OnBase offers powerful functionality and flexibility for document management and workflow automation. It’s highly customizable, and support is prompt and knowledgeable. However, it requires significant system resources — we’ve experienced performance slowdowns on ESXi hosts during heavy usage. Overall, it’s well-suited for organizations that need depth and scalability, but it demands careful infrastructure planning. Pros Very advanced platform with many features that can be catered to a businesses needs. A dedicated team provides quick service for when issues arise. Cons It's very resource intensive, uses up a large amount of resources on our ESXI hosts and we occasionally get complaints about slowness.
