### "Working with clients in real time through chat is infinitely better than the back and forth of email"

As I said, being able to interact with clients in real time, rather than having to wait on the back-and-forth of email is wonderful. Sometimes it is even better than being on the phone with clients as you can send them active URLs to help direct them to the right location(s) on the company website and receive feedback in real time so you can adjust your customer service accordingly and avoid potential misunderstandings that can lead to escalations otherwise.

Pros

Pros

I have been the most impressed by the system's ability to queue and save tickets while my team is not online.

Cons

I wish that it was slightly easier to mark chats as "closed" through the emails we receive them in. Most of ours are forwarded internally, so it would be very nice to just click "close ticket" instead of opening the chat on the website just to do the same thing.

Pros

I have a shopify website and Ii use Livechat on this website to effectively communicate with the website visitors. It gives instant information of the profile visitors immediately. It tracks the user browsing through the page and we will know what interests the customer most.

Cons

They use an independant IP address tracking software to track the IP address and geo location of visitors on the page which is not accurate always. I suggest the developers to get this data from 3-4 external providers and then compare it and display the best result. The location seems to be accurate only 70% of the times.

Cons

Very bad at customer support. When there was an issue, support was unavailable and we had to disable Livechat on our website.

My experience with live chat it great and ultimate.

Pros

I use this software to implement live chat on my clients website to give customer support in a real time. It helps them a lot to give support without calling or moving anywhere. It can be easily integrated in php with just a small 3-4 lines of code copy and paste. It is fully loaded with features such as notification sound email transcript. Nice user interface and understandable design.

Cons

Nothing least thinh about this software.

I like the update to the software although it wasn't the easiest to figure out initially. I like that I can see what the other person is typing before they send it

I don't like that I have to click on the customer to see what they are looking at vs hovering over and it populating

The ease of use is first on the list. They make it extremely easy to use and configure your preferences. I love that LiveChat continues to update their software to keep things running smoothly.

Cons

Some of the bugs were annoying but they were taken care of. Every software is going to have bugs and I'm glad the LC team was proactive about getting rid of them.

It was a Very good app and in the future, many good updates are coming to overcome a bug.

Pros

Customer service representatives can help customers with questions about their service or set up new services without having to call in. While providing quality service to our customers, we are able to keep our abandoned calls down. The ability to chat is easy. The ability to manage tickets is easy. The ability to search the knowledge base is easy.

Cons

It sometimes takes a lot of effort for the application to run, but the expense is nothing in comparison. Having visitor data logged and saved via LiveChat would be very helpful for reporting purposes.If we decide to make changes to our site, this historical data might prove useful.

It keeps me connected with people who can help. That is especially important these days where its just not as feasible to walk inside someplace, or even get prompt help over a telephone.

Pros

It is always available. No matter where I am at or what I need help with it is there to connect me with the proper people so I can get what I need done or resolved. It makes taking care of things so much easier than having to use a phone and wait!

Cons

There aren't really any negatives. Sometimes it can seem a bit like there is a slight lag but that may be my device or connection that is having the issue.

One of the best features that I in LiveChat are you can use as chat support, help desk this platform is very helpful in my workplace specially I work in the hospital and I use it to communicate my customers and this is more accessible software.

Cons

What I like least in this software is that sometimes when you open a new tab your current conversation might lose.

Pros

We found the ease of adding Live Chat to our site was very easy allowing agents to communicate with new site visitors.

Cons

Integration was easy, but did need to use support feature on a few aspects of set up. Support were quick and very knowledgeable.

overall, live chat is the most helpful tool to utilize when your not able to get up. There are a lot of people to help but sometimes the answers come a little slower than usual when theirs limited worker.

Pros

What I like most about Live chat is having someone on the other end ready to help and assist with any questions. Sometimes your not able to get up from your work area and quickly chatting is super convenient.

Cons

What I least about live chat is the weekends. Someone may not be available to chat as quickly as someone would be during the week Monday-Friday. I know how it can be but sometimes calling in takes even longer.

Pros

I thoroughly enjoyed using this software at an old job of mine. it was easy and quick to use and it retained a lot of our customers by being able to help them instantly. I have always had great experiences with this software. the customer service was great too! so very helpful and polite when we needed help.

Cons

It's hard to find any fault with this software but if I had to say anything it would be the amount of energy it took to work it on our computers. it takes a little more than I'd have liked.

I find LiveChat very easy to set up and use daily, and I'm not a tech person at all. Everything is designed in a way that's logical and clear, so most of the time I can navigate around and do everything myself. They also have a lot of optional free plug-ins which you can install, or not, to enhance the functionality of the system. And if you need help, use their Live Chat (of course!) for quick and friendly assistance. Their help department reps are live people who actually help you and don't just send you canned responses.

Pros

Our customer service reps like the feature where they can see what the customer is typing before the customer hits "enter." This gives a little extra time to research the customer's issue so as to have a quicker response or resolution.

Cons

It would be nice if they added a spell check or grammar check to help our reps communicate in a more professional way.
