Pros
It helps to save a lot of time within the company due to its easy integration with other workable software. What I love the most about it is its flexibility and real time applications.
Lots of features , links with microsoft AD, seems robust and fast, only three months of experience, nice cube like functionality.
With SAP NetWeaver, you can design beautiful interfaces and create attractive SAP solutions. With SAP NetWeaver you can also significantly increase usability.
This is my job, actually. I like the way SAP is based on NetWeaver because it's a very good and stable platform.
Cons
The resolution of errors is not simple and depending on the urgency it can become a bigger problem.
The process to reverse an error is a bit tedious and it signs out too quickly during idle time.
Its hard to find the pieces and parts, you have to right click and look under menus, needs a search with instructions on how to get to a place.
Not all companies work with a standard model. The master data management have to be concentrated in only one person, if not you can have some troubles.

Pros: - It's a data history buffer. - Facilitate interdepartmental communication, because the data it's in one place. - You can use it in multiple ways, from RRHH to Logistics. - Better control in the areas. - You can control your process, even productive problems. - Every user has a responsability, if something go wrong you can know who did it. - The system has access control, not everyone can modify the data or configuration. - The system is separated by modules. For example: Production Planning (PP), Material Managment (MM). - You have a great variety of transaction that you can use in multiples ways. - You can share and modify your data easily. (Just in PP or MM not master data) - You can customize reports according your requirements. - Align Processes.
Cons: -It's not a easy to use tool, if you don't have a trainning could be hard. - The price is a little high to a standar model. - The support it's a little hard to find and you have to practice a lot if you want to maximize the use. - Not all companies work with a standard model. - The master data management have to be concentrated in only one person, if not you can have some troubles. - The profiles permissions can be a hard work.

Pros: sap integrates with various interfaces. helps in management and with the right automation can save a lot of time for employees. the few steps needed to perform some functions and the clean interface are also plus points.
Cons: it takes a lot of training to master the tool which for new users can be a problem. Also, I believe that external support is always necessary, which makes it more expensive to manage the tool. the resolution of errors is not simple and depending on the urgency it can become a bigger problem
