Pros Radmin is easy to use and reliable. The filtering and Active Directory security is great. Cons It would be nice if there was a two factor capability and automatic updates. Pros Low licensing costs are not based on a subscription model. Fast connections and blazing-fast file transfers Cons No option to work on MacOS, iOS, or Android devices. Later versions of Windows Server had issues with sending CTRL-ALT-DEL to the remote servers due to security changes that were not addressed in the application. Al utilizar el protocolo AES de 256 bits, Radmin garantiza la seguridad de la sesión de acceso remoto y protege los datos transmitidos en la red.Radmin también se integra con soluciones VPN como Radmin VPN, lo que permite a los usuarios conectarse a las computadoras remotas de forma segura y privada a través de una red virtual privada. It is always working reliable and provide easy way to control the PCs. This is important factor as it is used as much by me, as by my dad, who is less technical than me. Radmin might seem like lacking of some advanced features, but in reality it does everything you need for everyday work. There is clipboard sharing functionality (although you need to manually write/read to/from remote clipboard), possibility to open chat with client PC, voice call and file sharing (which works very well, even for larger files). You can setup connection quality details to mitigate possible issues with network bandwidth and adjust display window (full-screen or window, scaled or scrollable). In my case Radmin is being used for 2 PCs, but I can see it as useful tool for IT department in bigger companies. Pros After initial setup Radmin is really easy to use and works reliably. It provides good set of tools for everyday work. Cons Requires technical knowledge to setup Radmin for remote control of PC in external network. You need to set up port forwarding on the router (one-time job) and use dynamic DNS provider (only if you don't have static IP address). I would also like to see some way to setup private/public key for connection, to get rid of password authentication.
