Pros

The ease of being able to add a live chat feature to websites. I also really like that you can amend the settings extremely well, so that it can fit your business needs.

Pros

This program has a simple to understand and user friendly ui. It is also backed by an ever helpful support team and lastly the resource guides for this tool is just perfect.From video guides to articles,all available for use on the Livechat website. Featurewise, I am in love with the sneek-peak feature ,which allows us see what customers are typing even before its sent to us.

Cons

We use the enterprise version of this software and maybe it should be cheaper than the current.

Pros

For the most part the software is user friendly. We didn't need software with a lot of bells and whistles. This software does exactly what it needs to and is simple and straightforward.

Cons

The only complication we have experienced was in account/user management. It was resolved quickly and with no further complications.

We use Live Chat for customers who visit our website to speak with someone after business hours. It helps capture traffic we may not have been normally able to get, and have the customer's basic questions answered and information collected.

Pros

Live chat is a great feature that allows prospective customers/renters to communicate with someone 24/7. It captures hot leads, that may be doing apartment research after business hours. The live chat representative collects the prospects name, email and phone number- so that we can contact them during business hours and further assist them.

Cons

Sometimes the Live Chat representatives can come off negatively towards customers. The responses they give are often too "robotic," and can make the customer feel as if they are wasting their time. I've seen chats where the customer quickly signs off from the chat once it doesn't have the authentic, human communication feel.

Livechat is an efficient software for helpdesk. We use the chat history feature, which backs all previous correspondence we must have had with a customer in time past, enable is to better trace recurrent customer problems, the few times they occur. We have also recently adopted Livechat Not, Botengine and it has only made our work easier, by allowing our customer care team focus on only the problems Botengine cannot handle.

Cons

Livechat need to work on its third party integration capability. Either by sheer coincidence or intentionally, we have been never been able to integrate this with our Salesforce CRM.

Pros

Livechat has a great user interface ,which makes it easy to quickly pickup the workings of this software. It has made it easy for patients to contact us at the local teaching hospital ,as it has shown overtime to be a faster means to get instant response from an hospital representative as against putting a phone call across. I like the daily chat reports which is sent to us by Livechat at the end of the day ,which gives us a data backed idea of our performance for the day .

Cons

I wish there could be an audio call feature like is available on Telegram on Whatsapp. It will only make this software more effective.

While this software has got some interesting feature which makes work done better and faster ,its most important feature is its customer support team .This software is backed by an ever helpful and present customer support team . For everytime we've encountered challenges while using this software ; their customer support team have always worked towards resolving whatever issues or reservations we had.

Cons

Our inability to respond to tickets created by our customers and client via our mobile Livechat app. is a concern. All tickets have to be responded to via the web app. and this makes our work very static.

Very good and couldn’t run our business without it, look forward to future improvements.

Pros

Excellent feature set and customization especially on the desktop app. Works great with woocommerce.

Cons

Mobile app support has been a little flaky with login issues for almost a year. Seems latest update to the iOS app has mostly fixed this but still some lingering issues. So many more features could be added to the app as well. Also don’t like that you have to be on upper tiers to have a simple feature like hours available. We often forget to close the app down and have customers trying to reach us off hours.

LiveChat helped us integrate from relying on primarily email to communicate with our customers/clients, to being able to chat with them live. Providing support via email can be a rather slow and intimidating process, and having this option to chat live and be able to communicate quicker and more effectively with our customers and clients helped us support & answer their questions better and within a quicker time frame.

Pros

I loved using this software for my website (online retail) because it allowed me to provide a live chat support service to all of my customers and clients in a quick and prompt manner without having to rely entirely on email support. Notifications for new chat inquiries is really quick as well, allowing my team & I to address the new chat inquiry as quick as possible so we can keep our customers and clients satisfied and provide them with support as quickly as we can.

Cons

I don't have any cons with LiveChat as everything has ran smoothly on my website so far, and my team & I haven't encountered any technical issues with it.

Easy to set up and use. Great for business that 'really' need to be able to chat with the users in real time. Highly recommeded.

Cons

Maybe there are too much tools like LiveChat that also implement AI in a better way so the only differentiation could be the price range and support; if you needed... That applies for the standard version.

I recently had an issue with a New phone bought online, I had received An could figure out was invited to a live chat who help me to resolve my issues. I had never had a live chat interaction before. I do not have anything bad to say about it all my issues were resolved in a very timely manner, even when I returned the next day the next agent who helped me was able to update herself on everything me and the previous agent had discussed. So she was able to continue handling my situation. perfectly, it made things so easy even though my issue took a while to resolve. They did everything perfectly on their part and were able to due to the ease of use of live chat

Pros

I most like how simple and easy it was to use, just like any other messenger would be. It is what you want an expect it to be! It is not like hopping around and speaking with a different person every time you call/ or separate email back an forth. Though you may be speaking with a different person all your information is right there in front of you, for you to view, and them to view.

Cons

There was nothing I didn't like about this software do live chat could lead some to believe that means you see the person and they see you. This is not the case.
