Pros: It's widely deployed in the small provider space and has most of the features a small provider would want.
Cons: GLDS is not a customer focused organization and does not make it easy to receive support. There are charges for most every additional license or service, which while understandable can be frustrating. It's certainly not a all in one comprehensive software that you will be fully supported on from start through daily use.
