Easy to use for timesheets and pay stubs. Pros Very easy to use to view and track time sheets, benefits, paystubs, and documents. Has a good look and layout. Pros I use this tool on a monthly basis to track my salary and compensation. The system is capable of providing a clear distinction of bi-weekly salary income and money received as part of a bonus payout. You can view and download your previous W-2 for tax purposes. It allows you to makes changes to your direct deposit and add and reduce the amount to each account as needed. I have used the system to download salary slips/ pay-stubs in PDF format. Cons Though i like the software for the benefits mentioned above one thing that can be improved is the interface of the application. The system is not very easy to navigate. However, this can be mitigated by creating refresher training/ or small job aids (guidelines)to assist with the navigation. Review Source IN Ian N. But once done, is worth it. As we continue to grow, it would be great to see this platform grow as well. Pros Very user-friendly with the ability to populate only the features that you need. I like how simple and clean the forms look and it's easy to navigate. Cons A few things that would make this platform more functional are: 1) Adding milestones is cumbersome for the employee and milestones are difficult to view once they are all added 2) Feedback and edits between the employer and the employee should be easier 3) Reporting should be easier for the employer and it would be great if there were multiple views within the platform and more alert or notification features Review Source OW Ora W.
