It is a reliable tool for small startup like us. Even though it doesn't have a full accounting suite, I love that I can export all my data into Excel. This allows us to perform further analysis or hand the data over to our accountant for audit very easily. It’s a "no-headache" software—it’s stable, the learning curve is almost zero, and it has made our office administration much more organized, compared to what we did before with excel worksheets. Pros What I love most is the straightforward interface. It’s incredibly user-friendly. In our drop-shipping business, we need to quickly generate professional-looking Quotations, Invoices, and Receipts for our clients. This software makes that process very simple. It covers exactly what I need for our daily document workflow. It’s efficient and gets the job done quickly, which is a lifesaver when we have a high volume of customer requests to handle! Cons The main limitation is that it lacks comprehensive accounting and inventory features. While we do drop-shipping and don't need to track physical stock, this software wouldn't be suitable for a business that has to deal with stocking products since there is no inventory module. Also, the built-in accounting reporting is quite basic, so you have to do the heavy lifting for financial analysis elsewhere. Switched from [Microsoft Excel](https://www.capterra.com/p/176574/Excel/) Before this, we were using Excel worksheets. We had several different templates to manage, and it was a constant struggle to keep the formatting and layout consistent. The biggest headache was having to manually copy and paste information from a Quote into an Invoice and it was so easy to make mistakes. Plus, because everything was in separate files, it was really difficult to gather all our document data together for a clear overview. Moving to this software has fixed all of those issues for me.
