"The Support is DREADFUL"

**Overall:** I cannot find an alternative, otherwise I would. Mainly because I cannot get a hold of these people unless I'm trying to purchase something. The Tech Dept is non-existent, and again, snarky, unhelpful and RUDE! If you don't already know a lot about PR, don't bother with this one!

**Pros:** It's inexpensive which allows upselling

**Cons:** SO MUCH! Starting with the inability to inactivate employees while processing. The support has been AWFUL! Snarky, unhelpful, and RUDE!

**Reasons for Choosing Payroll Mate:** There were ZERO alternatives - I've been using them for about 10 years. Still no decent alternative!
