The experience is very good so far. Saves a lot of energy and time.

Pros

Most of its features are very unique and useful. like its quick and easy integration with HubSpot makes a very useful tool for business. it can connect with GPS which allows viewing the location of the sender. this application is compatible with almost all types of devices. itis very lightweight and does not require high internet speed. Its user interface is very easy. In addition to this, you share multimedia files too

Cons

what I dislike is that it is a bit expensive, because for every extra feature you have to pay extra. They should work on the price to maintain their market value.

They fake in supporting nonprofit organizations. We spend like 300 dollars monthly in LiveChat, even if we are an official nonprofit organization in Italy. We obviously sent them all the documents provided by Italy's government. But they decided not to accept our application without telling us any reason. Not professional at all. Considering that isn't possible to build long-term relationships with them, we skip to another software. You better do the same. Don't trust in LiveChat and don't try to find support in Dominica.

Pros

Nice design, nothing more than that actually.

Cons

It costs a lot for poor quality service and support.

Live Chat changed the way we support customers by streamlining the process on BOTH our end and the customer's end. We have a robust service tailored to Managers, however Live Chat allows us to open the doors and support ANYONE using our service, which takes some burden off Managers making our service that much more attractive. In addition to support, we use Live Chat on our main site for folks that are interested in learning more about our service. When vetting our company, leads can get information ASAP from a real person rather than relying solely on an automated email campaign. How cool is that? This is a MUST HAVE for any business providing customer support. The interface is user friendly, canned responses are a LIFE SAVER and the stats and site visitor information is on point. Not to mention, if you ever need help or have a question Live Chat is there to support me 24/7. We all know that's a rarity, especially in tech. So my advice to you, put your customers first and SIGN UP NOW!

### "Wonderful Chat Option for our Website"

I have had a great overall experience with LiveChat. I find many benefits to having it on our site and our customers are glad to have that quick interaction readily available. I have also found chatting with LiveChat personnel useful and I have learned things from their blog posts and videos. I also like the typing test they have produced for users. I love that I can go back through archived chats and that customers can receive the transcription of their chat with us if they want.

Pros

I love that I can see where customers are located, what time it there, and what page they've been browsing. I also am pleased with the ticket function with this software. I like that I can see what guests are typing before they have sent the message so I can answer effectively and efficiently.

Cons

I'm not sure how it works exactly, but we have had issues where scammers use our chat box on inappropriate sites so I get people who come on the chat who should not be there. We now have an administrator who is watching that more carefully so it hasn't happened as often.

At first, the price was a little high, so it was burdensome, but when I actually used it, there were many advantages and I will use it well in the future.

Pros

First of all, you can communicate very conveniently and quickly. It was efficient because I could save a lot of time through this software. In addition, it can be conveniently used when busy with meetings or work, and the function of the message is very satisfactory.

Cons

The price is a little expensive for me, and although there were some minor errors, there was no big problem and the efficiency is excellent for the price.

I use this everyday to chat with my clients and we get a lot of chats from Facebook and after the messenger integration, I easily handle all of them with quick replies and view user statistics on site at the same time. The reports and ticketing is also perfect.

Pros

I never thought that live chat application was this user friendly. You get a great deal of features in it. The customization according to your branding, the reports, the ghost typing, account management and above of all messenger integration. Integrating the messenger was literally a one minute job and makes your life easier.

Cons

The worst thing about live chat app is chat alerts. They should use a better proactive approach rather than showing someone surf over the site. It should show the possibility of a visitor likely to communicate via chat

My personal experience with LiveChat has been positive, I would recommend it

Pros

I am using Livechat in digital web project including for several of my own websites. It is seamless to install and features allows you to work in distributing teams (very helpful)

Cons

I have not product complaints. The chatbot and live chat micro-services space is a very competitive market and more "economical alternative" i.e. affordable options are available in the marketplace

Very easy to use. Chatting with customers is fast and efficient.

Cons

The timeout on chats could be a little longer. I think it's three mins. When we are short-staffed it would be nice for it to be longer.

I work for a cellular communications company that deals with many different retailers around the world. We have been using LiveChat service for many years to offer our customers quick and easy access to our support representatives. There are many pricing tiers for all sizes of business. Their customer support staff is always eager to help and they not only take suggestions but they work to implement solutions. I have access to detailed reporting and analytics and can even use integrated apps such as Zendesk within the program.

Pros

Detailed reporting and analytics. Affordable pricing no matter the size of your business. Great customer service whenever you need it. Ease of use and integration into your existing system.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say at this time because any issue I have ever had - any change I wanted made- LiveChat has always been there for me and my support team.

As I said, being able to interact with clients in real time, rather than having to wait on the back-and-forth of email is wonderful. Sometimes it is even better than being on the phone with clients as you can send them active URLs to help direct them to the right location(s) on the company website and receive feedback in real time so you can adjust your customer service accordingly and avoid potential misunderstandings that can lead to escalations otherwise.

Pros

Pros

I have been the most impressed by the system's ability to queue and save tickets while my team is not online.

Cons

I wish that it was slightly easier to mark chats as "closed" through the emails we receive them in. Most of ours are forwarded internally, so it would be very nice to just click "close ticket" instead of opening the chat on the website just to do the same thing.

Pros

I have a shopify website and Ii use Livechat on this website to effectively communicate with the website visitors. It gives instant information of the profile visitors immediately. It tracks the user browsing through the page and we will know what interests the customer most.

Cons

They use an independant IP address tracking software to track the IP address and geo location of visitors on the page which is not accurate always. I suggest the developers to get this data from 3-4 external providers and then compare it and display the best result. The location seems to be accurate only 70% of the times.

Cons

Very bad at customer support. When there was an issue, support was unavailable and we had to disable Livechat on our website.
