Customer support is excellent. Would highly recommend. Pros Cybex enterprise retail suite is a praise worthy system. Its so perfectly designed and is zero faulty. All features expected of a retail POS is incorporated which makes running the store even without regular supervision. Having a feature rich system helps in providing a superior service for customers and grow customer loyalty. Its easy to operate, least breakdowns or none, secure, and provide valuable analytics for management to implement strategic decisions. Customer support is excellent. Cons haven’t had any bad experiences since purchase. Would be happy if the cost can be reduced. I highly recommend Cybex as a reliable source for record keeping. Cybex has tremendous reporting capabilities from the large corporation to the small mom and pop locations. The whole team at Cybex feels the customer is number one. The staff that I have dealt with are always professional and there for me to fix the problem for me anytime that I have contacted them. The support staff is easy to reach and very knowledgeable about their products and services, they respond to my emails or fix the problem quickly notifying me when resolved. I find the Cybex system easy to use with very little problems, I find the system fast, reliable and they are always updating and improving their software so that they can provide us with the best customer service and software that we need. The POS system is easy to use and allows us to train new staff quickly and efficiently with minimal assistance. I find it very User Friendly. In general, with our company having numerous locations, Cybex has been always there to help us with any problem or to have new locations up and running fast. I would highly recommend this system! Like I said, growth within the system is easy and very inexpensive. Pros I found Cybex' core pos a breeze to work with, why? Training all my staff took no time at all. Cybex provided us with cheat sheets and full training manuals. Our warehouse manager loves the inventory solution and is buying more handhelds for his team. Cost is minimal, actually I think they underprice their software for what they offer. Truly an amazing value. Cons Technical support closes by 9pm but thats fine. We've been on Cybex Systems for over 3 years now. Updated to v8 this year and can't say enough about the Advanced modules we've added to the core pos system. Pros Business Intelligence solutios are no longer a tool for top-tiered retailers. Price, feature, and performance characteristics of Cybex Retail BI Module have made it possible for middle-tier retailers to make use of sophisticated analytical tools. Comprehensive set of reporting and presentation tools to assist in making actionable decisions about future inventory levels, and analyze current and historical data about product movement through the supply chain to impact future order cycles. Utilize Business Intelligence to influence and even drive merchandising decisions in the areas of initial merchandise allocations , replenishment of orders, assortment planning by store and merchandise classification, promotions and marketing, store and associate performance measurement and other indicators that are measured by the information stored in your data warehouse.
