Pros Workday made the whole hiring process seamless, even after hiring we're able to monitor staff growth and progress in the firm Cons Workday needs a refining of their navigations and UI generally, the navigation button goes missing on some pages making it difficult to go back to a previous page. It has been very nice to have learning, pay, time-off requests, etc. all in one place. Cons The navigation seems to change and doesn't seem to be intuitive. The software is very easy to navigate for any user, and requires almost no training. I also love the personnel reports I can pull through Workday with our HRIS specialist. Cons The Workday implementation took a long time. It took months before the Workday team could implement this software for us to go live. Pros There is an ease of use for total HR solution. Payroll management, time registry, Health and dental and overall benefit elections for insurance, chain of command. The software has it all in one place. The benefits portion allows direct selection of medical, dental, eye, and life insurance. Great selection overall. Cons Sometimes it feels like a one way in and one way out method can be confusing to navigate within. It is hard to know if entry’s are accurate. It is a good software that does what it says and your expectations are met. My company uses Workday Payroll to manage and track payroll for employees. It is accurate, functional and the interface is easy to use. The overall look is clean and easy to read and understand and yet it has a complexity that enables a wealth of data to be entered. Cons No cons for this product. Perhaps the only critique I could give as a con is the integration with ADP could be a bit easier. I tend to click on several links to get into the payroll system which is a little annoying when it opens three more windows and I already have eight or nine opened. Since it is the platform that my workplace uses, I use it every day, and I have found it to be very easy to use and intuitive.One of the things I appreciate most about Workday HCM is that it is very easy to navigate, and I didn't need any training to start using it. It has many functionalities that I still don't know, but every time I need to do something new, I find it very easy to follow the simple tutorials that are provided. I had to spend some time getting used to it. Despite these, once you get the hang of it, Workday HCM offers a robust solution for managing HR tasks. The software has a great front end and is generally easy to navigate; what you cannot find directly, you can search for at the top (search bar) Cons There are a few times when it is not quite as easy to find a particular item in Workday; fortunately the search bar helps. Pros When we switched from previous Workforce Management products to Workday, we noticed a significant increase in the number of workers who utilize Workday for Time Off, Performance, Payroll, and HR functions. Everyone can comprehend and use the instrument without spending a lot of time on procedures and operating documents. I'd say this was the most inviting Workday encounter we've ever had. Cons On some sites, navigation buttons are not available. For example, when I try to see how much time off I have left and I don't have control over returning to the Time Off Home page. I'm able to easily put in future absences and PTO that notifies my manager once I confirm the day. Cons When doing training on Workday, the videos can be annoying to complete and get credit for even after finishing them. Performance input 6. Priorities Cons I have not noticed any issues with workday until now. However I do have suggestion that Workday can improve their GUI as its not that great.
