In my area we administrate legal insurance lawsuits, and is fundamental for everyday work. Would recommend it, but take into consideration that implementation won´t be a easy task.

Pros

Good information management with many options and very customizable

Cons

Is somewhat hard to master having a lot of modules, for information allocation
