Pros

LiveChat ultimately changed the way end users were able to quickly and with ease access a support rep. The integrations allowed for an extremely simple and painless solution for chatting support.

We are very pleased with how well LiveChat has worked for us and fit our needs.

Pros

We have integrated LiveChat with our ticketing system and we use it very often to solve a number of Helpdesk issues. It's well designed and works great with IOS, Android, PC, or Mac. The pricing is also very reasonable.

Cons

We like to use automated messages and those were not quite right to fit our needs at our Helpdesk.

Cons

weve been using this software for at least a year or so and I cant say we have any cons to speak upon as it it one of our tools to stay connected to customers.

Pros

Our sales conversion rate had skyrocketed on our website and we couldn’t be happier! The price is just amazing for the benefits offered by the LiveChat! Defintaly worth every penny! Thanks to everyone who created and keep improving this application!

Pros

I love live chatting as I am not a phone call person. This product is great for communication and asking questions rather than speaking directly on the phone. I also enjoy that you can can an email of your chat!

Cons

If the system times out for you, it will lose any data or chatting history that you have. This has only happened to me a few times.

Pros

We use LiveChat to communicate with our company customers in real time. Its installation on the site allowed us to significantly increase their level of service, solving the questions asked by them an order of magnitude faster.

Cons

LiveChat currently does not support the ability to send email notifications. Often, for no apparent reason, some of our employees crash out of the system.

I like how easily accessible LiveChat is on websites. I've used LiveChat to ask various troubleshooting questions, and the people have always been really helpful.

Cons

I don't like when LiveChat just pops up on your web browser while you're scrolling. I think you should make it known that your website has the LiveChat feature, but let people decide whether or not they want to use it.

Pros

LiveChat has made it easy to connect with companies when I have had issues. It's a quick software that eliminates the need to sit on the phone listening through a menu.

Sometimes the questions asked do not get you to the correct person/contact however that does not happen often

Overall using this product was a breeze. Whenever I had a quick question that needed to be answered about anything I could quickly and easily get connecting with someone who can do so through this product.

Pros

The biggest pro for me was how quick and easy it was to start chatting with someone using this product. Very easy to navigate even if you've never used it before.

Cons

From time to time I would get disconnected from the customer service associate when I was not done with them yet. The stability was not always the best with this product.

The product worked like it was supposed to. The customer support didn't really help me when I had the problem listed above, but the product did track my phone calls, which is what I wanted.

Pros

Live Chat was simple to operate and made it very easy to install a tracking code onto my website. I would recommend it.

Cons

I recieved a lot of spam calls. Not sure why, I have had others use the number and they did not receive anything like that. Maybe the number I was given was used in the past? But besides all of the annoying calls I got, it worked like it was supposed too.

Solid tool for understanding your NPS Score and tends. The tool performs as expected. Would like to see more analytic capability and the ability to sort on a customized reason codes, not just key words. I would like to establish my own categories for comments then flag each comment by a primary and secondary grouping. Right now I download all of the comments and flag them in an excel spreadsheet. I want my own so I can group all feedback across all feedback mechanisms. This way I can tie feedback from phone, chat, email, social media, etc.

Pros

Easy of use. Good general reporting. Ability to download data.

Cons

Would like more reporting capability.

Pros

Love using this - it's really really great for small business in particular! It adds a layer of class to the site when you have the ability to talk to customers in real time. I love that you can easily give it to someone in the office to manage and the customer can get a return in a timely manner. The UI is very easy to set up and is very customer + business side friendly.

Cons

I do have a tech complaint. On our site the banner is decently sized but on a phone (like in Google Chrome) the banner is massive and it is so annoying that I can't just "x" out of the part at the bottom. It continues to stay there and covers product details.

Live Chat was suggested by our administrators as a tool to increase customer support and of course sales. We are thrilled! We raised our sales a least 10-15% (due to immediate response to our clients needs and questions). Our customer support is much much better now, because we can answer questions quickly and easily (and this means more quick sales). Our customers appreciate the direct approach and help (and since most of them are mothers of infants and babies, who have a huge lack of time, appreciate it more). Anyway, I recommended the application to everyone who wants great customer support and an increase to their sales.

Pros

They were very helpful when it came to our payment. Since we live in Greece, we had (and still have) huge problems with transactions, due to capital controls. They were very helpful, they extended out trial a few days in order to find solution to our problem and they actually found a solution and helped us pay our membership. This was much appreciated, because it gives us the feeling that they consider us as long term partners and not as money.

Cons

No cons! Just buy the app , I guarantee that you will be very satisfied!
