Pros Bom meus amigos já uso esse produto desde 2012,quando adquiri minha primeira máquina,de lá pra cá não troquei mais de antiviris,por se tratar de um produto completo de fácil manuseio. Cons Vou contar agora como foi minha experiência com este protuto,bom com eu disse antes tenho o antivirus norton instalado na minha máquina ,então recebi uma oferta se eu queria testar por algum período o programa (Norton Utilities Ultimate)então aceitei e usei até completar o período de teste,gostei muito,então resolvi renovar a licença por mais 2 anos dentro de um site que eu compro a nova lisença do antivirus. Porém acabei comprando uma licença,de uma versão mais antiga do que eu havia testado,por isso não consegui ativar esse produto, pois segundo o suporte do norton essa lisença só ativaria a versão antiga desse produto. Estou dizendo isso porque,embora fosse um produto da mesma empresa,a forma de ativação é diferente. Agora vou dizer qual é essa diferença de ativação, entre os produtos Norton. Bom a diferença é que a renovação da lisença do antivirus norton é fácil e rápido basta achar onde colocar o novo código de licença no site do próprio produto e pronto. Porém na caso do (Norton Utilities Ultimate) a licença é automática ou seja é só criar uma conta no site do norton através do link que recebe ao adquirir o produto e pronto já está ativado.Só tém que tomar cuidado para não comprar uma versão antiga desse produto ,pois você poderá ter o mesmo problema que eu tive. Gostaria que a Norton mudasse a maneira de ativação do seus produtos,como por exemplo tornado como padrão de ativação ,exatamente como é para ativar o norton antivirus,que com certeza nunca mais seus consumidores teram algum problema ,como eu tive ao adquirir outro produto da empresa norton, que não fosse o antivirus deles. I was happy with the support however but did not use for longer than a year. Pros I liked the ease of use for the Norton Anti-virus software, as well as the after-sales support when it comes to help with installing in multiple environments or a network of many machines, ensuring they are all secure whilst remaining a consistent connection. Cons I do not like that Norton requires a lot more resource compared to other anti-virus softwares out there, it is also a bit dated, and there are other options which are cheaper and offer more features compared to Norton Anti-virus. They have been easy to install and upgrade or update yearly. They always worked seamlessly and updated constantly to catch any possible virus. I have never had an issue and it did catch a couple of viruses and stopped them from infecting my computer. Pros It did not slow my computer down when it was running. It ran in the background, so I never could tell when it was running, ie: it didn't interrupt me or interfere with anything I was doing. I never had a virus come thru when I was using it. It updated automatically without my help or me knowing. It worked seamlessly. Cons If I had a concern, it was for most of the above reasons above. It worked so quietly I didn't know it was working. Occasionally I would get nervous that it stopped working, and I would open it up just to check and make sure.
