Je me suis vite habituée à l outil et on a su le personnaliser un peu. De manière générale, je suis satisfaite mais j'espère que ca continuera à se développer surtout la traduction en néerlandais par exemple.

Pros

Je trouve la synchronisation des réservations, la gestion des annonces (médias, site internet wordpress, prix,...) très bien. La création d'une annonce est facile. Le site multipropriété n'est pas mal. Tout est regroupé en 1 seul endroit/planning. Le back office est bien, on a assez vite nos réponses. Bon support commercial et technique.

Cons

Le logiciel n'est pas traduit en néerlandais alors que c'est une de nos langues en Belgique et chez nos clients principaux les hollandais (pays-bas). je ne comprends pas pourquoi ce n'est pas traduit dans cette langue primordiale pour nous ! C est un logiciel plus pour les hotels du coup parfois difficile à adapter aux gîtes/locations. L'application est mieux mais a encore des problèmes. Il n y a pas d'outils de communication commun = genre de chat, ce qui est compliqué lorsqu'on est sur toutes les plateformes de vente. La plateforme de paiement comercia est compliquée, tout en anglais ou espagnol, beaucoup de procédures, pas d'explications.

My experience of Xotelia has been anything but positive overall. There are a few things that I wasn't happy with but you will find pros and cons to every channel manager etc The price for the amount/type of rooms you have can go up. So it is preferable for those with less or fewer types of rooms. But is still a milestone cheaper than any of the competitor such as free to book, my allocator or eviio. This is mainly because Xotelia doesn't charge commission on bookings. So you can save a lot, if you get most of your bookings on OTAs. The customer service is fantastic. My account manager Sorin was nothing but amazing. Super helpful and he really knows what he's doing. Rarely did I have a problem that he couldn't find the solution to. However, there were times that I had to pressure or spam him to get things done. There were days where he couldn't get back to me until the evening, and others where he would be with me the whole day, and I could get a lot done. But this is understandable, Xotelia is a growing company so the staff can sometimes have too much on their plate. And as we were just starting off there was a lot more to do. We also had an issue where my account manager put in the wrong codes for the rooms, which led to a few over bookings. But this was quickly and urgently dealt with. Another thing to note is that although the xotelia admin dashboard is great. You do need to spend the time to learn and get used to it. Your account manager will not do everything for you, or spoon feed you. I had to put in room codes, fill in descriptions etc. This is great at the same time because it helps you to understand the xotelia admin dashboard better. A few other nitpicks. Xotelia does not support some OTAs such as Priceline, kayak. However, there is a huge variety, including a two-way connection with Airbnb which I don't think any other channel manager offers. I was also upset that Xotelia didn't offer the automated email Trip review service for trip advisor reviews. Which their competitors free to book, and myallocator do. I contacted both xotelia and TripAdvisor regarding this matter. And got a 'no' from both. Please note that these are all issues that I have faced personally, and take nothing away from what a fantastic service this really is. The best in the market, and I will definitely be continuing to use this as my B&B progresses.

Pros

I'm a new user of eviivo as we'll open a small hotel in York in June 2022. The first thing I was looking for when I decided to purchase the booking engine was the easy functionality and the costumer service availability and promptitude to answer my urgent queries. Today we are ready to launch our rooms thanks to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] from customer service whom helped me with all the last minute issues and concerns. I've been through the Accademy tutorial but having a human interraction is a much better touch! The chat line is great and works perfectly for my needs!

Cons

Nothing I am aware of by now. All the functions I used were all good.

Pros

It does what you need it to do and the service teams are always very helpful in filling in any gaps. I've used the software in my Guesthouse for 6 years and I'd have no hesitation in using Eviivo in my next business

Cons

The RATES section always seemed to confuse me ... luckily the helpline was always there to put me right.

A basic software that works but worst customer service

Pros

It seemed affordable and though lacked a lot in features, the basic need was served so it worked for us. However, in this type of product, customer service is extremely important. We had always been disappointed and we have reached our limit so even though we just recently renewed, we have decided to opt out.

Cons

Customer service does not exist. It makes reservations and that's about it. There's a lot of important features now available in the market that will get your money's worth. As customers would be using this for the business, I highly suggest to look for better alternatives. This is a waste of investment.

Easy to use, not complicated. Does not require a lot of IT skills

Cons

Not sure why Eviivo does not have its own 'merchant payment' system (i.e. FirstData). It would be nice if we do not need to have a separate service provider for payment like FirstData.

Steve, Thank you for the review. I understand why it might appear to be easier for eviivo to have our own merchant services platform. We have reviewed but maintaining the highest standards for security compliance and existing banking network that our partners provide we believe are more important considerations for most of our customers. Please note, I am unaware of any PMS platform that is not using a third party to actually manage their merchant services. We just happen to make that third party relationship transparent where others may not be as forthcoming. Thank you for your patronage.

con il software EVIIVO ho risolto tutti i miei problemi, in primis il rischio overbooking. Inoltre puoi consultarlo anche fuori casa, pertanto hai tutta l'autonomia di fare le proprie attività anche se non sei sul posto di lavoro. Questo naturalmente è un fattore molto positivo. La mia impressione? Ottima direi!

Pros

Il software è molto semplice da usare, molto intuitivo , pertanto non è necessario essere un esperto di software.

Cons

Ci sono piccole cose che migliorerei, ma naturalmente è una mia opinione sicuramente dettata anche dalle mie esigenze.

Abbiamo scelto il software EVIIVO dopo una ricerca difficile , sia per costi che per prestazioni consultando sia le recensioni e parlando direttamente con gli interlocutori. Alla fine abbiamo scelto EVIIVO perchè come detto in precedenza è un ottimo prodotto, non abbiamo mai avuto nessun problema, facile, intuitivo e soprattutto quando abbiamo avuto la necessità di interfacciarci abbiamo sempre avuto la risposta ad ogni domanda , quindi sono molto prepararti e molto gentili.

I have always been in a look for a channel manager until I found eviivo. The system is user friendly and the stats in the dashboard help you to track your progress with one click.

Cons

The old app but it’s now upgraded to new app where you can have multi property and you can do a lot of things while you are not on your laptop.

Been with you since 2006 when we started our business - been 'offered' deals by other on line platforms but never been tempted to move as satisfied with all aspects of Eviivo service. Perhaps the only down side is that contact via msg service, getting the Case Ref and time lapse in Eviivo getting back by phone could be looked at?

Pros

Simple style and easy accessed on computer, ipad and iphone

Cons

Rate management is a little cumbersome - needs a 'compare mode' so that \\I can update my 4 properties more easily - a 'share' option would be good so as to be able to cross prices from one property to another

Eviivo est un bon collègue de travail quotidien

Pros

Ce que j'apprécie le plus outre l'excellente gestion des réservations, c'est la possibilité de créer des fichiers clients. D'où facilité de saisie manuelle par téléphone et possibilité de faire des annotations (ex : pas de gros oreillers, allergie gluten, voiture électrique etc...)

Cons

Idée d'amélioration : 1/ pour la saisie des indicatifs des numéros de téléphone. Au lieu de faire dérouler le menu, que les pays les derniers saisis restent en haut de la liste. Exemple : j'ai beaucoup de clients suisses et à chaque saisie, je dois faire dérouler le menu jusqu'en bas pour trouver Switzerland. 2/ pour la saisie pays, c'est Suisse et pour la saisie préfixe du tél, c'est Switzerland : pas logique.

Having used alternative software in the past, the transition to Eviivo was extremely hassle free, easy to use and navigate. Manages all aspects of our bookings, links up with a huge number of OTAs and the Eviivo support team are excellent.

There was no PMS in place when I purchased the inn. eviivo has allowed me to run reservations much better than the previous owner.

Pros

Very easy to setup and use. Intuitive GUI. Company is always working to add new features.

Cons

The Group Booking function is a bit clunky to apply discounts or promotions I have to touch each individual room booked, not at a group level, yet I can attribute payment on one to cover all.

Easy to use and great reports available. The set up was very simple and the training provided on line was very clear and accessible. Excellent support from the Eviivo team throughout the period I have been using the software.

Cons

I am probably not using all the software to its maximum for my business; but this is my fault not theirs. I need to invest a little more time in using the software which will save me time in the longer run.

Pros

Eviivo is quite user-friendly and definitely affordable compared to other software packages. I appreciate that I can use only the aspects that I need (I don't take payments through Eviivo, only use it as an avenue for guests to book a room themselves).

Cons

I would appreciate it if guests had to put more information about their trip like food allergies and special needs, reason for travel to our area, full address (I can't tell what state they are coming from, approximate time of arrival, how they heard of us, etc).

J'utilise EVIIVO depuis plus de 2 ans. J'ai une solide expérience dans la gestion d'hôtels. C'est un logiciel à la pointe. Ils apportent des nouvelles fonctionnalités régulièrement. Je place EVIIVO dans la catégorie des meilleurs logiciels hôteliers du moment, et EVIIVO n'a absolument rien à envier à certains logiciels américains qui font le buzz actuellement.

Pros

Je viens de découvrir la nouvelle application EVIIVO. Vous pouvez la télécharger sur votre mobile et être en permanence connecté à vos réservations. Vous pouvez aussi inviter des personnes (ménage par exemple) qui auront accès aux données que vous souhaitez leur partager (dans l'exemple du ménage : les arrivées et départs en temps réels). Cela facilite le suivi pour les personnes en charge du ménage.

Cons

Je ne vois pas de points faibles. Peut-être le design du site internet (et encore!).

Pros

We own and run a very successful small award winning Bed & Breakfast in Northamptonshire and Eviivo was initially recommended to us by a close friend who could not recommend them highly enough. Our experience with Eviivo was nothing less than totally professional at all times, their software has been so well developed and it took us no time at all to to feel we had been using it for years - their training was second to non and really helped when starting to get to grips with the software and what we particularly liked was how flexible it was towards our business. I really cannot recommend Eviivo highly enough you made was was initially a minefield a complete pleasure.

Cons

I have none at all, everything was so well thought out and there was always someone on the end of a telephone to help out if needed.

le service client actiivation est bien avec \[contenu sensible caché\]

Cons

logiciel onéreux avec un paiement d'une formation de 45€ alors que ceux sont deux webinaires qui parlent de boutons qui n'existent pas lorsque je veux mettre en place Eviivo. prestations en adéquation avec le prix? a voir sur un test d'un an. manque une certaine ergonomie comme des copier coller de l'action précédente, la sélection de plusieurs dates de fermeture dans le calendrier et surtout le blocage des chambres lorsqu'on privatise la maison. Je teste durant un an, après je verrai alors que je paie la création d'un site internet Eviivo que je n'utiliserai pas puisque je garde le mien pour ne pas perdre le référencement. Il manque la souplesse de prix lors de la proposition commerciale.

BACK UP. does not matter how good the product. If on an odd occasion you need help. People make the difference. We are starting back post Covid19 I had to re set room only rates. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] in customer care help desk guided me flawlessly through a procedure I was having problems with. Top marks for product knowledge and communication skills. Exactly the reason I chose Evivo years ago.

I was using it daily until COVID19 hit. Now I am getting a large amount of cancellations, but I am also blocking my calendar.

Pros

my initial training session was very important and over time - it is quite an easy system to use

Cons

Nothing so far, but I do need to take the time and discover all that Eviivo does.

something that was not complicated / user friendly / costs approximately $1 a day - same as Xotelia. We are a small Bed & Breakfast with only 2 suites and it was important I had an easy / efficient channel manager. The customer service support was also quite important. I do like their follow up and the reaching out to the business owners.

Monthly costs remain where we have bookings or not.... Most of our bookings are done outside of needing Eviivo and Merchant Bank.....

Pros

Converting over from Rezovation to Eviivo got off slowly due to Bad communication; once we got rolling it went ok...

Cons

Once we were done with the conversion team we fell into a hole; where All, and I mean All communication was done on line and response we slow, until the 3rd or 4th email.... trying to find a call to call was very time consuming, and I ended up having to reach out, back to my conversion team... We have additional costs that were not there with the old software; intuit was not available for payments, so we had to switch - also with more costs to us...

It was a free and move forward option. We did not have the resources or money at the time to do what was needed to do a product search and analysis... You get what you pay for....

Donald, You are absolutely correct. The migration that we put you and other RezOvation customers through during the migration from the selling entity was a poor experience for many. The US team was brand new, the seller provided an unrealistic timeline and some very poor assistance and eviivo is still sporting a black eye from the experience more than 18 months later. I am staring at your booking report and would love to chat with you on how your experience has been in the 18 months since the migration. We have enhanced the solution tremendously and our recent ratings by most have almost exclusively been 4s & 5s.
