I'm going to buy this product for my business. I plan to sell https://gitopsmanager.io on AWS and Azure Marketplaces. I needed a LiveChat and Support Ticketing system and this is perfect! My app manages kubernetes clusters in AWS / Azure and an opensource suite of tools to enable GitOps build and deployment globally. LiveChat and HelpDesk are critical to my success in offering great support experience to my customers.

Pros

I tried HubSpot in terms of live chat and notifications and was really disappointed. Then I read about LiveChat + HelpDesk and thought I would give it a try. the LiveChat notifications work on every message, I was also able to transform a conversation into a ticket when the chat ended with a workflow automation that worked the first time!

Cons

the workflow automations were an obscure checkbox on the my user profile to enable beta features and the AI chat bot didn't help, but when I got to a real person this was quick.

smooth and easy so far. All of our set up issue were handled quickly by support chat and the knowledge base.

Pros

Best mix or features, integrations, and automation for a website chat service. I did a lot of research and signed up for a lot of free trial and this service won out. Chatbot integration was a major reason for this.

Cons

nothing so far, used this service back in 2021 and coming back to it after current tool fell behind in features.

Good customer support, but very difficult to set up and learn to use. I have spent many hours trying to get the app to work on both my office PC and my iphone.

Pros

It is a very comprehensive app, with many features and will be very useful once I learn how to use it. Customer support has been very good overall.

Cons

Very complicated. Difficult to get it setup and working correctly in my experience. I will know more once I have used it for a few weeks. For now, I am not that impressed.

LC portal functionalities are really good and easy for us to manage the customer, however billing payment & annual renewal are challenging for us.

Customer Support was exceelent & LC portal functionalities are really good and easy for us to manage the customers.

Cons

I would like to highlight a few concerns regarding the recently introduced billing system, pricing structure, and subscription plans, which were implemented without prior consultation or alignment with our requirements. Additionally, the monthly Premium API payment process presents operational challenges for our organization. The payments currently require an American Express card, whereas our company policy does not permit the use of personal cards for business-related transactions. Furthermore, processing monthly payments involves multiple approval layers, making the process time-consuming and administratively cumbersome. To address these challenges, I would request the introduction of an annual prepaid API subscription package. An annual billing option would simplify procurement, reduce administrative overhead, ensure uninterrupted service, and better align with corporate payment and approval processes. I request you to consider this feedback and evaluate the feasibility of introducing annual prepaid API plans for enterprise and business users.

We use LiveChat daily! Their platform is extremely stable and we have never experienced an outage. The multitude of settings really allows us to customize our and the customer experience.

Pros

The cost per user is a great value and the integrations we can set up are fantastic! Our customers have never had a negative experience with the chat program.

Cons

Their AI Bot is pretty good, but could be a little less obviously a bot. This is only for our support from them, not customer facing though. Very minor

More than 3 years full time, managing thousands of chats. The Archives page shows 20,847 right now. Not that bad, right? I think it's a very good tool, I loved it in the past when it had the tickets management integrated, then there has been the switch off to HelpDesk at the beginning of this year, which, after some hiccups, it has been positively finalised, and now we are just one month before the next huge update, with the one Text App combining multiple tools into one, so I guess it will be the same as before. For our company audience no chat bot has been used, our customers ask for an in person chat, although several times I've been asked if I were human. With all the experience accumulated with time, a good knowledge of our current offers, and the aid of canned responses, you can quickly reply to any question, and this may feel like robotic.

Pros

It works! There are so many positive aspects that there is not one that stands out, which means that the tool is correctly balanced to provide all the features needed.

Cons

I cannot remove nor rename a segment, this is a long time bug, I am used to, meaning that I can remove or rename it, but it then reappears 🤷‍♀️

My experience with LiveChat is worthwhile. Aside from it's really serving it's purpose for our business, it does not make our lives complicated.

Pros

As part of general sales support of our company, this software was probably the easiest that I dealt with when I was learning all our tools. It's very user-friendly, not complicated, all the buttons can be learned, and the important function of getting in touch with a customer was quick and easy. We can send photos, links, files, or what not just to make things clear to our customers. We were able to generate additional sales when we started using this app because our customer don't need to call us anymore. We were able to assist them with whatever concerns they have whether it's sales or customer service by just chatting, so this makes their lives more convenient. As an agent of our company, we know that our business is good when we always here the knock knock sound of this app because there's a potential customer on the other end.

Cons

First, I'd say the cost of this app. There are other options for the same service that is cheaper that this. Second, how big of a file this app is. Desktop wise, it's fine. But on the phone, it takes up quite a storage space.
