Pros: The phone-in Tech Support service has helped me tremendously over the years when I have had need for help configuring my website settings. Every web advisor I connect with has varying perspectives on the issue I am facing. Because website issues are not cut and dry, just one solution, I am able to better learn for myself how to solve the issues common to running a website.

Cons: Consulting with the web advisors, and even the Tier II web advisors, does not help for third party offerings IPower endorses and supplies for websites. Two in particular are SSL certificates and email SPAM services. The Tier II advisors say I have no issues present, yet in both cases I have evidence things are not fully working. Namely periodic MX Toolbox indications the SSL certificate fails and SPAM filters sending back my mail. Going down other avenues is necessary to solve these two issues. Namely contacting the SSL certificate provider directly and learning how to send emails that do not trigger SPAM filters for my routine business emails to headquarters.

Overall: Web Hosting and Email Service

Comments: The simplicity and features make this a powerful service for small business. That's why I've rated it highly.
