Mi experiencia con Wazzup ha sido un absoluto desastre. Contraté su servicio esperando una solución eficiente para la gestión de chats en mi empresa, pero lo que obtuve fue un caos total. Desde el principio, el sistema tenía un fallo grave: todos los empleados podían ver chats que no les correspondían, algo completamente inaceptable en cualquier herramienta profesional. Intenté comunicarme con su soporte técnico, pero lo único que recibí fueron respuestas repetitivas, excusas interminables y una serie de pruebas absurdas que, después de horas de pérdida de tiempo, no llevaron a ninguna solución. Me pidieron capturas, vídeos, ejemplos, más capturas, más ejemplos… y cuando pensaba que al fin iban a hacer algo, simplemente me pedían MÁS pruebas. Como si yo tuviera que hacer el trabajo de su equipo de desarrollo. Después de toda esta pesadilla, pedí la cancelación de mi cuenta y el borrado de mis datos. ¿Y qué recibí? Más rodeos. Más ‘espera a que lo revise el especialista’. Más excusas. Básicamente, una empresa que no solo vende un producto que no funciona como debería, sino que además te convierte en su tester involuntario y te hace perder el tiempo sin ofrecer soluciones reales. Si estás pensando en usar Wazzup, mi consejo es simple: corre en la dirección contraria. Ahórrate el tiempo, el dinero y la frustración. Hay alternativas mucho más serias y profesionales en el mercado.
