### "Best Catering Online Ordering System"

They are always looking for ways to improve and keep up with the changes in technology and they allow the customers to provide suggestions and feedback.

Pros

Before CaterTrax, we were spending hours inputting our catering orders into excel. I used CaterTrax at a previous job presented the benefits of using this program to my boss. He was on board, but our corporate office wanted us to use Caterease. I put together another presentation comparing the two programs and and after a long discussion, we were able to get CaterTrax. I saw the light at the end of the tunnel! This was the best thing we brought to our department and clients.

### "Wonderful Software "

Clients can place there own orders. The system is very user friendly.

Pros

Ability to duplicate previous orders. Clients can store payment information and event details that make completing orders easy.

Cons

Once orders are archived that cannot be unlocked. If invoices have been processed for billing and is locked.

this program was choses by accounting as is interfaced with existing billing software, it is clunck and difficutl for both staff and customers alike

Pros

the tracking feature is the best feature of this program

Cons

you cannont move up items without retyping order , frequently forgets prints when mass printing, the cloud is as slow as using dial up , the spell check misses food terms, the functionality is not intuitive and slow going

### "Healthcare Floor Stock and Functions!"

Pros

I work in Healthcare and love the floor stock section, as well as the Catering (ease of ordering) portion

Cons

The floor stock portion seems to be a little redundant to get to the end of one order

There are a lot of possibilities but the time to reach some of those ever changing needs is sometimes challenging.

Catertrax has been a nice surprise for tracking and managing my catering activity. All my information is in one place and the reporting functionality is something I did not have before. Now with customer inquiries, the answer is usually a click away!

Pros

I was reluctant to start using Catertrax because "my way" had been working fine. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved to see how much the sight could do for me. I find having history on my customer orders to be a major plus. It's a one stop site for all my catering info.

Cons

In a shared, multi-unit usage situation there is some confusion moving from site to site and getting the site to follow along.

Overall CaterTrax has been a useful tool but it could use some refining. Some of the issues can easily be fixed from the admin portal while others must be handled by the support team which delays the sales process and ultimately reduces the satisfaction of my clients.

Pros

CaterTrax has lots of backend functionality. Admins can add, edit and remove menu items and features practically endlessly.

Cons

When transitioning from the original interface to the new “skin”, a lot of data when missing and caused multiple issues for my users when ordering. Many support tickets needed submitting.

Catertrax is crucial to our professionalism! Having the ability to duplicate previous orders and revise as needed is wonderful!

Pros

On a college campus we have simple coffee set ups to banquets for 500 plus! Catertrax helps us communicate from the back of the house to the banquet servers. The kitchen sheets lay out the customers expectations.

Cons

If I could change something it would be the ability to adjust our pricing on our own, instead of submitting a request, but the customer service is always efficient.

I have used Catertrax for years and really enjoy working with the program. Its user friendly and easy to walk guests and new users through placing an order.

Pros

I really like the ability to go to the menu edit tool and make adjustments as needed.

Cons

I was once able to go in and write and publish my own menus and I am no longer able to do that. Now all I can do is edit the material that is there.

I am a techno nothing this program is easy to use. The customer service response to requests is quick and efficient. The customer service reps are very friendly and always helpful.

Cons

The new shopping cart. I really dislike this add on. I like to see the runnig order without having to click on the cart.

Pros

I've been using Cater Trax for almost 5 years in 2 different roles with 2 different companies. First, as a Catering Supervisor...as a new user the software is user friendly. Navigation of the site is quite easy and moves quickly from one window to another. As an Admin/Finance Manager, the reporting is definitely helpful! Applying payment is clear and simple. Navigation of the finance reports is easily generated. Finding invoices and reports is a breeze.

Cons

Not much to unlike. As with any software, once you take the tutorial it flows pretty seamlessly. And if you get stuck the support is a click or call away.

Catertrax is very easy to use and even the customer support is very fast in response to any issues. We have had to have orders reopened as well as have things changed with payment and it was a very smooth process that was done faster than anticipated!

Pros

After the catertrax update I feel that the website is more inviting to customers and the ease of use is very easy. I have customers that are able to use the website with no issues and have even had comments of how nice it is. Many of our continued customers had commented on the new update saying it is more inviting and easy to navigate!

Cons

Sometimes I have customers that cannot get logged in because their passwords do not work and they seem to have a hard time resetting it. It may be a user error but that is the only issues I have with Catertrax

Pros

ALL OF THE FEATURES - this encompasses all catering orders into one program which allows you to research year over year, month over month information and to see who is ordering and what they are ordering at a glance. Production list features are great when you have a lot of events in a short period of time. In my experience I have come to rely on the entire CaterTrax platform to ensure our success!

Cons

Really the biggest problem would be the sometimes the organization and repetitive or unneeded nature of the information that has to be included.

Catertrax has really streamlined the booking process for catering. The user interface for customers and admins is really intuitive. When I do have issues with the software, the customer service is top notch and diligently works on my requests. Overall, Catertrax makes my job easier and I am thankful for the opportunity to work with such excellent software.

Pros

The software is incredibly user friendly. When I train new employees, the Trax Training feature really helps speed up the process. I like how I can customize most menu items with ease. The software really has all the bells and whistles I need without being overly crowded.

Cons

Not much. Sometimes there's a lag in the menu loading or when ordering.

Pros

I like catertrax because, it is so self explanatory, that you can't mess it up. There are several people in several different departments that order food for caterings and it is very easy for them to choose their food options, date, time. And it makes me aware of all the changes. It makes my job very easy

There isn't really anything that is a Con. I truly like everything about this software

AWESOME overall experience with Catertrax as far as keeping our customers happy, they love the fact that they can always look at their past orders.

Pros

I love this software! It makes my job so much easier, it's very user friendly for our customers & it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out.

Cons

The only thing I dislike about the software is having to log in every single time. At one time we used to be able to save our login information.

CaterTrax is a great option for companies to manage their catering needs. Once set up, the site is user friendly and pretty straight forward to navigate. Pictures and descriptions can be added / edited. The customer support team is very helpful if issues arise.

CateTrax is easier for us to use as well as my customers. They are able to set up their own accounts. And that saves us and them valuable time.

Pros

As a company we changed to CaterTrax, I was upset at first because I was used to the system we were currently using. However CaterTrax is a much easier system. And they have always been there to help us change what is needed. I don't have to waste any time remembering how to adjust something on my old system

Cons

There is nothing that I like least about this software

Pros

The ease of entering an order for supplies or catering. Being able to only provide those items that meet the needs of the particular units.

Cons

In the case of entering floor stock and department stock on the same invoice it will put the amount on both reports. This causes problems when trying to balance out the month. Then it takes time to research the invoice that has the dual combination. Then new tickets have to be created to divide out the items so the month will balance. If there was a way for the reports to only pull items for floor stock and only items for department stock that would make balancing the end of the month much easier.

User Friendly on all fronts. They are able to create multiple reports for billing and specific custom items for clients. The support team is very helpful and the setup of many different sites went smoothly and was done right on time.

Then can do any reports but they all come at a price.

Organizes all components of room reservations and catering in same place. Totalizes by cost center etc in reports amounts for the month.

Pros

User friendly and puts all components in one place - room reservations, catering and floor stock Was able to customize to our needs for many things - adding cooler temperatures for our areas that we stock was one.

Cons

sometimes when using on the ipad it locks up for our tray passers who enter floor stock. Wish could easily make changes on own to back end.

Easy to use, they train you on all aspects of the software and getting customers to use it is a no brainer.

Pros

A one stop shop! Gives us so many options that it is hard to choose which ones to use. It is so easy to teach our customers how to use it and once they start using it the feedback from customers is GREAT! They love the feature that they can go back and look at past orders. Our clients like that they can get quick and detailed reports every month.

Much more organized and pricing is pre set.

Pros

I think it is great that everything is in one place for the customer. I like the notifications received on any changes and tracking. Great asset for back tracking.

Cons

I wish the reports could be edited and more created. Such as the date on the daily calendar cover sheet...the date would work better at the bottom of the page rather then the top. Search options could be filtered better.
