May 23, 2019 4.0 It has been extremely positive - we had zero knowledge of the software and have relied heavily on information on the site and customer support and the support service has been better than most I've ever experienced - timely, easy to understand and can understand our issues even if we don't! Pros Easy to use for most congregations who don't have experienced personnel. Cons Not necessarily a software issue but getting council members and congregations to understand "account" vs "fund" is never easy! It's our biggest struggle. It doesn't necessarily tell you how to do things in the system, rather it talks more at a conceptual level about how IconCMO handles the guidelines around fund accounting. May 23, 2019 5.0 Hands down, one of the best customer service centers that I have ever had dealings with (and I have used a lot of software companies over my career). Pros The software is easy to navigate. Also, the cloud based system allows me to work on the books from home, or at the church, which is convenient with my busy schedule. Cons As a new company, the enter beginning balances seems a bit glitchy. However, that being said, I was able to work with a customer service representative to resolve the issue. February 24, 2018 5.0 Makes my job easier with the various reports that can be generated. The fund accounting is very useful to keep things separate and be able to track easily. It took some time getting familiar with this type of accounting, but your staff is most helpful when a problem arises. Pros By setting up various funds, it is an easy way to keep things separated and be able to generate reports. Treasurer Non-Profit Organization Management Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Easy to use!" May 23, 2019 4.0 Pros The software was fairly easy to learn. I really liked being able to change funds, dates or accounts after I had posted the transaction. Cons I could not customize reports to fit my needs. Also, I could not change the font on the statements. Usually, the comments we add to a statement are very important. Due the the small font size, the members don't always see the comments. The people of the church gain a deeper perspective of the financial situation Pros It included all of the aspects of accounting that our church needed (needs) and came with a reasonable price tag and superb customer service.
