Workday makes it easy to find exactly what I'm looking for very quickly. Cons They recently refreshed the interface and it's not as intuitive as the old one. I also think the old one just looked better overall. In the new design, it's not as easy to find what I'm looking for because everything is nested under a few overall categories that don't necessarily make sense for each item under it. Pros One of the best things about Workday is the ability to customize it to your company’s needs. For example, allowing administrators to upload a company background image is a nice touch. It’s also robust, allowing you to generate spreadsheets from data and tables (such as payslips). It also has some nice illustrations with micro-interactions. Cons Workday has poor usability and user experience. Features are not as intuitive or easy-to-use as other human resource software, such as Namely. Pros From an Benefit perspective, this is the best tool I have used. I can easily see the benefits I have opted in for, and see when I can change them and what my options to change them to are. I am not "benefit savvy" in any way and this really lays out the options for me seamlessly. Cons So far, I have no real cons. I also like how Workday can also be used as a professional networking site to look up and connect with potential co-workers. Cons As only a user of Workday, I have not used it enough to find anything that I do not like. I do think the software has rooms for improvement but I also think that it works well the way it currently is. Depending on the number of features available on Workday based on your company's preference, it could be a little confusing to navigate through the different features as a first-time user.
