Works very well as long as the customer can type out their issues.

Pros

It works much better than the phone. You can get messages much clearer and can get a better understanding of what the customer needs.

Cons

Sometimes the messages are going back and forth faster than the conversation so it can get confusing.

Pros

It is so easy to use livechat and get transcripts of the chat for future records. The software loads fast and displays an automatic greeting that is easily replaced by a real operator to take care of my issue(s).

Cons

As a user I have no complaints for this software. It works every time I've used it and there are no bad surprises when I use it. It functions as promised and works every time I've used it.

I'm satisfied with LiveChat, it does what it says and a good product for a professional website.

Pros

LiveChat is a power-packed little software that enables your website to easily interact with your customers. It is easy to deploy and much easier to use than it's competitors's product.

Cons

I don't feel that there is something wrong with this product. Though, I would like to see more options for reporting and E-mail marketing.

its straight forward, and the software is very reliable unlike Skype. Used it mostly on the client end, and it works really well with technical support. can log conversation easily and send copies of interactions.

Pros

I'm a user of Live Chat on many platforms and its very intuitive and a great way to chat with clients.

Cons

I don't really have a Con for Livechat, maybe that it isn't that feature rich, but I personally dislike programs that try to be a swiss army knife when they're intended purpose is to be a butter knife.

Pros

Easy to integrate onto your website. The website interface is intuitive. It's easy to teach staff how to use it.

Cons

This isn't Live Chat's fault - but you DO need a human monitoring it for it to be the optimal customer experience. If no human is available, it defaults to a webform.

LiveChat has many positives. It gives both current and prospective students the ability to chat with our team. The chat service immediately connects us and allows us to assist customers in real time. One admin is able to assist multiple customers simultaneously. You are able to save responses to questions which are asked on a repetitive bases so our response time is increased which gives the customer a better experience. LiveChat also has reporting options which allow us to view activity on a daily, weekly or monthly bases.

Overall I find that it works wonders and I like to solve peoples problems. Its a win-win.

Pros

LiveChat is a great chat software to use between members and employees. It has a mobile and web version which comes in handy as well. It saves chat history and has a good ticket system to keep track of requests. Its makes life easier on both sides.

Cons

There is nothing that I dislike about this software. Sometimes the connection can be weak but its not a big issue.

We added Live Chat to our website and immediately had customers looking to chat with us and ask questions about our products. We were able to provide immediate answers and help, without having them be inconvenienced by having to call or e-mail us. LiveChat was surprisingly easy to use. We will definitely continue to use this product going forward!

Pros

Chats are such a perfect way to integrate your customer service on the business web site. Live chat is simply huge: hundreds of tools and features all in one "simple chat".

Cons

What happens with Live Chat is that, sometimes, the gap between big and small business may be too big to start using these features. Just keep in mind you start with the basics and grow step by step. Anyway the starter price could not fit to everyone!

I have used live chat while on websites to ask question or gather more information. It is extremely useful.

Pros

This software is very convenient and I truly believe that if you run a website with frequent customers, you need live chat! A lot of times, I go on website and have questions or confused, but having live chat eliminates that.

Cons

I would recommend live chat to anyone. There is nothing that I did not enjoy or didnt like about this great app.

Live Chat gives us one more touch point for our site browsers to reach us if they need assistance. It is always nice to be available.

Pros

I love the fact we are able to use the free version of the software. No more than we need it, we would not pay for something like it, but it is nice to have for our browsers.

Cons

I cannot think of anything right off the top of my head that we dislike about it. It fills our needs.

This is nice to have it allows you to talk to a repersentive instead of being on the phone all day.

Cons

Sometimes it will glitch out or will end the conversation and have to start all over or figure out how to get back on

Simple the most user friendly, easy to use Live Chat software for your company looking for Live Chat capability.

Cons

For some beginner users. The learning curve for implementing the software may be a bit tough. But once you do it once or twice it is a breeze.

LiveChat works as intended without any issues. The cost is reasonable and the only downfall apprears to be an inability to accept documents or images so secondary communiction is required.

Pros

LiveChat has been easy to use and intuitive. I Haven't had any glitches or freezing issues. All around a reliable product.

Cons

The only con I have found to this product so far is the inability to upload screenshots, documents, or photos, which can be quite helpful for tech support and customer service issues.

Pros

Gosto do software porque ajuda demais na comunicação. O chat é fluido. A conexão de vídeo é muito rápida, sem travamentos e dificuldades. O uso é fácil.

Cons

Não tive dificuldade no uso, os clientes entram em contato com a empresa com agilidade. Não tenho do que reclamar.

Pros

LiveChat is what you need to keep in touch with your customers, there is a great number of features that will help you build a good customer service if that's what you are looking for.

Cons

It isn't a real con because it depend on each one, but for me the pricing doesn't seem to be right. You get unlimited agents though but it isn't enough with you have a team of two or more.

Pros

LiveChat was an application that was offered through the Bigcommerce platform where I build the majority of my online stores. LiveChat offered a free trial which was a nice way to test out whether my customers would use the feature on my site. Customer service through the integration and testing process was stellar. If you need help installing the feature on your site their team is willing and quick to help.

Cons

Ultimately, my customers did not take to the integration, so I ditched it. I do not think it was a fault of the company's but the monthly fee is too steep to justify keeping on my stores. I would say the biggest con is the price.
