It really helps with the day to day running of the business. It keeps everything organised and easily assessable. I am very happy using this. Pros Very easy to use. I found the layout very helpful and great quality. Cons The software was slow sometimes so was difficult during busy periods. Switched from [OpSUITE](https://www.capterra.com/p/143894/OpSUITE/) Inefficient at times. It was also very unrraliable. I had frequent issues using it.
