Pros Its a software that enables me to sort multiple of our HR Systems in once place. it has saved me time by combining the performance and benefits aspect of our company. Cons I have had to contact support a couple of times, with new information not being saved correctly ( by the system) not user error. Sometimes the system lags if too many users. Pros I like how I can find most of my HR needs inside Workday, such as pay stubs, time off, and performance reviews. Cons The tool feels a little bit clunky at times and is sometimes hard to find the information I need in the first couple of minutes without having to click around to find it. Pros I like that Workday HCM has a drop-down menu that lets me easily access the different sections of the app or website. This makes it easy to find what I'm looking for. Cons I recently used Workday HCM. I found that the down time was sometimes inconvenient. It would be helpful if there was a better way to let users know when the system is down. I really like the UI and find it easy to keep track of all my expense reports. Cons My least favourite thing about Workday right now is the fact that I am not getting notifications on the status of my reports. My notifications are supposedly on, however, I am not receiving any via email.
