It's nice having all these things on one application. I use it all the time to look stuff up when needed. Pros I love that it has so many applications on one platform such as pay slips, time off, directory, performance evaluations, expenses. It essentially holds all the documentation/paperwork you need for your position. Cons Buggy interface, not easy to navigate, and inconvenient functionalities. Tasks sometimes are not easy to review. Although packing a lot of features, sometimes its under utilized by management. If you look after the design (this was back in 2021) it is easy to look for what you need. Whether it be Pros I liked it how I could check my pay and how much hours I'm making, checking time-off and holidays, and benefits with the job. It also helps me sign in and sign out from a particular shift and shows me my schedule of where I'm going. Cons I did not like the design all that much. Pros I think it is a good way to organise all your admin data in one space, get all the appropriate contacts and understand the organisation's structure. It is quite easy to use.
