Comments: I was on the team responsible for reviewing and selecting the EHR system for our office. When we compared Greenway against several other leading EHR programs we found Prime Suite to be the most functional for all levels of computer capabilities. The cost was also competitive when compared to their competition and has remained so no matter what we've had to change or add over the past few years. Besides functionality we needed a customer support team that wouldn't abandon us and Greenway has not disappointed us in any way. They really appear to make customer service a priority by being prompt with their follow-ups, pleasant to work with when you feel completely inadequate and strive to provide a solution immediately.

Comments: We went from paper charts and a little $ software the doc purchased when he started the practice back about 20 years ago, to Greenway's PrimeSuite in 2007. It was an awesome experience because they sent people to our office to spend a few days training on the PM side and we went live on it first. Then they sent the clinical side trainers back a month later to get the physicians trained on template building and gave us great instructions on how to implement it slowly rather than jumping in with both feet. We recently merged with another site who also went on PS about 4 years ago. They aren't utilizing it to it's fullest capacity so I am hoping to train them and get them to loving it as much as we do!

Pros: It's built on one platform rather than the chart side being separate from the PM side like some of the earlier EHR's were. Support is wonderful...love the live chat when it's available. The Greenway community website is very helpful to log cases and blog with other users. If I have an urgent support issue I can call support and get help from the person who answers the phone or they will get me to someone to help me. That is a real plus when you have doctors in the clinic and they have a script error or something urgent.

Cons: The thing I like least is user rights. I wish there was an easier way to know which user right affects which part of the software. It's sometimes called something totally different in user rights than what it is called in the software. Setting up new users would be easier if we could copy another user. Wish there were a little help with PQRS, MU, MACRAS & MIPS. It's pretty difficult for specialties to meet the requirements and takes a lot of research, google and networking with others to get it done. I don't know if we ever did get enough measures in the list to make our last MU attestation.

Recommendations to other buyers: Go to ENGAGE and check out the awesome resources available when you become a Greenway customer.

Comments: We have used this product since August of 2011. Since then, we have seen this EHR go through it¿s growing pains, but ultimately, continues to improve and build on a platform that is more user-friendly and customizable (by non-techinical personnel which ultimately lowers overall cost of ownership) than many others out there in the market. No EHR is perfect and anyone touting such is not providing a realistic assessment of the current state of EHRs. There are definite pros and cons of each and ultimately, decisions need to be made with systems that have more pros than cons. As with any EHR system, you will only see maximum efficiency if the proper time is taken to perform the right set-up and then continuous process evaluation to tweak and adjust as the practice moves forward.

Pros: Ability of non-technical users to update and adjust templates without requiring the assistance of highly-paid consultants or users with advanced ¿technical¿ expertise. The new orders module helps tremendously for many different areas and can be used to help with PQRS, in-office lab testing or imaging (and has helped us with many audits to provide evidence of ordering and interpretation of said tests), and many other areas (including questionnaires). The new mobile version is one of the best I¿ve seen and the interface continues to improve. It¿ll really be a game-changer once the ability to chart form mobile is released. I think this will expand the ability to chart from an iPad (or iPhone if a doc chooses) compared to a clunky computer or laptop. The additional modules (while they do cost extra, but at a reasonable rate), integrate well for a patient portal, messaging system, PQRS registry, population health management, and clearinghouse. Finally, the Meaningful Use reporting system is one of the best I¿ve seen. It makes it easy to track how physicians are performing throughout the year and make adjustments to help meet MU criteria. While it is already good, a future update should make it even better. I best not forget that have a dedicated Client Experience Manager and dedicated account executive helps to keep a personal touch with how we are performing as a practice and act as a liaison with the company executives.

Cons: The correspondence module for referral letters is really weak and needs a major overall. We still have to resort to transcription for more customized and stream-lined correspondence (versus sending the entire note). We know things are trying to move to a more electronic medium in communication, however, some docs will never abandon their fax machines and still really on paper charts. As such, we must maintain a quick and efficient method for communicating with these referring physicians. Direct messaging is good, but currently feels more like an after-thought. It will be nice when this is truly and fully incorporated into the software. The interface does seem a little dated, however, we have been told there are plans to overhaul the user experience and interface in the coming year to give it a ¿fresher¿ appearance more in line with the current mobile offering.

Comments: We are a privately owned clinic with 29 (currently) providers. We had paper charts until 2013 when we went with Greenway. We chose Greenway because our providers decided that they wanted to still do as much dictation as they could, which Greenway allowed us to do. Through the past couple of years and learning to build the templates we need, this dictation hasn't been such a priority for the providers, but the ones that want to do this, can still do it with a Nuance product and PrimeMobile solutions. In 2014 we outsourced our billing with Greenway's Revenue Management. This was a challenge to get everyone on the same page, but persistence and sticking with it we are now happy with the choice to do this. We ended up downsizing about 15 of our billing personnel when we did this, so we knew we HAD to make it work and we did. We do not use the Greenway Patient Portal, when we began with Greenway the only option to us was to use the Medfusion portal and now that the Greenway Patient portal exists, it would not be beneficial to switch over. Greenway and MedFusion do not currently have a way to seamlessly transfer our patients from one portal to the other. The staff at Greenway has been VERY helpful. If we have an issue and it isn't resolved, i have been known to go up the chain to get some solution to a problem and that has not been a problem for Greenway staff. The training was exceptional when we went live on both practice and chart. We do have several interfaces with Greenway: lab, radiology, portal, etc and that have been an issue that our IT department has been working with Greenway on. The API's don't seem to be stable for some reason, it seems to be an issue that upgrades and hot-fixes cause the interfaces to have issues. Our nursing and doctors have gotten good at using Greenway and there are so many ways to do things within the software, which makes it flexible for different types of users and workflows.

Pros: Ease of use and the intuitiveness in using it. We have a customer experience manager, we can call her at any time with questions and she helps us out, she is very helpful. If you need a report and you can't figure out how to create it, call support, they will set it up for you. Tons of reports.

Cons: Sometimes when calling support, you will get someone on the phone that tells you to do something, that you KNOW you shouldn't do. Greenway has promised that they would get a better support solution and they have delivered. It is alot better than it was in the past. Sometimes the billing invoices are not to be trusted and convoluted. They are hard to read, not logical in any sense, do not indicate what exactly the charges are for and the same charge will appear in numerous places on the statement. We have to review the statement every time before payment is made.

Recommendations to other buyers: Greenway has a yearly conference that has MANY training/sessions that help you to understand the software and things that can be done with it that you didn't even think of. This is a great time to meet the personnel and collaborate on ideas, problems, etc.. We have gone for several years and have benefited each year in doing so. We have several "super users", 2 nurses, 2 IT staff, 2 billing staff and 2 doctors and we all go to these meetings each year. Don't expect it all to be ready for you to go on Go-Live, it is a constant change to get things the way you want them, as i would guess it would be with ANY EMR system. Patience and eventually you will get it to where it is smooth and you can see your patients and get out of the office at a decent time every day. At Go-live, for the first week, have the providers cut their schedules back a little bit, about 1/2 and give time between patients so you can get your new workflows worked out. Get to know your "go to" people within Greenway. They can be helpful to you when you need it.

Comments: We've been using Primesuite since 2013. We are a large (and growing) Gastro practice in Florida with about 250 users and 20 locations. We migrated every office over from their EMR/ paper onto Primesuite and just like any other EMR, we have had many ups and downs along the way. We have experienced growing pains on our end as well as growing pains on Greenway's end. No one is going to be 100% satisfied with their EMR company, but it's the nature of the beast. I like the flexibility we have with the system and the ability to customize so many different features for all our individual locations that it allows them to still practice as individuals. That being said, the more flexibility you have, the more confusing or harder it can be to grasp all the different possibilities. On the clinical side, there are many different ways you can tailor a workflows for each user in the office from set up, templates, orders, filters, tasks, etc.... I feel it is extremely user friendly and you can customize the system to fully utilize your time and streamline documentation in order to focus more on the patient. HOWEVER, you have to put the work into building it for YOURSELF. On the other hand, I have heard it's a lot tougher than some of the previous systems on the practice/ billing side- especially since we need to keep everything separated by location. The larger we get the slower the system is in sending out claims or harder to run reports. I have heard a good bit of complaints from the billing side. I feel the clinical side of this software is better than the practice side, but I also mostly work on the clinical side. For larger practices there are a number of areas that need improvement, but you will find that in most systems as well.

Pros: I like the flexibility and customization for the providers/ staff in order to accommodate the individual roles in the office. I also enjoy the patient portal and having patients log in and fill out their paperwork on line so it populates the chart. That saves a lot of data entry time. I also appreciate the webinars they send out and the training they have online to keep everyone updated with the changes. They also have a large conference once a year to focus on continued education and training within the systems. They have very knowledgeable resources working these events and allow you to bounce ideas off of them or speak with them face to face about what you are experiencing. They are always very friendly and helpful. You can schedule one on one time with management or with an expert in Primesuite. It's also one of the greatest networking experiences to speak with other practices on the same system as you. You can ask how they utilize the system or what they would recommend for workflows if you are struggling. I find that conference is well worth attending for anyone who is starting out on the system or who has been on it for years. One last thing would be the people that work there. Everyone you talk to in support is very helpful and pleasant to speak with. We'd be lost without a few specific people that we work with on a weekly or quarterly basis.

Cons: I hate that the system cannot separate out (HL7) documents coming into the system by office location. They are all mixed together so that's very frustrating the bigger we get. The staff have to sort through all the providers to find their own physician's documents. This is something that affects larger groups the most. I have not personally seen a solution yet, however they might have something to fix this- but I will believe it when I see it. Also the reporting for the CBO is getting to be an issue and we don't know if it's because of our size, our servers, the product version we upgraded to, ISP, etc.....

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are going to buy this system, please be willing to work to set it up exactly how you want to utilize it. If you just run with the basics without modifying it for yourself, you will be frustrated and wasting your time and money. It's so customizable and there is plenty of documentation and training videos on their customer community website. DON'T skim on the training. It will save you a lot of frustration in the end. Ask for references for groups your size and talk to them about their experiences and about their setup. The company has changed a lot since 2015 so there was a time when the customer service was far below par due to a company merge. It has climbed back up and I believe they are in a much better place than they were mid 2015 (if you see reviews from that time period). I believe in 2013 and 2014, they probably had the best customer service in the industry (but I'm biased). They are trying to get back to that point. Be sure to ask questions directly to people on the system and what their experiences are with down time, customer service, promptness, what to expect on road ahead, etc....

This EHR system has some attributes but the downside outweighs them.

Pros: Sales person did not know the capabilities of the system and misrepresented what it could do. It took 14 months to get to the point of trying to implement some of the elements of the package we purchased. We still aren't there. Trying to solve the discrepancies between what was purchased and what we got has been time consuming and extremely difficult. Like repeated emails daily, like sending emails to the CEO, CFO etc. multiple times, calling, faxing etc. We have been in that black hole you hear about. We purchased this system after our total dissatisfaction with the Intergy system. When Intergy sold to Greenway and we were shown the PrimeSuite program we were so happy to think there was a system with templates that were relatively easy to use so the doctors would stop complaining. I like the idea that Greenway is trying to straighten out the problems with the product, it is just a very, very slow process. They do listen to customers with ideas for improvement.

Cons: First, RCM caused us to lose over a hundred thousand dollars in revenue, and I had to do the coding. We were sold a product that did everything our local billing company did and more. Using it was made a condition precedent to the purchase. It was a disaster that took a year to resolve. Every patient's account had to be reviewed and corrected. The EMR portion of the program is a disaster. The front office staff were ready to walk out. Scheduling and rescheduling are very time consuming and multi-step processes. There is no way to print a month's schedule or even see a month which you couldn't see even if you did have that feature because the screen is so small it takes a magnifying glass to read it.

Recommendations to other buyers: Watch out. I have heard horrible things about a lot of EHR systems, in fact, most of them. PrimeSuite is working to resolve issues but not fast enough. We have not been able to run Meaningful Use numbers since we switched from Intergy. I would buy the system that your local small practices are using, some of them are free. Our Greenway problems have cost us a year's profit so far and we aren't there yet. ALSO do not use RCM if you can outsource to a reputable company or bill inhouse and for heaven sakes don't buy into the Dell "cloud" contract! Use your own server!!!!!

Pros: The ability to customize the product to meet the needs of any sized practice or specialty. The product works out of the "box" but can easily be adjusted for more complex workflows and office needs. Intuitive layout - very similar to a paper chart. Vendor has had some growing pains but supports its product very well and listens to customers suggestions and complaints. Customer support through the Greenway Community and also through private User Groups allows users to help other users is another great benefit that Greenway provides its clients. The yearly Greenway conferences and local meetings are another great resource for practices. We have attested for Meaningful Use for the last 3 years, PQRS for 4 years - all with the tools available from PrimeSUITE. The MU dashboard is the best in the business and gives your practice a daily accounting of how each provider is doing with his MU measures. With Greenway's help we have a bidirectional lab interface with our own in house lab, and unidirectional (soon to be bidirectional) interfaces with Lab Corp and our local hospital. We have an exchange with our state Immunization Registry and state and local hospital HIE.

Cons: Rapid expansion of the product have caused some growing pains but things are definitely improving. Their last upgrade was a big improvement to the product and allows for a greater flexibility and functionality from the previous version. This upgrade had a steep relearning curve but well worth the time and effort to master the new functionality.

Recommendations to other buyers: You must talk to similar practices that use the product to its fullest capacity. A demonstration from the company is ok but talking to users and seeing them interact with the system really allows you to see what it can do for you and your practice. Having a great rapport not only with the company but the other users in your community and specialty will allow for your practice to learn from others and thus make everyone in the community better users of the product.

Comments: We are Lakeland Surgical Clinic and we consist of 8 board certified general surgeons located in Jackson Ms. We offer the latest surgical techniques in Robotic, Bariatric, Laparoscopic, Breast and General Surgery in 7 different facilities in the greater Jackson area. We have been with Greenway Medical Technologies since January 1st, 2005. We were with Companion Technologies, which at that time they were trying to go EHR and never could get there. Our new, younger physicians had wanted to look at a more user friendly computer system and they wanted something that would take us into the future. We are currently on the latest version of PrimeSuite and the capabilites are endless. I actually went through the implementation process in 2004 and went to Carrollton for training. They actually sat down with us one-on-one and what they helped us build, we are still using in our office today. When it came time for the office as a whole to train, Greenway sent four trainers (two for chart and two for administrative) and they made the transition as smooth as possible. They made sure that everyone, including the physicians, were comfortable using the system before they left. The support that we get from them is like no other. They pride themselves on really helping the consumer. I remember before we actually hired ICS as our IT company we were trying to do it ourselves. Well, one of the network switches went down so half of our office was not able to work. I did not really know what to do except to call Greenway Support. I was in a panic and Al who works in support and Greenway diagnosed my problem, he then called Best Buy to get them to hold the piece of equipment that I would need to replace and then he walked me through getting those users back online again. Now if that is not customer service then I am not sure what is. We currently have implemented PrimeMobile, PrimePatient, PrimeSpeech and parts of PrimeDataCloud. Each of these Primes are awesome in their own right. PrimeMobile is great becasue the physician can actually in put a picture or free text a note directly into the patients chart from the hospital while they are making their rounds. They can also check their schedule, view the full patients chart and create a charge from their phone/ipad. PrimePatient is a very nice feature because the patient can communicate with us through this portal without having to make a phone call. The Patient forms and Health History forms that the patient fills out online directly imports into our system. The patient can also pay their bill on line as well as request prescriptions, medical records, ask a question to our nurses/doctors and even make their own appointment. PrimeSpeech, which our doctor LOVES gives him the capability to dictate directly into the chart, which improves time savings and accuracy. PrimeDataCloud is where we go to visit our dashboards. This holds our PQRS measures and it is very user friendly when you go to fill out the information and submit it all to CMS. You have the ability the send patient records for a single visit to other providers/hospitals. With the help of Greenway Medical Technologies and their Primes we have been able to achieve meaninful use Stage 1 Year 2. We have attested and recieved 266,500.00 in Incenitive money. So if we had it to do all over again, well you bet your bottom dollar we would do things exactly the same.

Comments: We are an 11 Physician, 6 midlevel OB/GYN practice in Fayetteville, Georgia, but had two large satellite offices in Jonesboro and Newnan. All staff and providers are fully functional on the product and have been since implementation in 2003. I was impressed with the coordination between Greenway and multiple staff members during the deployment process. I can only compare our deployment of Medical Manager and Greenway and say that the Medical Manager deployment was an absolute disaster, leaving me and my staff totally bewildered. They spent two days on site, performed minimal training and there was no follow-up from them except when they wanted to sell something else. Comparing to the Greenway deployment which was well planned and thought out. We spent many hours prior to deployment thinking through and discussing our workflow and planning for the change and it paid off. They were here for ample time and every office to hold our hands as we waded through the deep waters. Moving from paper to EMR is a difficult process, but we actually planned and made it as painless as possible. The giant pay out was the increase in revenue from more accurate charting, coding and billing. We researched products for two years prior to selecting Greenway and we were early adopters within the Greenway system. We have seen this company evolve to one of the very best EMR companies in the business. My biggest concern was customer support, especially when concerning the chart side of our business. I can say that we have not been disappointed. They are responsive to immediate needs, but not only that, they listen to my concerns and desires for product development. The development of products over the years far surpasses what I even expected. We utilize the system to it fullest capacity, at least as much as we can learn and swallow and implement. I was very fortunate to have many of my physicians who championed and carried the charge as we moved forward and continue to move forward. Dr. Killebrew was at the latest PrimeUser Meeting this falll and was very impressed at the concentrated learning and take-away she had from this meeting. I was impressed with her, she attended meetings, brought ideas to the table and continues to talk about all that was learned. She is encouraging others to attend this year's meeting. I find the product ease and functionality to be excellent. As others in our business, we see turnover in the ranks from time to time and training new employees and providers has been easy to accomplish. We believed in the value of education from the beginning and have sent staff from time to time to the Greenway headquarters for Super User training. This has proved to be a valuable asset to the practice. I would choose Greenway again if I had it to do all over again. I believe they have something no other EMR vendor has. They have hired staff who understand the clinical environment and that has translated over to both the products and training as well as support. To me, this is one of their biggest assets. Many EMR vendors hire people who understand sales, technical mumbo jumbo and can create a great technical product, but they have no understanding of how that works in the "real" world. Lastly, if I were to leave this practice (which probably won't ever happen) and look for another practice opportunity, it would only be one that had Greenway.

Comments: We had a two part launch with Greenway's PrimeSuite, first our PM side separate from our chart side. We launched our PM side Oct 2010 and our Chart side July 2011. Although slightly cumbersome to begin with, this phased approach helped keep our clinic functioning as smoothly as possible during the transition and was a way to reduce staff stress. The longer delay also enabled us to craft our own templates, which was essential since we are a specialist practice (Orthopedic Spine Surgery). Greenway was accommodating in allowing us this time to get our templates as close to what our providers could envision the "normal" clinic to look like. They were also very responsive in getting back to us as we encountered various issues while building then. Since we were not in a live clinic session while doing this work it went fairly smoothly. We spent a great deal of time crafting these, and I think if you went live without taking the time to really mold your own templates, you would have a difficult time no matter what area in which you practice medicine. We had various trainers for our chart implementation, and some were better than others. However, once we found a trainer we could work well with and we felt understood the product fully in how it would relate to our practice, Greenway worked with us to complete our training with them. In looking back over the transition, although it was difficult at times (as any transition from paper to electronic would be), we think we weathered the storm fairly well. In large part this was due to the immense amount of staff support and buy in. You have to have your ancillary staff on board as they will and can do a tremendous amount of heavy lifting to make it as good as it can be. Our providers still notice some shortcomings (e-Prescribe often being the one that stands out) but we took as much extra time as we could to make their templates as thorough as possible to try to speed them up during the clinic. The immense amount of documentation for a specialist to enter via a template is always going to be a lot of work (EHR systems speed some things up and slow some things down) but we feel this system is giving us as much flexibility as we could get from an EHR. We have tried to make PrimeSpeech work for us in an effort to speed up clinical documentation, but so far have not had much success with that, but we are constantly trying to figure out how we can improve what we use daily. We also find that Meaningful Use in a Specialist office often hinders the workflow, but that would be true of any attempt to capture data that may or may not be applicable to a specialist. I have been very happy with the technical support of the product at Greenway, but will also admit that with any EHR, the staff has to be willing to think outside of the box and to take a concern of daily workflow and try to make that work within the system. When we think of these things and bring them to Greenway, their support has been very good in allowing us to make this happen. We did a great deal of research before deciding to partner with Greenway (we researched the product that would best fit a specialist practice), and in that respect we have been very pleased with our PM and Chart solution via Greenway. I would encourage all specialist practices to give them an educated look to see if the product would fit their practice.

Comments: Greenway has been awesome for us! Greenway is efficient, easy to use and a great tool to keep your patient flow up to date and organized.

Pros: The one thing I like most about Greenway is that it is user friendly.

Cons: Not knowing everything that Greenway can do!!, I would like for Greenway to turn on all features that the system can do then let that site have a 30 day trial period or so to see if this is something they need or don't need. A lot of the things you add to Greenway requires a charge and sometimes for small practices its hard to add so many charges onto one system, especially if you don't need or wouldn't use the feature you are paying for. Then some things the system will do and I run up on it by accidently clicking, so it's nice to find those sweet surprises, but it would be helpful if I knew they were there to begin with!!

Recommendations to other buyers: Mine advise to others is to keep one thing for your office or practice in mind. How efficient do you want the staff to work? By adding a system like Greenway, your staff will be able to work efficiently. It is a completely easy system to learn, its very user friendly, the clinical side of it is the "BOMB", Everything you need, you have a Complete Face sheet that is full of anything that you need or wants to put on there~

User friendly, great reporting.

Comments: Used PrimeSuite in a cardiology practice for 5 years until I left that position for another practice. I loved it from day 1.

Pros: The software is just very user friendly. If you know how to operate a computer in general, you can work in PrimeSuite with ease. Compared to other systems I have used, this definitely "takes the cake" in that area. The reporting options are also great, especially when you get into the custom reporting you can build for pretty much whatever you need. I have worked in 3 systems and PrimeSuite is my favorite. Being fully integrated has so many benefits for billing, clinical, and administrative staff as well.

Cons: The one and only con I can think of is that the customer service went downhill after using PrimeSuite for about 5 years. During the 4th year, hold times were ridiculous, we didn't get calls back, there were no estimated times for resolution, and no one seemed to really be concerned no matter how much we complained. I have been off of PrimeSuite for 2 years now though so hopefully that has improved and went back to the stellar customer service we had in the beginning.

Very good, thorough product!

Comments: Greenway PrimeSuite is a great EHR and PM system that we have been using for a decade now. They have lots of features to help us chart and bill accurately and efficiently, meet MU, PCMH, etc guidelines, and provide the best patient care we can. These programs and features include a great patient portal, customer community, appointment reminder messages, flowsheets, clinical quality measures, easy coding and billing, lots of reporting options, programs for receiveing faxes and medical records, etc.

Pros: I like that they strive to include all the features we need to provide the best patient care we can. This includes a lot of clinical and billing features, patient involvement, reports, etc. The customer service is always quick to answer and helpful. They also have chat features and after hours care which i have used to great success. Our Care Experience Manager, my rep, is amazing and helps coordinate with all the various support people at Greenway to get the correct specialists and advice we need for any problems we face with our EHR and how we report, bill, etc. She is always available and has regular meetings with us to make sure things are going smoothly. I have attended ENGAGE, their annual conference and had a great time with the various classes, etc. learning a lot and getting great insight into whats coming down the road for them.

Cons: The customer community which has information on how best to use Greenway can be hard to use and requires a lot of knowledge to be able to find information easily. Some of the add on features can be expensive. We have had some issues with the messaging feature, but they are working hard to fix it.

Recommendations to other buyers: This is a great product for your EMR and PM. They do their best to stay on the forefront of all the changes in the medical industry and provide us with the tools we need to give the best care we can.

Comments: Overall we have had an excellent experience with Greenway and Prime Suite both the software side and the customer service side. Given the complexity of implementing any large scale IT project, we have had issues arise along the way; but the customer service response in addressing the issues has been very good. Compared to our first EMR- Prime Suite is a Ferrari. We are consistently impressed with how easy it is to add on features, either directly from the Greenway suite of products or through the marketplace. The only downside, if you could call it that, is that the system is so robust and customizable. it is difficult sometimes to feel like you know how to fully utilize all of the features. That being said, in 2.5 years being on Greenway we have transformed our practice to a modern, digital practice capable of keeping pace with all of the growing market demands in healthcare. The products, training and support for Meaningful Use, MACRA, population health have been pivotal in our ongoing viability. Since going live with Greenway, we have increased our patient volume by 14%, decreased our operating costs by 3%, and we have maintained a 94% patient satisfaction rating. Our experience with Greenway has been excellent.

Pros: Stability of the platform Ease of adding features and functions to address our needs Ability to customize and automate so many workflows Reporting and Analytics Customer Service support

Cons: Inability to route prenatal flowsheets for review and signatures Difficulty keeping up with Vocabulary Reconciliation Level of IT knowledge or understanding necessary to maintain the system

Recommendations to other buyers: 1. Have Suzie Hazelton as your Greenway Rep. 2. Identify your IT / EMR champion in the practice and fully support them so they do not get burned out 3. Forget everything you know about paper chart workflows - embrace the change 4. Don't skimp of training - you'll pay for it in the short and long run

Comments: We are a 3 person Internal Medicine group in a New Jersey suburb of Philadelphia. We had looked at several systems and chose Greenway partly on the recommendation of a consultant. The demo made it look fairly easy to use. We had no illusions that the transition from paper to an electronic health record would be easy but we had no idea what a hardship it it be. We blame most of this on Greenway. Implementation was a disaster. Our supposed project manager seemed to only manage to be able to delegate questions and problems to others. When the day for training and implementation came we did not have a functional system. Our trainer could not log us on to the system and we were missing needed hardware amongst other things. These are issues that should have been known about or dealt with prior to trying to train us but there was no one to take responsibility. Thus, after 4 days of training we were essentially nowhere. To Greenway's credit, they did give us three days more of training at no charge. However, they did charge us for the extra time it took to sort out the problems with the initial implementation - well over the estimate when we signed the contract. The software is very cumbersome to use for the number of diagnoses we have to deal with. It can take a long time to find and enter problems and history. There may be easier ways of doing what we need to do but because of the poor quality of the initial training and implementation we are learning on the fly. Support is fair - you can wait a long time on hold or get a reply by e-mail in a few days. The e-prescribing is cumbersome and time consuming, again, this may be a training issue as it was barely touched on because of all the other problems. We also found out, but we should have been aware, that there seems to be a charge for everything - Quest Lab (our major lab) monthly per provider charge, integrate an EKG -up front fee and monthly charge, etc. We have been using the system for about 3 months now. Though I can see some good may come of it down the road, because of the problems we have had I can see little good about the system. They need to improve the e-prescribing and make it simpler for an internist to use before I would recommend it to anyone. I also hope for their sake that our implementation was an aberration.

Pros: Printouts are functional and readable. It doesn't actively try to hurt you, physically.

Cons: Poor, poor, poor support! I often have staff members running around trying to be productive while they wait an hour on hold each time they call. They have to use their own cellphones, then put it on speakerphone and put it in their pocket so that I'm not just paying them to sit on the phone for an hour. My nurse often walks around with Greenway On-Hold waiting music emanating from her pocket. It'd be funny if it wasn't so infuriating. I get a nervous tic every time someone says the words "Seamless upgrade" to me. A recent example of our latest "Seamless upgrade" was the search function for diagnoses was just crippled. Now, I have to memorize the exact wording of the descriptor for the ICD-9 code I need. I can't just search for a keyword, I have to know how the sentence begins exactly. So now I have to pull out my iPhone, perform a ICD9 keyword search on a free app, then enter the ICD9 into greenway. Greenway's response, after listening to Greenway music for an hour, was I could send in an email requesting that the ability to search for ICD9's. I have little faith such an email would ever be read by anyone who'd give a care.

Recommendations to other buyers: Avoid it. Figure countless non-productive hours on the phone.

Pros: The thought of moving to another solution. As of late, the updates, the performance issues, and the overall experience have been poor. Knowing what I know now after dealing with support and the feedback I get from speaking to general staff at this firm, it is clear that customer service is not a focal point. The merger/acquisition with SuccessEHS and Intergy has forked Greenway into a company that is difficult to work with.

Cons: Customer support is a joke. Wait times are always in excess of an hour or more. Uninformed management does not know the system. Major problem with the entire company being understaffed. Overall product support is poor, and god forbid you need them when a problems arises. Updates break the system from Windows, Greenway, and other standard 3rd party applications. Cumbersome and generic templates that are not intuitive. Training is essential. Prepare yourself for downtime and trouble day one. Get ready for "script errors," as this is something you will never forget.

Recommendations to other buyers: Look carefully. This is not a small decision. System support is sub-par. No software is perfect, but this software is what defines that statement. Company recently merged/acquired with SuccessEHS and Intergy, so Greenway has three appendages to manage. This being compounded with them trying to integrate with Salesforce is proving to be a tragic move for this software company. The way they speak to you as the customer makes you feel like you have no right to touch or better yet understand their system. They are vague and short with you when you need assistance. They take over one business day to deal with an escalated issue. If it is not escalated, prepare for a long wait. Personally, we have been dealing with software companies for years on multiple levels, and this is the single worst user experience we have ever had. The way they speak to the customer is offensive and demeaning.

Pros: EMR side is long outdated with no apparent plan for modernizing. They are STILL working out problems as simple as getting it to have a functional spell check that is compatible with current operating systems. Specialty support other than ob-gyn is non-existant

Cons: On the provider side, EMR is very complicated to get up and running and needs a dedicated templates person for PE admin and templates both. Superbill does not show total charges for the visit. No easy report to even show a physician how much they billed that day. Lab interfaces and integration are available but very expensive to have built. Patient portal, mobile access and others are an additional add-on expense as are many of the other features they show when advertising the product.

Recommendations to other buyers: In addition to the above, if you are not OB-GYN, you will be frustrated. That is who this product was created for and for whom it works best on the provider side. We were their first podiatry group user and were given little to no support on building system templates for our specialty. They have an annual meeting for users to attend to get more detailed learning, however the cost to attend is higher than most CME meetings and is not part of your service package.

An exceptional EHR and PM system that fits our exceptional practice.

Comments: The product is very consumer driven. The more you put into it the more you get out of it. While this is not a con for us as we are very involved in adapting along with the product, some do not put in the time to make the product work for them.

Pros: What I like most about Greenway is the accessibility to customer service. If I have a question that I can't answer or if I need an answer in a hurry, their customer service team is amazing! They are always willing to take the time to answer additional questions and exceed expectations. Greenway's ability to evolve with the ever changing healthcare requirements is a testament to their longevity commitment. When adding new staff, it is an easy application to learn.

Pros: This company is focused on the future. They continue to innovate and work to make their product offer more functionality. They have made verbal commitments to solidify their customer service and have delivered on this promise. They have made adjustments to the way that they develop and update their software to have a greater level of quality control and are much more open to customer feedback. They are making strides to improve and learn from their mistakes. This system also has a great deal of customizable options - one size does not fit all.

Cons: There is still a little "hangover" from the merger two years ago. The "new" regime (many of the original folks at Greenway are still there) continues to tidy up some of the messes that were created by the "old" guard.

Recommendations to other buyers: Of course the first thing you need to do after having a demo is performing a site visit. Find a group that is utilizing the system at a high level to understand it's possibilities. Most EMRs are very capable and complicated pieces of kit. If you train wrong, can't adjust your paradigm, or are overly "cautious" with tech you will find yourself up a creek with any EMR.

Pros: We have been with Greenway since 2006 and really love the software and it's capabilities. The templates are very easy to tweak to the provider's way of practicing. The online customer support panel and training are improving by the day. I used to train others on EHR's so I have several to compare it to and by far I recommend Greenway. No software is perfect but I believe that they are trying to stay in touch with what the customer needs and offer many alternatives.

Cons: Like I mentioned in previous comments, we have been with Greenway since 2006. But in the last 2 years, they have made some changes and problems occurring because of those changes. The changes are because of the mergers with other software vendors. But with that being said, since I have trained other on computer software, I expected hiccups with the merger. I do think that Greenway is hiring many people to try to rectify the situation and will come back out on top.

Recommendations to other buyers: Speak to others who have worked with the software for over 2 years. They will have a better understanding of what the capabilities are and problems that can rise from it.

Comments: I like PrimeSuite EHR. It does most everything we need to do for our patients, the CMS quality initiatives and our management team. I think it is User Friendly.

Pros: I think it is fairly easy to learn. It's a very powerful system with depth. I've been responsible for setting up new employees, training, trouble-shooting, opening cases, being the middle-person between THSPP staff and Greenway Technical Support for a year and a half. I still learn something new every day.

Cons: I wish Greenway Help was more helpful. I'd rather look something up that I don't understand than call the Help Desk. Usually when I look something up the answer is outdated or it just doesn't make sense to me. Many times the answer isn't clear, doesn't make sense or I can't even find the answer. For example, yesterday I was looking for instructions on what you are supposed to do to pass the MU Measure of Patient Electronic Access. There are no step-by-step instructions. Also, the only other thing I do not like about it you have to pay for each and every thing including email addresses.

Recommendations to other buyers: Greenway is a terrific company. Their Support staff is great, knowledgeable and very responsive. You'll have a great CEM that will take care of you. You'll get to know the support staff and become friends with them over the phone. PrimeSuite is a terrific EHR system. It's not perfect but there's not a perfect system out there.

Pros: Cost is reasonable compared to several others out there. It isn't hard to navigate. Patient charts make sense. Includes billing, scheduling and charting all in one. Scheduling works really nicely (though always room for improvements) Reports are very customizable (if you know what you're doing). Customer service has had rocky periods, but is greatly improved from recent years presently.

Cons: It isn't the smoothest system ever - too many customizations per provider available. Workflow is clunky, but manageable. Background setup is a pain. Reports don't translate to usable interfaces (like excel).

Pros: The software is very user friendly and upgrades are available frequently. Adding spell check as a feature has been a great deal of help. The customer service representatives are always very helpful and knowledgeable as well.

Cons: The software is not currently integrated with the CHS and Novant hospital systems in our area. If the software was integrated with the CHS and Novant systems then our referring doctors would be able to review our patient's office notes through their systems without us having to fax everything over to them and vice versa. This would be a very useful feature to have.

Comments: We are a six physician owned OB/GYN clinic located in central Arkansas. I have been with the clinic a little over two years and in practice management for a total of eleven years. The clinic was using POMS software which was dreadfully out of date and I knew the entire system needed an overhaul. I was taking it one issue at a time, when our CEO told me he thought we should pursue this "EMR thing". That was all I needed. After researching several systems, I narrowed it down to two choices for my doctors to look at. Hands down, they chose Greenway for its flexibilty and ease of use. We bought our system directly through Greenway and were pleased with the installation. Our implementation was sort of rough, because even though our doctors wanted the change, they were not willing to listen to the Greenway staff (or me) and slow down their schedule in order to train properly. That was a big mistake on our part, however, we were told what we needed to do. Our front office and billing staff caught onto the system almost immediately. We are utilizing lots of the functionality but have not tapped into all that is available. One of our nurses and I attended Primeleader 2012 and are signed up again for Primeleader 2013. That was extremely helpful and gave me lots of opportunities to network with other users. We do receive good customer support - better than other systems I have used, but occasionaly have to wait longer than we want to for some questions. I think that is just the mentality of "I want what I want, when I want it!!" that most of us have. The meaningful use dashboard has made it so easy to get our meaningful use money! That was a life saver for me. Overall I am very pleased with our selection and how Greenway works with us. They are very easy to deal with and the support staff is always kind; never treating you as a dummy even though you may really be slow to understand.

Comments: Have been live on PrimeSuite since 2012, coming from a paper system, after extensive research of several other EMRs. Launched front and back office at the same time at 5 different offices. Reporting capabilities and ease of creating Excel and Word files that everyone could read were a real draw.

Pros: Working most in the clinical applications side, I find the ease of documenting patient visits and the ability to track an order from start to completion a real asset.

Cons: The medication module takes patience. It is the area I hear the most about from providers and clinical staff. Improvements could be made here.

Recommendations to other buyers: Great product and customer service. Check it out!

Comments: I have been billing for 30 years and this is the best system I have used. It is clear and concise. Easy to learn and makes my job easier. The trainers are great and don't leave your side until you're comfortable. A lot of systems employ many screens to do one thing. This system does not make you do that. You always know what patient you're working and where you are. Appointment scheduling is also simple........especially if you have to reschedule an appointment.

Pros: The reporting is great. Very clear and simple. Also the support staff is excellent. They know what they are doing and they are fast with answers and help.

Pros: I like Greenway because it is totally customizable. I can make any template I like or I can "borrow" one from another office or clinic. It works well with Dragon and my docs love to dictate. The vendor works with me and I can call my rep anytime for help and advice. I made most of my templates to mirror the hospital templates so that my docs felt at home and didn't need too much training. The reporting is great and I can track almost everything my employees do.

Cons: The market place is where you leave your problems. I log onto it and let them know what is not working for me. The problem is that is takes weeks before I hear back. After complaining to my rep about this, she gave me the email and number to the person that I should connect with if I need help ASAP. I feel that Greenway needs to hire more tech support so that they can get to the tickets quicker.

Recommendations to other buyers: Make sure that you have a person on your team that can devote their time to building templates and adjusting them, especially in the first 3 months while your docs are changing their minds. Be sure that you understand how to fax out of Greenway. We got a third party fax software package (not from Greenway) and we don't like it. We are changing it because it was not easy to track. Be sure that you go to practices that use Greenway so that you can get ideas on clinic flow.

Comments: Overall we are pleased with the solution. We have been on it since Sept 2011 and have 10 practices including 7 primary care and 3 specialties up on it as well as our Hospitalists and ED. We also have a lab interface that obtains results from our inpatient system. Sometimes getting support responses on clinical items has been difficult though we do have a network of people at Greenway who make themselves available to pursue critical items for us (thanks!).

Pros: For small-medium size offices/implementations like ours, we find it is a good fit and works well. Navigation is easy and intuitive. We are also finding that currently, the application has been at its most stable point since we've been on it. The v17.30 release improved things substantially.

Cons: It would be helpful if some items in the build could be customized by users. Such as the Clinical summaries and being able to pull lab results directly into a correspondence to name a few. The Wizard is also coming with ICD9 and not ICD10 codes.

Comments: We looked around for a long time to find the right company to help implement an EHR system into our busy pediatric practice. Greenway Health was a great choice and they have shown us that they keep their promises after the "sale." Training options are plentiful and understandable with no hint of condescension. I give them my highest recommendation.

Pros: As pediatricians, we know that most software is written with other kinds of physicians in mind but Greenway Health says they care about us and have the perfect training regiment to help us assimilate into the future.

Cons: I've been practicing pediatrics for more than 26 years and have the usual trepidation regarding a move into EHR... The only negative features of Greenway Heath are the same as any other software based system: it slows you down but you can learn it and Taylor the templates to your needs so that productivity loss is at a minimum

We purchased Greenway in 2011. I still feel we made the right decision.

Comments: This is a very dynamic program and covers all needs of a busy family practice. All EMR's take time and effort to make them work right, but we still feel we made the right decision to go with Greenway.

Pros: I love the functionality of this robust program. We are still learning to use it more efficiently and it continues to grow with us.

Cons: Setting up this program has a lot of time and decision making which is not always understood when you start. This is also why it keeps getting better though as well. Just wish we knew then what we know now.

Comments: We have been clients of Greenway since 3/5/2007. It is the most user friendly software I have used in 20+ years in the medical field. The functionality is always a step ahead. This is easily recognized in our community as there are many different types of software being utilized. It is awesome to have the same practice management system as the EHR which makes workflow seamless in every aspect. The staff and customer support are always so very helpful and nice. There was a time customer service was lacking, however, that is long gone and it is better than ever.

Pros: 1. It's a practice management system & EHR all in one. 2. Extremely user friendly 3. Versatile in so many ways

Cons: As with all software companies I deal with (which are quite a few), the maintenance fees are a thorn in my side, but again, they are within normal range of every other company I deal with. This is just the ugly side of technology in every aspect.

Recommendations to other buyers: Be sure to do your homework and ask all the hard questions. Also be sure to ask for referrals from other practices as well as site visits. These were the things we did and so grateful we did so. Be sure to use every resource provided to you when making your decision and once you have signed on with Greenway, take advantage of every piece of training, knowledge, webinars and conferences as possible. It will only make your experiences even greater.

Comments: My work weighs heavily in the clinical and reporting areas of PrimeSuite. While there is always an individual's wish list, realistically this product is a stand out. As with anything, you have to put some work into it to make it the best EHR for your practice (template tweaking, flowsheets, etc) but, the blood, sweat, and tears is all worth it in the end. You have a fabulous tool that will take your office to the next level.

Pros: Functionality ... Reminders, Clinical Decision Alerts, Updox, Portal, Greenway Community ... Greenway provides our practice with all the tools we need to be successful!

Cons: Things don't always work the way they should. Script errors can be really annoying when you are in the middle of work. As a Beta site, we get really excited about new functionality and it isn't always ready but, that's part of being Beta.

Recommendations to other buyers: Do not be swayed by a competitor who offers you a lower price or "free" this or that. The price is hidden in there somewhere. No EHR is perfect but this one is really one of the best for the ambulatory setting. As with most things, you get out of it, what you put into it. That will be the case with that other EHR as well, don't believe them when they tell you it is ready to go out of the box. None of them are. If you want an outstanding product at a good price, go with PrimeSuite.

Pros: It seemed easy for our team to manipulate the foundation system to our needs. I think it would be ideal for small to medium size medical practices looking for an all in one solution.

Cons: It seems that because the software was able to be configured to allow for a variety of methods to complete tasks it made tough from a training perspective. To prevent any inconsistency, I would recommend setting procedures and policies and building training from there.

Comments: Greenway is a great product to help independent physician practices manage their patient care.

Pros: Robust in features, very flexible on medical record documentation, reasonably priced, revenue cycle management module works very well, and their is innovation with the software and features

Cons: Have had some customer support issues, but they are improving, senior management team has seen a lot of turnover, needs to have a compatible acute care solution for hospitals

Pros: PRIME SUITE IS A GREAT EMR FOR ANY PHYSICIAN PRACTICE ESPECIALLY AN OB/GYN AND/OR ORTHOPEDIC PRACTICE. VERY ROBUST AND I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GREAT EXPERIENCES WITH GREENWAY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Cons: THE ONE ITEM THAT I HAVE EXPRESSED DISMAY ABOUT IS THE "REPORTS" AS THEY ARE STANDARD REPORTS OR YOU HAVE TO BUILD YOUR OWN WHICH IS CHALLENGING. THERE HAVE BEEN TIMES THAT GREENWAY HAD TO "DEVELOP" THE REPORT AND LOAD IT ONTON MY SITE.

Comments: The support that you receive from this company you will never find anywhere else.

Pros: Team Members and Customer Service at all levels are top notch! Ease of Use Excellent training and implementation plans

Cons: There really is not much that I can come up with as far as Cons go, I guess the one and only thing that I can think of is that when you enter a patient info the system you cannot remove them, I know that this is the same in many systems.

Pros: Unified, cohesive system. Upgrades to the software over time to add new features. Customer support has been great (chat feature is key, so you can keep working while getting your questions answered).

Cons: The accounting side of it can get a bit convoluted. Does not cover some specific items for some specialties. Specialists will need to put in some time on the templates, but it is worth it in the long run.

Comments: Overall Greenway Prime Suite is a good solid product with a lot to offer. It will take a little effort and training to get familiar with the system but once you do it is easy. We are very satisfied with how it helps us in our business.

Pros: Their support staff is superior to any customer support I have ever encountered. They are trained well and if they don't know the answer they get you directly to someone who does.

Cons: I can be a little difficult to learn in the beginning but once you get the basics of the system you are fine.

Recommendations to other buyers: At least get a demo and see what Greenway has to offer if looking for a new company or changing from paper to EHR/EMR.

Comments: Definitely recommend doing extended training well AFTER go-live. It is much more helpful once you somewhat understand what you are doing!!

Pros: Love that you can track just about anything anyone does. It is very detailed and fairly easy once you get through the learning process.

Cons: Takes quite a while to really understand and get the hang of the software and there are several ways to do most things. Too many 'clicks' for some things.

Comments: I wouldn't recommend this product because of the several issues.

Pros: It was fairly easy to learn to use it and navigate through the different areas. The facesheet showed everything you'd want to know about the patient and his/her history in one place.

Cons: It froze up constantly which really interferes with the workflow when you're trying to see patients. There were often times I'd get booted out and have to sign back in.

Pros: I have had a great experience working with Greenway. I was not hired with this company when they started this software so I was not present for the teaching of how to operate this program. However, any problem I run into where I do not know what to do, Greenway has made it so easy for me just to pick up the phone and call them. I get an immediate response and am always satisfied.

Pros: Greenway works to stay ahead of the changes in the medical industry. I have been on the PrimeSuite system for 14 years and it is always changing as needed. They offer a several user exchanges and conferences each year.

Cons: The only things I have been disappointed with was the quick initial training and quick deployment. Of course, that was 14 years ago. I hope it has improved.

Comments: My practice has been on Greenway Primesuite for 10 years. We have merged with several other multispecialty groups during that time. Having implemented the Greenway PrimeSuite integrated PM/EMR solution in several other multi-location practices (including switching from other legacy EMR/PM systems), the Greenway products have always been well received, with new users quite frequently commenting that their "old system couldn't do that" or "wow, that functionality is so much better/easier in Greenway than it was in XXX EMR".

Pros: Ease of use, very intuitive. Extremely customizable to most specialties. As a result, there are often several ways to accomplish the same task. This allows for workflows customizable to practice needs.

Cons: Cost/licensing has become outdated as more and more web based EMR/PM vendors are offering a subscription pricing model.

Recommendations to other buyers: Definitely recommend a demo to see all of the features Greenway PrimeSuite offers. If implementing this product in your practice, due to the heightened customizability of the product, I highly recommend investing significant time prior to go live to build the product to suit the unique needs of your practice/provider and/or invest in a Greenway expert consultant to assist with implementation.

Comments: We have been using PrimeSuite for over 5 years. We looked at several different EHR's prior to purchasing PrimeSuite and it has lived up to all of our expectations in regards to ease of use, value and reporting capabilities. We are a multi-specialty group with over 60 providers in multiple locations.

Pros: Ease of use, ability to customize to meet our many different specialty needs, reporting capabilities (especially CQM and MU measures), service and support

Cons: The system works well "out of the box" but to really optimize it requires someone in the office who is computer savvy and can tweak it and instruct others in the tweaked functionality. The beauty of Primesuite is its customizability but that requires someone locally to do that for the practice.

Recommendations to other buyers: Identify a super user or two to fully learn the system and develop it to its fullest. Embrace the idea of new workflows - use any EHR as it was intended initially and do not try to change it to mirror your current workflow. Often that is an inefficient workflow. Greenway support is very good but also join a Greenway User Group - they are a great source of knowledge from your peers that have often already solved any issue that you may have encountered.

Comments: I am a solo FP in a town of about 120 MDs. We selected Greenway because our IPA chose it and supported it. We figured that since we had already paid for it from our IPA dues, might as well try it. Our support has been local, and fantastic. Training amounted to making templates that were totally meaningless. Most of the templates I made are in the system somewhere, but I've never seen them again. Occasionally I intentionally misspell something and make a note of it to see if it ever re-appears, but can make little sense of what information that gives me. We had one-one training for the first two weeks, with one trainer each, sitting with me, my MA, and the receptionist. That was critical to launch. That was 11/1/11, and now 13 months later, I'm neutral. We attested successfully. I can find things OK. Scripts require logging into ePrescribe, then logging back out before Primesuite will work. That's time consuming unless you are organized enough to get all your scripts ready then log in or have someone else do it. Diagnosis coding is cumbersome. Can't seem to find things like plantar faciitis, patellofemoral pain, and weakness. Procedure coding is ridiculously difficult. The labs get imported as a document and not as values. Xrays get reports only, not pictures. On the bright side, our collections went up, and I am out of the office an hour earlier that when dictating before. Seems to be written for the accountant and the lawyer more than the provider. But, it is working and does most of what we need. This is my first and last system. I'm gonna quit before I go thru that again. But that prob has nothing to do with Greenway.

Comments: Being a Greenway-PrimeSuite customer for close to 5 years, has been a very positive experience for our facility. We are a rural health clinic in southern Iowa and Greenway has provided us the ability to stay current in the market and the healthcare IT industry. The transformation from paper to our electronic systems has been wonderful for patient care and operations. We truly feel that we are a partner with Greenway. We have went through the merger process with Greenway as they are looking out for our best interests and delivering quality in many ways. The healthcare industry is changing rapidly and Greenway helps to keep us informed and delivers a product that consistently meets the needs of our providers as well as regulatory needs in a proactive fashion.

Pros: Usability for the providers/clinicians. The forward facing application is intuitive and easy to learn. The interoperability/interface teams have been flawless and wonderful to work with. They also provide a fair price, which is very much appreciated.

Cons: Reporting- The canned reports are okay, but the ability to build custom reports is lacking and cumbersome.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are looking for an ambulatory EMR, you will not be disappointed with Greenway-PrimeSuite

Comments: Good product that can scale to support needs of mid size healthcare practice. Very customizable but not too overwhelming to support.

Pros: Amazing product support and ease of use. Great customer support. Many folks have been on that team supporting the product for a long time.

Cons: Somewhat out dated user interfaces and not able to turn on ad-hoc interfaces. Must go through vendor.
