Did the job and kept my computer safe. Pros Ease of use is phenomenal, never had a problem with viruses while using this product. Routinely performed scans which caught out any malware. Software stays up to date without any prompting and the protection is robust. Pros Automatic updates happen seamlessly, keeping out computers up to date and safe. Interface is easy to navigate. Cons It keeps pushing other programs in the suite, such as the web browser security, even when we don't want it. Can be bothersome after we tell it no a couple of times. Pros Thanks to norton I have protected my computer from possible threats, as soon as I turn on my computer, the antivirus is run and I am more confident of doing my tasks, it helps to avoid future infections and it keeps the high speed of execution of my computer equipment, performs the analysis of Quickly, identify and analyze only the files at risk, I consider it a great antivirus, it has worked perfectly for me until now. Cons The disadvantage of this antivirus is that the process of download and installation is extremely slow, you lose a lot of time in it, it is the only counter about this antivirus. And anytime I have to plug in external drives and run my scans, it's either they both yield the same result or Norton caught something the other one missed. And once, every computer at home got infected except mine...with the only difference being Norton on mine and not on theirs. Pros The speed of operation is second to none. Norton is able to scan files, folders, or entire drives way faster than any other AntiVirus software I have ever used, and it wasn't because it wasn't running the checks properly either. Because it always produced results and kept my devices free of viruses and junk files. Cons Sometimes, my revised routine scan configurations would revert to default settings all on its own. I also like the automatic security scans, browsung safety. more in depth scans when needed and I have recently started using the password vault. Pros Automatic security scans. Automatic back up. Add on for web searches. I have used this program for many years and have never had a security issues. It catches issues before they hit my computer. Cons I would like Norton to offer HIPAA security. It is not the case any more. Cons It really slows down the computer, it is difficult to uninstall and when installed in a windows machine it just acts as a secondary tool. I have never had my smartphone crash, black screen, or data lost or stolen. They are the trusted name in the computer/ electronics protection and security field by far! Pros I have been using Norton Security protect software for the last five years. I had just updated to a newer Samsung Galaxy S series phone, and Norton Security was one of the first apps that I downloaded to protect my smart phone from any viruses that might try to sneak in. The Norton Security software shows when it is scanning and shows a report if anything, or nothing is found. It keeps my mind at ease knowing their software is protecting my phone at all times, even when Im not thinking about it. Cons The only thing I can think of is that to get their more advanced security software, you must pay more.
