Pros

The thing that impacted me most about this system was how centrally located everything was and I even had my own email through the system so that I could communicate with my managers and I knew what tasks still needed to be completed.

Cons

One thing I didn’t like was that I wasn’t able to see my pay from here and I think that’s the one thing that was missing, it had everything else related to orientation but it was missing pay information.

I wasn't sure what to expect from Workday, but now after using it for some time, I can confirm that this is one of the best solutions to track almost everything that is happening inside of your whole Organization/Corporation.

Pros

It is very easy to use Workday, track down what is happening within my Organization, payroll, are there any new open jobs in the whole company ( no matter which country am I checking, I will get all information about the open jobs, pre req for it and what are the benefits of that position ) or even some new trainings ( and surveys to improve our organization ).

Cons

Sometimes while checking the Organization tab, tiles representing agents and their Leadership are getting glitchy, which gets resolved with the refresh of the screen, but overall experience is more than good.

We rolled out all Workday components when we launched. Wouldn't recommend that approach unless you have mapped out all of your workflows across your business and have agreement of all stakeholders to the processes, ownership and security roles.

Pros

We have many employees who are uncomfortable with change and technology. Workday is very easy and simple for employees to understand and use.

Cons

Ability to better organize Workday Learning Content/Library can be improved along with expanded capabilities in payroll to support Union Rates/Fringes.

Pros

I use workday as a end user in my orgination.In workday what i like most is helps to maintain transparency between management and lower employee.In workday any employee can see full hierarchy of his/her organization so their is no hide and seek between management and employee.Employee can see his all year performance,his role in organization detail ,his profile,training,skill everything in one single place.and for company also it is easy to track each single employee detail like performance,skills,work history.

Cons

I dont find any thing which I dont like in workday as it make transparency in organization so I will suggest to organization to use workday so it increase employee's trust on organization which is very necessary for any organization.

I love the fact that this platform provides a very easy and succinct way of giving me everything I need which can be found very quick and very easily. If I wanted to book in holiday or check other reportings then I can simply access the platform and the cloud automation optimizations make this a quick and simple experience.

Workday has been working seamlessly, it is very user friendly and there is plenty of options to keep the employee records straight.

Pros

I like the simplicity of use, most of the options for processing the employee information, onboarding time tracking and payroll is there. I like that we can pre-enter absences and holidays and make corrections if needed.

Some of the tasks require us to return to main menu as there is no - go back option,

I've been using Workday for a while now. What I really like is how it effortlessly connects peers and gives a transparent view of the entire business process for any task. Despite the learning curve, the way it ties everything together is a definite plus.

Cons

I have to admit, the multiple steps can be a bit of a hassle, and I haven't fully adjusted to them. However, I can't deny its excellent functionality.

HCM automates the human resources operations, with payrolls and attendances and time sheet management. Integrates well with other Workday products. I can happily recommend it for large companies.

Pros

100% accurate in payrolls, has got really good descriptions when gets a question about any field. Reports are well simple and nicely generated. Recruiting field is also very valuable asset, which gives the user a big view.

Cons

Customisation would be the only thing that needs to be worked on. Some features can be personalised and it could make us save time.

Pros

Workday is very easy to maneuver through, you can self-teach yourself pretty much how to do anything in this software. The categories are self-explanatory, its easy input/output for reports, great for payroll and timecard management. I highly recommend Workday to all businesses.

Cons

At this point in time, I cannot think of anything that I didnt care for with this product.

### "Very good timesheet system"

Having so many people in the company, it is very time consuming to manage HR related things for everyone on top of having new recruits. It is easily accessible for the current employees (can't say much for the new employees). I can access and make changes at home or at the office.

Pros

I like the ease of entering time worked and the time off request policies. That system works very well for my colleagues and I am able to revise entries and easily submit it to my supervisor. Sending reminders to everyone about updating info in workday is another good feature that we utilize often. It is also nice to have the quicklinks feature as it makes things easier to find in a time crunch. The payroll feature has been useful to me as well, I like being able to go back and see past checks.

Cons

The process can be tedious. Whenever I make a change, it goes through upper management. The goals and self appraisal process were also very confusing. There were multiple steps and I didn't see why it needed to be that way. They should've just made everything available online instead of us having to upload a word document of our goals and appraisals.

Pros

I use Workday for talent acquisition and hiring and I find it an efficient and holistic solution, that guides you easily throughout the hiring process, from posting jobs to onboarding candidates. Recruiters and managers can easily monitor applicants because of its efficient applicant monitoring system and comprehensive candidate management features like tracking, criteria filtering etc. The mobile version is a nice plus as well.

Cons

There are just a couple cons that I could point out, with the first one being analytics, as I would like to see some more customizable options for executives that need very detailed and precise info. File sharing could also be further improved.

workday platform overall its one of the best tools available in the market these days, it allows you to configure your environment in the tool to adapt it to your business needs, what I like the most is the capabilities to filter information from candidates and allows you to create a pool of candidates that can be slice and diced according to your needs in your organization, the reporting modules are self service oriented, so you can easily create your reports and kpi to track the effectiveness of your recruiters, there is no single piece of data that this tool is not tracking about your candidates, if you feed it properly and configure it according to your needs it will help you and increase your productivity amazingly.

Cons

Workday costs are high, is not suitable for a small company, the cloud technology they offer os great but it comes with a cost.

Avant, nous utilisions un outil fait maison. Depuis quelques années nous avons migré vers Workday et malgré quelques difficultés pour prendre en main ce nouveau logiciel, je dois avouer que c’est plus simple aujourd’hui. Nous pouvons voir toutes nos ressources mais aussi et surtout gérer nos profils pour recrutement. Avoir tout d’un coup c’est positif.

Cons

Beaucoup de menus un peu de partout fait qu’on se perds quand on cherche une information. Obligé de cliquer dans les menus pour retrouver l’info de départ.

Workday has all the HR resources and tools I use regularly at my fingertips. As an employee, I really appreciate that I don't have to track someone in HR down when I need access to a paystub, W2, or timesheet because everything is provided for me within Workday.

Pros

As an end-user of Workday, I love having everything I need from an HR perspective in one easy to use tool. Within the platform, I am able to track time, see paystubs, manage benefits, find certain resources or email addresses. I have worked at other companies that have provided the same resources but across several different platforms which made any HR related task very difficult for employees. Additionally, since our company has implemented Workday, I have received my pay on a consistent schedule on the same day of the week at the exact same time which is very helpful for budgeting purposes.

Cons

The user interface leaves much to be desired from a design perspective but it is clean and easy to navigate. The platform will sometimes glitch when adding time and submitting timesheets which has caused an issue for me in the past.

It feels outdated and clunky. I think there are much user-friendlier platforms out there.

Pros

Workday is widely used and a good platform to know how to navigate. It has all the necessary features for full-time employees.

Cons

Workday has a lot of glitches. It is an arduous process to submit time sheets and the user interface is not intuitive. For example, it will not provide an option at the bottom of a time sheet to submit, only to save. You have to use the search bar to look up, "Submit" and then click on it and select the time block you're submitting for.
