Pros: I'm a small business owner in a small town and a colleague recommended I use Spare Backup - I gotta say I'm happy. We get spotty services out here and when and would've otherwise lost all of our customer records several times - sensitive stuff - and Spare Backup has saved us more than once. Great customer service.
Cons: None that I can think of.
Overall: Still small enough that you get personal attention, which is nice. Highly recommend....
