Pros: This software, once you get the hang of it--which doesn't take long--helps a lot with mailing lists and even helped in the invoicing aspects.
Cons: There were some features that didn't come with the basic price and we had to make a decision to either upgrade or use something else.
Overall: For the features, it really helped in the day to day office work.
Pros: It is easy to learn. Coming from a mac I thought it is much easier to navigate. We use it to layout programs for funerals here at our church. We never have a problem with it
Cons: When transferring a photo to a program we sometimes have trouble .
