first of all i like that it is easy to use and that you can sign up to use their chat tools for fourteen days free without even a credit card.

Cons

I will say that the software is expensive to me

It was good and easy to use but try the free one first.

Pros

Its easily implementable and the features are nice and robust with multiple agents. The cost is not too expensive.

Cons

Its not free and there are free alternatives out there that are not as full features like tawk.to but I recommend the latter for those that are just starting out

Easy to use and do some chats with the providers or clients.

Cons

It is quite slow, sometimes you're struggling to connect but this may because of the provider's or client's connection speed

I've used LiveChat on several support sites. It's clean and easy to use, no hassle what so ever.

Cons

Didn't really find any cons with using LiveChat, at least from a customer standpoint.
