Dump Truck Software, LLC is a company that specializes in building custom screens and reports for dump truck industry. In business since 1991, we are in essence your "in-house software team." We interview to find requirements and then select from over 3,500 screens and 4,000 reports to fit your business model. Because we have yet to find two companies that do business exactly the same, we then tailor the screens and reports to be the fastest for data entry and reporting. Our software is installed in your office, on your equipment. First year training and support is included. Demonstrations can be run on our PCs or be installed on yours with a 30 day free trial. No credit cards needed. When comparing pricing with other companies, remember that our license is a one time fee. Annual support is optional. The DTS is yours forever. It was the best customer service I have ever had working with me Saturday & Sunday if you are starting your own trucking company this is the software and support you need! Pros I like how easy it is to create customers, add drivers input equipment and bill customers. The best part is when you make a mistake it is very easy to edit invoices. I worked with TMW for years. This system is so much easier to use and very fast. Cons I don't know if it is bad or just an inconvenience but I don't believe that this system is cloud based. After looking at many programs that were more focused on the freight game, we found DTS and never looked back. Pros The system is extremely user friendly and able to be upgraded to the ever changing industry we work in. The support we receive is second to none! Dump Truck System has all I need in one program. I don't know how I did it all before Dump Truck System Pros I love the TIME IT SAVES ME,( my old way took hours and now its minutes a day) it makes invoicing and keeping track of daily tags so easy. Did I mention it also does/ makes your DISPATCHING so easy. It also has so much more to use in the program that I personally don't use like payroll, DIR reporting, taxes ect... It creates both my invoice that I got paid and the subhauler I need to pay in one step while entering only once. I can maintain truck maintance records so easily, and track parts used too. It has all my brokers information and my sub haulers information and safety requirement dates at the touch of my finger in the rolodex . It also prints the reminder on there statements for me no more endless phone call reminding them to send current paperwork. I can call when I need help and get the help I need so fast person to person and so smoothly.
