It has everything needed to run basic payrolls. Cons I wish there was a better option for direct deposit payrolls, but I understand that can be limited with desktop software. I downloaded the free trial version and wasn't even able to open it it told me that a copy of the free trial version was over and I needed to pay to view the file. I've never downloaded it before and was unable to even check out the program. I'm taking my system in to be checked for viruses because I don't trust that that software didn't do something to my machine. I did call customer support to get help and the lady on the phone was really nice but she did tell me to send an email to the technical support team as they've never had this happen before. I'm just trying to check out a product and if I'm already having to call tech support I'm just going to move on as it tells me what I'll be in for trying to use the product. Pros Nothing I could not use the Demo version Cons I could not use the Demo software it kept telling me a copy of the version was over and I had to pay to view it. I've never used it before. Couldn't even open it. I would not recommend trying this product you might get a virus or something downloaded to your system. Employee couldn't with phone app. They told me they would refund my money and go elsewhere. I just asked them to increase the font. Would not recommend. They won't even respond to my inquiries now.
