I find Eviivo a "perfect partner "for my business. They specialise with Guest Houses and small hotels in general and as such I feel they have a unique position in the Industry.They appreciate day to day issues at my level of the market and have support staff ready and able to advise on all issues from pricing, offers, website issues etc

Pros

We were a new start in this business. We were aware of Free to Book and Queensborough but opted for Eviivo and they have assisted us throughout. I only have to deal with Eviivo who manage the critical process of dealing with 3rd party OTA's and reconciling revenue take and commissions which is so efficient.

Cons

Nothing specific. In general I find the system relatively straightforward for my needs

In truth they helped us set up and we have had no reason to change or move away from them since.

ability to simply and seamlessly manage my hotels ability to be on many OTAs with differentiated pricing without limited risk of over-bookings

Pros

easy to use intuitive to set up good customer service - especially from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]. Have now got used to the chat function. how the software is constantly evolving with new features and reports etc

Cons

screen footprint - we used to be able to see all of our rooms without scrolling but cannot anymore not integrated with hostelworld.com (would switch my other sites No audit trail of issues raised/resolutions Inability to write private/internal only notes which do not appear on guest correspondence inability to split bookings - eg group bookings with different start and end dates, or where guest will move rooms during a stay

Easy to use, practical and useful. Since Eviivo have lounched their App I found the management of myt vacation proparty to much easier and practical. No need to log in all is here ready to use.Done in a very practical and easy to use way.

Helps us centralize the management of our hotel

Pros

The Live Chat support is fairly quick and helpful. There are also lots of resources to learn how to use the software and free classes to learn with an expert.

Cons

1\. It would be beneficial if eviivo had a dedicated account manager for users to contact direct for that added personal support. 2. More third party integrations / a site where users can vote and see upcoming integrations to be added to eviivo.

Today my overall was GREAT! after three days trying to reach support, calling, using self help and trying to chat I got no one. I have five riverside log cabins and I was adding a sixth. I was rusty on all the set up criteria and needed help for three days. I forget how I reached him exactly but when I reached \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] he answered every question and helped me by actually making a couple changes on things I was having difficulty with and walking me through other items. Probably had 5 or 6 different unfinished items to go live. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] helped through all of it. It was just hard to reach a person. When I did it all went well.

Pros

It can do anything a vacation rental owner can possible think of.

Cons

More selections when setting up for small users and not big hotels.

The real time management of the planning and this whatever the origin of the reservation. The presence on many sites without having to intervene. A management tool of our tariffs easy to use

Cons

I do not use the billing tool because we had one before joining Eviivo. Everything suits me on the site of Eviivo and it is difficult to say what suits me the least.

The new app is very helpful to manage bookings and the platform is robust and flexible

Cons

There is no ability to issue vouchers which is a problem and it doesn't cope well with seasonal bookings

Eviivo est notre premier Channel manager. Nous avons gagné beaucoup de temps et de sécurité dans la gestion de nos réservation.

Pros

\- Formation simple - Logiciel intuitif et facile à utiliser (planning, gestion des tarifs) - Synchronisation des plannings et des tarifs avec la plupart des acteurs majeurs du marché

Cons

\- Abonnement un peu élevé pour une petite structure comme la notre. Mais semble être dans les mêmes prix que les concurrents directs d'Eviivo - En 2 ans et demi, nous avons eu subit deux interruptions de services pour quelques heures. - Le fait de basculer sur une page eviivo depuis notre site (avant, nous avons notre propre page de réservation en ligne) n'est pas forcement le mieux. Notre propre site ne bénéficie plus des clics sur la page de réservation.

### "Amazing Customer Service"

I recently added a new room to our venue. It was quick, easy and when I got stuch, the 'chat' option was available. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was incredible at explaining what I have to do next. It's great to now have the confidence I can do it myself next time due to the instruction I was given.

Pros

I have complete control over what goes out to our customers and can adapt as and when required.

Cons

The 'Block' option should have an alternative to maintenance. If a group deal was made in house, it's sometimes easier to block the rooms instead.

I have used eviivo since it was available in the US, maybe 8 to 10 years???? Not sure anymore. They took me over from REZOVATION

Pros

ease of use, but more importantly the unbelievable positive experience with eviivo's customer service. Certainly the best customer service experience with any company I deal with and that includes companies like BMW etc. The eviivo training program for customer service agents and their employment selection must be the best.

Cons

There is nothing not to like about this product

Pros

Easy to use system, especially for users not so familiar with operating systems. Easy to facilitate/integrate ota's, especially when varying rate plans are required.

Cons

It can sometimes prove a little difficult to get assistance but once you've found that, the knowledge of the contact is generally excellent and the issues are quickly resolved.

Mit eurer Hilfe war es leicht zu integrieren und auch selbst weiter zu gestalten

Cons

Es gibt schon das eine oder andere was ich gerne geändert hätte. Das sind aber Feinheiten zur Erleichterung vom Alltag und wäre kompliziert zum hier schreiben

### "Great Product, Once Teething Problems Were Addressed"

Pros

The Eviivo suite is generally very user-friendly and interfaces well with Online Travel Agencies. Customer support is generally good and usually accessible very promptly.

Cons

The transition to the Eviivo suite was very problematic, not helped by having little or no customer support at that time (Spring 2019). Clearly the company/team were completely overwhelmed but we had no idea what was going on, as we (generally) got no response to requests for support by email or voicemail. Hopefully that was a one-off, as customer support is now generally good. The most annoying remaining issue is that, at our subscription level, customers cannot make reservations online using American Express. This is hard to fathom for a product being sold in the USA and we feel certain that this has cost us business.

I do find Eviivo challenging to use and my staff members that are not particularly 'tech-savvy' did not understand it. However I believe that this is not a fault of Eviivo but because it is a complex system that is required to interact with other complex websites/OTAs. It could perhaps be slightly more user friendly and perhaps have some little 'info' buttons next to fields that you could click on for an explanation of what is required. This could save user having to dip back into the 'university' videos or have to go into chat.

Pros

The whole system works really well when fully understood by the user and used correctly. The Tech support are helpful and have always helped me resolve any issues I have and helped me learn to use the system.

Cons

It is a challenging software for a new user and it has taken time to become proficient in using it.

I was aware that other products existed but Eviivo came highly recommended by reputation so I did not consider other products.

HomeAway's staff is great. Having used old Rezov Desktop version for 8 years I've had many years of experience with their software and support staff. Upon wanting to update to a web based version I used a competitor for 3 mo's and although I devoted a LOT OF TIME I switched back to Rezov and have been happy primarily due to the EXCELLENT support staff, in my opinion second only to Apple's. No one's software is perfect but having great support staff is critical and most of the same team has been with this company all these years which says a lot :-)

Pros

The Tech Support Team is Heads and Tails above the competition. I'm not sure about some of these reviews as I have had such GREAT support. Yes would like to see better reports and few other things but that happens with lot of software. The support really makes the program stand out. And I've had no problems with the booking interface. Got notice 10/2017 that the HTLM version is coming next month and with it better reports :-).

They charge a premium but provide no backup the system had many flaws and gremlins which meant bookings suffered and this London based company was never interested in resolving issues quickly they where however very efficient at sending out their invoices

Pros

Simple and Easy to use, lots of channels.

Cons

Lots of software issues and zero customer service. Would not recommend to anyone took days for them to respond to emails and phone calls when things went wrong which they frequently did. Beware.

They have always tried to be helpful whenever we have asked, and were good enough to make us one of their finalists as a "quirky stay". I have the feeling however that they are now so big and successful that the single product client (as opposed to the multiple owner or large chain) is more of a nuisance - especially one who isn't really "into" all the social media exercise.

Pros

It takes the strain of managing the calendar - and in so doing keeps us on the level

Cons

They have revised the boking system, and while it is very clever we find it also very confusing because the online instructions for use are complicated perhaps inevitable because it is so clever!

Switching software is always a challenge because it is different and not what you are use to. Eviivo suite is very user friendly and didn't take long to learn all the in's and out's.

Pros

Eviivo is very user friendly. I took the tutorial offered, and after watching that it wasn't that hard to initially set up.

Cons

Once you are live some things are locked in and you need to get help if you want to change things up. But this is very easy to do. Someone is available on live chat to help you out.

Pros

Nothing . I used webervations for years and had no choice to switch

Cons

THey advertised that they could be channel manager and connect/sync my calender, pricing etc with booking.com, expedia and airb I gat 97 % of my bookings from Exp and booking.com . After 2 months they could not connect with expedia. They kept promising, said wait. Then . disappear with no response from even the Snt Customer rep I finally talked to. What lost me about $10 000 in revenue was that while they were unsuccessfully trying and failing to sync/connect with expedia, expedia stopped listing my property- they said as long as I have a contract with eviivio, they could not sell my rooms- and now . signing a new contract with exp, getting rooms and inventory . listed is taking another 2 weeks. So half my bookings in peak season was gone- I have had 4 yrs with very few vacancies per year- now I have constant vacancies thanks to Eviivio . I wish SOMEONE would post an alternative- I cannot afford the downtime of . a channel manager making promises and taking months to get going
