Comments: We have used the Cyber product for over 20 years and are very satisfied with the system. We use it to collect both active and charged off consumer loans, including real estate secured products, vehicle secured and unsecured loans. We also use it to collect on charged off DDA products. Cyber provides several canned reports that assit us in tracking collector performance and they also have a report writer that allows the client to develop there own reports. The report writer requires the user have a high skill level in Access. The system allows for queueing which can be driven by agency or queue, and can be as complex or simple as you desire. Cyber support has always been fantastic. They provide immediate assistance and work through any issues you may be experiencing.
