase our workforce development program.

Pros

It's easy to use features for both creating content and managing course enrolments and tracking. I love how customizable the course content is and how seamlessly you go from creating content to having our employees enrolled in courses.

Cons

The AI course creation could be more in-depth and include more features. I found that there are only a few aspects of the templates that are customizable so in a way its faster to create your own templates than use the AI.

### "Great Platform for Managing and Delivering Training"

October 20, 2025

4.0

My overall experience with Absorb LMS has been positive. It’s a modern, easy-to-navigate platform that helps streamline course delivery and learner management. I’ve found it reliable for day-to-day operations and onboarding. My only wish is that the quiz-building tools, especially around adding images, were a bit more efficient.

Pros

I like how easy it is to organize and manage courses in Absorb LMS. The admin dashboard feels modern and user-friendly, and it doesn’t take long to get comfortable managing users, enrollments, and reporting. I also appreciate the automation features like auto-enrollments and reminders, which save a lot of manual work.

Cons

While the overall platform is easy to use, adding photos to quizzes can be a bit cumbersome. It would be great if Absorb streamlined that process or allowed for more drag-and-drop functionality to make quiz creation faster.
