Pros: You don't have to be an expert to build and deploy ad campaigns or email blasts. Very simple to use. If you have a new reporter making the jump to digital editor, this is ideal for them to use. It also gives you a simple way to connect to contests, making it easy to record and store data about new signups. Also works well with our social media

Cons: The product is in the middle of an upgrade and can be unavailable at times. Once the upgrade is complete, the digital version should be back to normal

Overall: Better able to coordinate our e-newsletters, we get better data, more details than the software we used previously

Easy to use. I was able to train staff within days. Much easier user interface than competition

Pros: You can handle a majority of your email marketing programs, as well as newsletters and other email-based material. Lots of room for customization, with multiple options. It also provides a much more detailed breakdown than previous companies we've used, helping us understand who was reading our email material and who wasn't

Cons: How much can you spend? The pricing is not really suitable for a small business, more for larger companies

Overall: A much smoother way to handle e-newsletters and other media
