### "It feels good to have everything in one place!"

We are solving every business need with Workday because it does it all. Imagine not needing to log into five different accounts to start work in the morning. With Workday, we now just log into one and I can take a leave, complete my timesheet, enter my performance review, process new applicants and so much more. I love the versatility of Workday and I'm excited to continue using it and learning more.

Pros

I love having everything from timesheets, work history, hiring, testing, performance, etc all in one place. I'm not used to it and I'm still adapting after using Oracle, ADP, SalesForce, etc. Workday is so much easier to use than Taleo, so easy that I feel I'm doing something wrong or missing a set of steps. That's not a bad thing.

Cons

I'm used to different reports and it has been a pain/learning curve to get reports I'm used to in order to maintain status quo for the reports I'm responsible for. In time, this will go away, but it has been tedious.

Workday is a great HR tool that helps business organize and provide important information to their employees and employees to have access to everything related to their earnings, times, and financial documents

Pros

I love that the app is super easy to use on the phone and i have the same functionality as the website. I can access my pay stubs, download them, access my W2s, vacation, sick time - basically anything i ever need to know about employment data

Cons

To be honest, i can't even think of anything. I really like workday and i most definitely prefer it to ADP

Pros

It's very easy to update any information needed as an employee. I like how everything is centralised in one place such as pay and leave.

Cons

The navigation can be a little tricky to find exactly what document I'm looking for as it includes all updates.

Pros

the app makes it easy to use on the go. taking time off/absent days/sick days etc is easy to scroll and drop down menus make it simple.

Cons

can be slow at times in the app, but be sure to update the version as this will help with any bugs.

This web-based system is great - we have found it to be easy to use, easy to deploy, and users rarely complain about how it works. The ability to link payroll, HR, benefits, and employee time off is really nice and allows better reporting.

Pros

This is a great system to replace your benefit and payroll employee reporting solutions. The menus are intuitive and all of the users are able to get the information they need, input their time off requests, and manage the annual performance goals with ease.

Cons

The transition to Workday was fairly simple, but it caused much confusion with the users as we had overlapping systems for a short period of time. Sometimes the user interface can be confusing, but that might be how it was implemented by the HR team.

I love Workday because it’s very user friendly and you have the ability to do almost anything because it has so many features.

Pros

Great integration features. Great software for applicant tracking, storing employee information and pulling my day to day reports for payroll and employee job details.

Cons

The main user interface can be a bit confusing. It’s easy for employees to navigate but when it comes to administrators it definitely takes some getting used to.

Overall Workday is a nearly seamless package that expediates onboarding and showed in significant detail, all the benefits that were offered to me, which ones I could enroll in, the related expenses for each one, and held my hand through the complete process to ensure that all the I's were crossed and all the T's were dotted!

Pros

I enjoyed the process of using Workday to get onboarded when I started my position. Everything from payroll, to emergency contacts, to health insurance, to life insurance, disability, and work history goes into this thing. Probably more. It made is super simple to read through all the required legal documentation, fill out all necessary payroll documentation, tax documentation, my dependents, everything. All the while showing a progress bar monitoring my progress. I'm sure it makes it super simple for the HR department as well.

Cons

It was a little daunting to spend hours working with it to input all the necessary data. At times I was wishing it was being handled manually. There were a few glitches along the way that prevented me from going through the full process the first time, but in the end it all worked out.

Pros

\- One of the most common HR platforms so onboarded staff from other companies will likely recognize it. - Does what it needs to in terms of time, payroll, performance goal management, and employee data.

Cons

\- Interface is slow and crashes constantly. - The text fields for entering certain user data (like performance goals) are small (cannot be resized) and hard to edit once submitted. - Required features or sections are embedded multiple layers down. Often have to hunt for the correct link/resource.

Pros

I liked the task management for delegating tasks to my team. The payroll and scheduling systems are pretty straight forward.

Cons

It's easy to get lost in the bubble interface if you are not paying very close attention. Sometimes I forget where to find certain options because of this.

全体的に操作がしやすい、シンプルなユーザーインターフェイス。必要な項目の入力に関して、項目をワンクリックした上で基本的に必要な操作を済ませることが出来る点は便利。また多言語対応している部分もこの製品の1つの強さであると思っている。また、スマホ版のAppも出ており、事前にiPhoneであればFaceIDなどの設定を行なっていれば、スムーズに勤怠入力をする事が出来る点は便利。

Cons

スマホ版は一度起動さえしてしまえば勤怠入力含め、時間入力やその他の項目に直ぐに飛んで入力が出来る所は重宝している。ただし、PCからだとソフト自体の読み込み/起動に少し時間がかかる所や、勤怠管理においてはflex勤務などの勤務体系の勤怠入力にはまだあまり向いていないように見える。

I really like how Workday has the capability to host multiple types of business processes under the same system - from payroll, HCM, time off, leaves, and performance (just to name a few), it's great to have everything under the same "roof" - rather than testing so many different types of integrations. Happy customer!

Pros

The Time Off functionality is so customizable! With over 17,000 pre-made calculations set up, and the ability to create your own (if needed), whatever you are trying to set up in the system, there's a high likelihood you'll be able to do it. From the training provided, it's recommended to set up different Time Off Plans for any time off type you have, this means more maintenance, but more flexibility within the system. As a general recommendation with Workday, get familiar with the vocab/wording they use to describe the system - it really helps understand the software.

Cons

Being fairly new to the software, the fact that it is so customizable is very overwhelming at first. I recommend going slow, and reaching out to customer service support, or Workday Community, whenever you run into a snag or question - there are a lot of resources available, and whatever your holdup is, there's a good chance someone has going through something similar and can help you through it too.

I hear it is cheap. that is good because that is the only thing positive about this garbage product.

Pros

When ever thing is working right the program functions as expected.

Cons

It seldom works properly. There are zero work around and if someone else doesn't do something you are dead in the water with being able to hire a candidate. It slowed our internal process greatly. And ever person has different access so you helping someone else and them helping you is a nightmare.

I enjoy using workday and would recommend it to anyone interested in starting out with it.

Pros

Its very easy to manage payroll reconciliation with workday. There are detailed instruction guides which make it very easy even for a complete beginner to get started with workday.

Cons

Even though it is extremely easy to use and get started, workday requires unnecessary steps to verify documents. I understand that it is needed for verification, but sometimes it can be deviating the user from focusing on the task.

I lost the count of how many functionalities that Workday brings to the organization and tools that can be integrated with. Definitely it provides an easy and smooth experience to the user and the organization.

Cons

Didn’t find any relevant negative point, I’ve experienced sometimes information difficult to find out within the HCM, though this could be based on how the organization configures it

Easy to use but fully featured. You can go deep in maximizing its use for people management, from goals tracking, training, and time and work tracking

I cannot think of anything specific that makes this tool bad - if something can be improved, maybe more visibility in what features are role-specific (am I using this as a manager, or as an employee)
