Its simple, yet has some complex features. Pros Track and editing time is a breeze. Payslips, bonuses, and taxes are all individualized. Cons Workday costs are high, is not suitable for a small company, the cloud technology they offer os great but it comes with a cost. Cons Beaucoup de menus un peu de partout fait qu’on se perds quand on cherche une information. Obligé de cliquer dans les menus pour retrouver l’info de départ. As an employee, I really appreciate that I don't have to track someone in HR down when I need access to a paystub, W2, or timesheet because everything is provided for me within Workday. Pros As an end-user of Workday, I love having everything I need from an HR perspective in one easy to use tool. Within the platform, I am able to track time, see paystubs, manage benefits, find certain resources or email addresses. I have worked at other companies that have provided the same resources but across several different platforms which made any HR related task very difficult for employees. Additionally, since our company has implemented Workday, I have received my pay on a consistent schedule on the same day of the week at the exact same time which is very helpful for budgeting purposes. Cons The user interface leaves much to be desired from a design perspective but it is clean and easy to navigate. The platform will sometimes glitch when adding time and submitting timesheets which has caused an issue for me in the past. Review Source BR Busola R. It can even link you to other sites if the HR defines them. Its like a quick link to those other platforms. The amount of data stored on workday is huge for each staff. I can see my payroll so easily on workday HCM Cons I am not sure it is okay to see the salary of people working under you but workday allows this. I think there are much user-friendlier platforms out there. Pros Workday is widely used and a good platform to know how to navigate. It has all the necessary features for full-time employees. Cons Workday has a lot of glitches. It is an arduous process to submit time sheets and the user interface is not intuitive. For example, it will not provide an option at the bottom of a time sheet to submit, only to save. You have to use the search bar to look up, "Submit" and then click on it and select the time block you're submitting for. Pros Workday made the whole hiring process seamless, even after hiring we're able to monitor staff growth and progress in the firm Cons Workday needs a refining of their navigations and UI generally, the navigation button goes missing on some pages making it difficult to go back to a previous page. Cons The navigation seems to change and doesn't seem to be intuitive. I access "My Learning" more than any other section. But it never shows up in the quick tasks. I have to click through "View all apps" to find learning information.
