I prefer to use it in general when there's no urgency. Pros This software provides wide collection of options in monitoring network devices. Implementation and installation is too easy, no experience needed. The best I love about this software is the thumbnail view of devices, so I can monitor all employees transactions and activities without accessing their devices. Beside that it provides full options to control the target device like keylogging all keystrokes, stopping specific software application or specific websites, locking down PC, locking USB, shutting down PC and etc... Cons Too much unresponsiveness. Starting the software could take around 3 minutes to be fully loaded (24 PCs connected). Image quality when controlling the target device is too low comparing to TeamViewer or Radmin.
