I love that I can chat with customers and handle customer service. Cons When I did use it, I was not able to zoom in on pictures I was sent (such as screenshots). Also, the notifications would often not come through, which was a huge con to me. Pros I like the simplicity of the layout. It does what it is supposed to without much bells and whistles. Cons I think that there could be more features added.
